Medvedev agreed, saying that Moscow and Brussels were heading to Washington with "practically common positions". He also backed Sarkozy's call for a second summit in February once US president-elect Obama takes office.

amyjudd...It will be interesting to see what happens this weekend at the Summit, I think so too, speaking to Russian industry minister and ex prime minister Khristenko, I see no war but economy first. By the way if NP is a Newspaper with news, could someone bring this only Live report ahead of BBC, (like always) and other on the Frontpage roll ? It's not important, but would help to real news channel. Thanks for not being nasty with solarlife. Have a nice weekend, I have to go for dinner, paella with claims and shrimps fresh from the market, where president Medvedev and president Sarkozy met at Nice France. The message passed ? How to win the PEN WEB AWARDS ? Even Bloomberg knows and fears Nowpublic economy talk, saying green economy no issue for Russia....My talks with russian industry minister showed other results, he says hello to NP in Canada US.
