While I do not discount the possibility that I have been chipped, the targeting can and is accomplished by simpler means, such as a vicrtim's own cellphone; 3D infrared laser (similar to how the X-box "kinect tracks human movement in real-time) or backscatter X-ray "multi-INT fusion surveillance; "paint the target" infrared laser illumination of the target via police "wands" or even  laser devices built into cellphones.   But I understand why (you?) paid military contractor psyops agents want the rubes to believe that doctors' offices are invaded by Gestapo nurses -- it makes for a much more dramatic narrative. 

That said, I believe that what you describe HAS happened to me -- the black ops goon "nurse" infiltrates the doctor's office.  In my case,on two different occasions, two different doctoers, two different nurses,  I believe that a doctor allowed a goon nurse to take my blood, and during each procedure the nurse made snide remarks and I felt a distinct bump where the needle went in. And as she removed the needle,  she seemed to hold down her finger in an unusual manner, as if providing leverage so that a chip could be injected as the needle was withdrawn.

I cannot say so for sure that that is what happened; but I would like investigators for the Civil Rights division of the U.S. Department of Justice to intervew under oath both doctors to find out exactly what happened.  I consider each doctor an accomplice to my torture, even if each doctor did not realize that was the intent of the insinuation of a secret police nurse into the facility.

By the way, I have not been back to a family doctor for about SEVEN years.  This lack of regular conscientious, ethical care no doubt has had a deliterious effect on my health.

Since the tiniest microchips (the size of which could fit through a syringe and needle and be inserted without one's knowledge) have an interrogation range of no more than about 3 feet and can carry very little data in their ROM (Toshiba's latest small RFID is limited to 36 characters) I don't see how you could make a comparison to GPS in a car.

How about no, I don't think so. The "program" is doing many things, we can be pretty sure that calling your doctor and talking  him into allowing psy-ops imposters to be planted in his office before you get there is not one of them.

It appears to me that only the most severely persecuted are chipped.  It is far easier to use cellphones, 3D laser, backscatter X-ray, etc. and those modalities enable more precise targeting of body parts, external or internal. What is EHS?
EHS is characterized by a variety of non-specific symptoms, which afflicted individuals attribute to exposure to EMF. EHS resembles multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), another disorder associated with low-level environmental exposures to chemicals. Both EHS and MCS are characterized by a range of non-specific symptoms that lack apparent toxicological or physiological basis or independent verification. A more general term for sensitivity to environmental factors is Idiopathic Environmental Intolerance (IEI), which originated from a workshop convened by the International Program on Chemical Safety (IPCS) of the WHO in 1996 in Berlin. IEI is a descriptor without any implication of chemical etiology, immunological sensitivity or EMF susceptibility. IEI incorporates a number of disorders sharing similar non-specific medically unexplained symptoms that adversely affect people. However since the term EHS is in common usage it will continue to be used here.

What WHO is doing
