Fox's Greg Gutfeld Apologizes to Canada, Slams Them on Twitter?

"The March 17th episode of Red Eye included a segment discussing Canada's plan for a 'synchronized break,' which was in no way an attempt to make light of troop efforts," host Greg Gutfeld said in a statement issued Monday.
"However, I realize that my words may have been misunderstood. It was not my intent to disrespect the brave men, women and families of the Canadian military, and for that I apologize. Red Eye is a satirical take on the news, in which all topics are addressed in a lighthearted, humorous and ridiculous manner."
But there was more ridicule of the Canadian military again on a GregGutfeld Twitter page:
"My apologies to the Canadian military, they probably could at least beat the Belgians."
A Fox spokesman says the Twitter page is not Greg Gutfeld's.

Fox News is quoted here by CBC News as saying that Greg Gutfeld does not have a Twitter account and did not write that Twitter post.

That's true Rachel thanks, but why hasn't Greg Gutfeld denied that the Twitter page is his? Or why doesn't Twitter come out and say it? I'll add the link and change some of the wording.

Greg Gutfeld has repeatedly stated that this Twitter page is not his. Every time he talks about Twitter on his show, he mentions that he doesn't have a Twitter account. (See June 6, 2009 episode, available on Hulu)
If you has Googled "Greg Gutfeld Twitter", you would have discovered Red Eye co-host Andy Levy's Twitter post in which he states in no uncertain terms: "FYI, Greg Gutfeld is not on twitter, so anybody claiming to be him is lying. (Which in my opinion ain't cool.)"
The research is simple enough to do.

There are some things that can be joked about and some that just shouldn't be - for me, even if you support or don't support troops fighting overseas, you should still remember that they are dying away from their family and friends and that is no joke.

My Brothers have served in the Canadian Military and one of my two brothers is still in the Canadian Air Force and they tell my every time the have mock war games against the Americans testing intelligence and training we beat them every time one of my brothers said its almost embarrassing how bad the Canadian forces beat the American forces. P.S. the only war America has ever won by itself is there own Civil War and they lost that too LOL! They have always needed our help the Canadians or another countries help to fight the wars they are involved in.

You cannot actually be serious. Do you even believe this nonsense? Canada doesn't have a nuclear arsenal because they depend on the U.S. to protect them. To act like the Canadian military could do anything to the U.S. is laughable.
The reason why is because it's a european socialist country that has a wussie military not because they can't have a strong military, but because they don't care.

It's a known fact that Canada has a much more sound and capable tactical training compared to that of the U.S. The US army has all the new toys and firepower because your government constantly pumps billions of dollars into doing that. The Canadians however focus much more of their time and money on traing there Military tactically rather than just buy a crap load of guns an explosives and teach them the basic principles around using them. Canada has the second best trained soldiers in the world, second only to Israel- NOT YOU! So get off your high horse and do some bloody research. Maybe If you weren't so damn arrogant, the world would like you a little better...Oh and Canada doesn't have a nuclear arsenal because they are smart. Nuclear radiation tortures and kills people for many, many years. Just look at what you did to Japan, they're still feeling the effects of the bombs you dropped on them (Nice Job Slick!) It's inhumane and as such, they don't employ it in there military
