“The event is a rally, a call for the Sharia, a call for the Muslims to rise up and establish the Islamic state in America”
If true, I think that this would be an act of terrorism of sort, a call for revolt against the country, and would undermine the oath of allegiance of participating American citizens. It would be grounds for treason and prosecution. As important, the event, as described here could be declared illegal.
Yes, there is a war between the USA and advocates of Sharia law. Religion is subordinate to the Constitution and Bill of Rights in America.
“Muslim Cleric Plans White House Protest in Attempt to Spread Sharia Law in America

A Muslim cleric who called Americans “the biggest criminals” during a recent interview has announced he will hold a protest outside the White House, according to the Daily Mail.
Anjem Choudary, who once said “the flag of Islam will fly over the White House,” says he will lead a demonstration rallying Muslims to establish Sharia law across the United States.
Choudary, 43, called Americans “the biggest criminals in the world today” during an interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity this month.
Choudary, who is the former leader of the outlawed British-based group Islam4UK, says the March rally at the White House is being organized by the extremist group Islamic Thinkers Society, which is based in New York.
“The event is a rally, a call for the Sharia, a call for the Muslims to rise up and establish the Islamic state in America,” Choudary told London’s Daily Mail in an interview.

I am sure that his name is on a watch list.
“Anjem Choudary (born 1967 in Welling, England) is a British former solicitor, and, before it was proscribed, spokesman for the Islamist group Islam4UK. He is married, has four children, and lives in Ilford, London.
Choudary is a vocal critic of the UK's involvement in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and has praised the terrorists involved in the attacks of 11 September2001, and 7 July 2005. He believes in the implementation of Sharia Law throughout the UK, and marched in protest at the Jyllands-Posten cartoons controversy, following which he was prosecuted for organising an unlawful demonstration. He was also investigated, but not charged, for his 2006 comments regarding Pope Benedict XVI. Choudary has received little support from the mainstream UK Muslim population, and has been largely criticised in the media”

The fact is that I am torn. 1) I am adamantly opposed to religion in government of any kind; 2) I don't particularly like FoxNews, especially inciting bigotry by exploiting radical Islam to do so; 3) I want journalists and broadcasters to have high credentials: Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Glen Beck do not have them.
I think it is good to air the feelings and to discuss the contradictions. I surely have mixed views about it.

I hate to say it Jim, there is truth in the story as it is a topic here in Canada as well as these groups are trying to expand into Canada under the guise of charitable and cultural groups.

Some stupid Muslim groups in order to stay in limelight and raise funds make such nonsensical statements. They know very well that Sharia laws(various Sharia laws, depending on interpretation by jurists and scholars)are not implemented even in countries where percentage of Muslim population is more than fifty percent.
If such groups are ignored by media, they die their own death. But unfortunately such groups get wider publicity through gutter channels, like Fox news,a channel which airs every thing other than news.Dissemination of misinformation could never be news.
In my opinion such groups must be dealt with severely by law enforcement agencies. This disgruntled elements should not only be discouraged but punished.
