Roman lost a bid on friday and his lawyer contented a 20 pages of request that its quite obvious that judge of Los Angles country superior court cannot hear there issues of alleged judicial. Polanski was a winner in 2003 for directing the Halcaust drama.


Fugitive filmmaker Roman Polanski on Friday lost his bid to disqualify the Los Angeles County court system from considering his motion to dismiss a 30-year-old charge of unlawful sex with a minor.
