For Indian news channels Rakhi Sawant (Indian Item Girl) is biggest news last week. All channels were showing her reality show's clippings for TRP. Just after her show  Indians are celebrating Rakhi Festival now days.
So the cartoon shows that one media person calling his senior that some one make us fool. There is only Rakhi festival is going on here.... not Rakhi Sawant's Show!!
