Fukushima nuclear power plant's Boss Resigns

The president of Tepco, the company that operates the Fukushima nuclear power plant crippled by an earthquake and tsunami in March, has announced his resignation after the company reported an annual loss of more than $15bn, one of the biggest ever by a Japanese company.  Masataka Shimizu said he was stepping down to take responsibility for Japan's nuclear crisis.
