Jason Clark is charged after the 10 hour standoff in Fulton, NY. Jason Clark held a woman against her will in a domestic dispute in the Fulton, NY, home. Clark was armed with knife, and reportedly assaulted and injured the woman. The standoff ended after SWAT Team used tear gas to force Clark and the woman out of the house. Jason Clark is charged with assault, menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful imprisonment, aggravated criminal contempt, and obstructing governmental administration, reported WSYR.

Fulton Police say they had cell phone contact with Clark throughout the night, but he refused to release the woman. They say Clark's actions were in violation of an order of protection.

Jason Clark, 34, was arrested at Monday 10:30 am, after SWAT Team fired tear gas canisters into the apartment at 512 Cayuga St, Fulton NY.
