I fear the bioethics commission report will turn out to be another whitewash, given the amount of Big Pharma and defense contractor research money that pours into the Unversity of Pennsylvania and other institutions represented by commission members. You answered your own question. Many if not most CCTV systems are GPS-enabled, capable of providing real-time location coordinates of targets. The cell tower mounted directed energy weapon incorporates a constant radar sweep that detects and triangulates upon illuminated targets, whether it's a cellphone, a 3d infrared laser device, or perhaps even an RFID tag or a Verichip. (I do not know the sensitivity of the system, but it would not surprise me if it were capable of detecting even passive RFID devices.)

It does not take all that effort. All that is required is electromagnetic stimulation of the region of the brain that controls emotions -- or induce stimulation/pain sufficient to induce severe headache, rage, anger, or, conversely, forced sleep or sleeplessness (what is done to me daily). The system is capable of transmitting multiplexed subcarriers of various frequencies; the goons obtained an EEG report from a neurologist, so they've got me "brain-mapped." That is how they can control neurological/pshyiological functions, which are all controlled by electric impulses from the brain/central nervous system.

I am describing remote neural manipulation of brain waves and neurological physiological functioning -- NOT remote neural "monitoring." The "monitoring" is done by harvesting EEG test results so that the puppetmasters can fine-tune the manipulation to the targeted individual's unique brain frequency map. Eliminate the word "monitoring" and we are pretty much in agreement -- this is an ATTACK on human physiology, a heinous denial of free will that rises to the level of torture, impairment, subjugation, infliction of injury, physical and emotional distress, all the way up to slow- or fast-kill HOMICIDE.

But there is more to it, much more going on here. As I have said before, computers are actually able to decipher through these technologies what you're thinking, hearing and seeing 24/7/365. This isn't just about you Scrivener. Tens of thousands of individuals are being "attacked" by this surveillance/torture matrix today simultaneously. (even where there are no cell towers, anywhere is this country)
The technologies involved aren't hanging off cell towers or involve 'Multifunctional radio frequency directed energy system (RFDE)' technology specifically. This has to do more with Tesla, Haarp, specific electromagnetic technologies, land and satellite based deployment manipulating natural electromagnetic fields around the human body, the human mind, and coming from the earths core.

is not specifically accurate slick. Still thinking you can make something real by just saying it or making it up. That technology, first of all, because of how it was designed to be deployed, can on target one target at a time slick. Whether it is person or somewhat larger target in the same location. It's not designed for individual targets simultaneously in different directions nor for specifically just the human brain or individual parts of the human body. It doesn't even deploy the way you describe. To have the absolute and specifc control that really is required, only computers can provide, would need technologies as you have accurately described as "neural manipulation of brain waves and neurological physiological functioning." Thats not Multifunctional radio frequency directed energy system (RFDE) technology. Sorry pal !

my friends, in some cases, maybe , scrivener is hallucinating,. BUT, there are things, electromagnetic or some tricks that psychics use, that make in normal case healthy individual to feel sick. sick to his stomach, for example.. A man like scrivener drinks two, three glasses of wine and suddenly wants to vomit. or eats a lasagne and feels sick to his stomach. sometimes individuals under the influence of a psychic breath differently. their smell is much more sophisticated . they smell perfumes, that they would not notice otherwise. They are aroused by interesting smell of a woman, they would not notice otherwise. but as always, everything has a price.. and breathing troubles, that can follow are no funny experience :) You do not have to believe me, but some psychics do work for security machine and I showed you some utensils form their bag of tricks.

I can assure you that people in positions of power and authority are aware of my articles and it is apparent to me that they know the reporting is factual. Let me remind you that I first published the article exposing the cell torture towers in December 2009 (since updated), and that to date, not a single public or corporate official has stepped forward to refute or question my reporting.
I have exposed a black op that is silently torturing, impairing, subjugating, electromagnetically incarcerating, injuring, denying free will, inducing injury and diease upon American citizens. And you lame military contractor psyops agents demand "proof," as if plausible deniability is a defense against human rights atrocities, crimes against humanity.

If President Obama sees a piece in the Star or one of the really weird supermarket tabloids that a woman gave birth to his alien love child, and laughs it off, does his failure to refute it give it credibility?
