The Frozen Housing Market

My neighbour's house has been unsold on the market for about two months now. Merely a year ago, any decent house would have attracted multiple bids and a bidding war.

Even though Toronto's real estate boom wasn't nearly as bloated or "bubbly" as in the U.S., Britain, Spain or Ireland, fears about the slumping economy has caused potential buyers to freeze and take a wait-and-see approach.
