Former Ill. Governor Rod Blagojevich has been found guilty on one count of lying to Federal agents.

After 14 days of deliberation the Jury is deadlocked on 23 other charges and the Judge has declared a mistrial.

Blagojevich had pleaded not guilty to trying to sell or trade President Barack Obama's old Senate seat and leverage the power of his office for personal gain.

US Attorneys have said that they plan on retrying the case.
