Wow! A left-wing politician who wants to tax something? How typical. The last thing we need is more money in the hands of government. If the selection and service at my local liquor store is any indication legalizing, regulating and taxing pot would only make it:
1. More expensive
2. Less available outside of union-defined hours of operation
3. "Standardized" and supplied only by big corporate farming operators
And finally they would probably put a deposit expense on the baggie!
