Full Text of the Proposition 8 Ruling

Below is the text of Judge Vaughn Walker's ruling on Perry et al vs Schwarzenegger, saying, "Proposition 8 fails to advance any rational basis in singling out gay men and lesbians for denial of a marriage license."
