Once again, it appears we have been harassed and possibly defrauded by MAGLOCLEN-RISS fusion center operatives working under the apparent cover of the Morrisville (Bucks County, PA) Municipal Authority, the agency that provides water to a portion of adjacent Lower Makefield Township.

This time, a water shut-off notice dated May 25th showed up in a stack of recent mail, despite the fact that I had not noticed the correspondence on my daily trips the mailbox to get the day's mail. The envelope, in fact, was unopened until I discovered it last night (Sunday). The notice stated that our water would be shut off day, June 6th, if payment was not made by noon. I KNOW, but cannot provide proof positive, that this shut-off notice did NOT arrive the mail, or I would have seen it. I strongly believe that this notice was PLACED inside my home by an intruder; I find signs of surreptitious entry into our home on a regular basis.

Over the past couple of years, I have called Lower Makefield Township police about the placement of insecticide in our clothes dryer; the poisoning of a dust mask; and the poisoning of bottled water. (For years, until very recently, our drinking water has exhibited a metallic taste and cloudy appearance. I have long suspected the water is being tainted, poisoned, to the detriment of our health.) In the cases of suspected poisonings, messages left and emails sent to the police chief were not returned. (It is very possible the messages never reached him due to malicious interception by entities connected to the MAGLOCLEN-FISS fusion center, the apparent coordinating agency behind military contractor- coordinated Gestapo-like activities in more than a dozen mid-Atlantic states covered by that institution.)

For years, we have had recurring problems with the Morrisville Municipal Authority's billing practices -- causing me to suspect that we have been double-billed and that employees of the authority may be pocketing ill-gotten gains. On one occasion a couple of years ago, I was told that a check for payment was returned by the bank due to insufficient funds. Accepting the account as fact, I went in person to the authority to deliver another check, and the clerk said I would have to pay her in cash. Only when I asked to talk to the head of the authority did the clerk relent and accept a check payment.

I still suspected that we may have been double-billed, due to the suspicious nature of the bank checks that come back to us in our monthly statement. Checks bearing my signature looks as though someone familiar with my writing style has forged my signature. In the past, I have taken samples to the bank to request an investigation, but my complaints have been dismissed out of hand. I also went to the Philadelphia office of the FBI with the same concern, and again, my complaint was dismissed out of hand.

As I have written in the past, it is as though some persons or some entity has set out to hijack my identity by counterfeiting documents and signatures. Such a scheme could only be accomplished through the participation of insiders, and the diversion of account correspondence to an entity set up to commit serial financial sabotage. I believe that the evidence points to a black operation of Lockheed Martin, which coordinates communications for what has come to be known as "organized community gang stalking" -- a systematic campaign of physical harassment, intimidation and sabotage designed to undermine the lives and the livelihoods of persons who have been extrajudicially "targeted" by agencies of government, local and federal. Many of these so-called "targeted individuals" have been singled out due to their politics, their social activism, their beliefs or even their ethnic and genetic backgrounds.

These targeted persons also report ongoing surreptitious entries into their homes. I continue to experience such intrusions on a regular basis. I have found objects planted inside my home, apparently when my wife and I are fast asleep, "put under" in a deep sleep state by irradiation from the U.S. government cell tower microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system that I first exposed in an article published in December 2009 (one reason I believe the persecution directed against me has continued unabated).

The suspect checks that come back to us in the mail appear to be coordinated with the apparent forging of our check ledger. It appears that someone is entering our home to periodically replace our check stub ledger with a forged copy. Often I find that entries for checks I distinctly recall writing do not show up in the checkbook ledger, the main reason for my strong suspicion that intruders are switching out ledger entries by me and my wife with a forged ledger -- making it appear that certain bills were left unpaid despite the fact that we had remitted check payment for those items.

With our personal records apparently rifled in this manner on a regular basis, we are sitting ducks for fraud and I.D. theft -- and my many attempts to get authorities to investigate suspected fraud and serial poisonings have fallen upon deaf ears.

We have been TERRORIZED and, I believe, defrauded, by officially-protected goons for SEVEN YEARS, and this persecution continues to this day -- the reason I have appealed to the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division to conduct a top-to-bottom civil rights investigation in the entire region covered by the MAGLOCLEN-RISS fusion center, which I consider to be a criminal persecution syndicate posing as a quasi-governmental law enforcement agency.

I have been a victim for 2 yrs & the nightly torture is beyond what any human should be subjected to. The electronic/magnetic burn, sensation of electric probes hooked up to me, the parade of cars/trucks is inhumane. I wish I could spend time with those of you going thru this - compare notes etc & organize. 

Doctors, nurses, and other hospital and medical staff are largely in on it. I was poisoned and rushed myself to the ER and to my amazement, the doctors, nurses and security were all taking part in my torture and in branding me as mentally ill. They sent me straight to the mental unit without taking my blood or running other tests. The doctors then threatened me and laughed as they pychologically tortured me. I then went to a primary physician and one of their stooges, a nurse, told this doctor I had never met before that I was mentally ill. They get to people who can help us before we can.
