Another case of a Judge unclear on the concept that if you kidnap someones children and threaten them with death of ransoms isn't paid, hands out a mere 4 year prison sentence.

A light wlak in the park prison sentence meted out as the judge states is due in part because the offender has the support of his family.

How touching and heartwarming, you can be certain this kidnapper had the support of his family before the kidnapping, so what's the difference?

The difference is in the Judge's "Bizzaro World" is terrorizing two young children with death, and their family has no meaning, unless you carry out your threats.

SURREY - A man has been sentenced to four years in jail for his part in kidnapping the daughter of a furniture store owner, a much lighter sentence than the 10 years and two months his accomplice is serving.

Gurpreet Singh Hundal, 35, had pleaded guilty to kidnapping Rachna Jaswal on the evening of Jan. 19, 2007.

His companion in crime was Amandeep Randhawa, a former employee of Jaswal's father who had been fired.
