Former Florida Republican Governor Charlie Crist will be speaking at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC  Next Week.  Crist made headlines earlier as he endorsed President Obama for a second term via an Op-Ed in the Tampa Bay Times.

We are reminded of former Georgia Democratic Governor Zell Miller, speaking at the 2004 Republican Convention to endorse George Bush after concerns over National Security.

The Democrat party launched Republicans for Obama along with a video but the campaign ad came under scrutiny when it was learned that one of the women who appeared in the video is a registered Democrat.

The Obama campaign wanted to counter former Obama Donor and Democratic Congressman Artur Davis who is speaking at the RNC Convention in Tampa.
