Another three hours of my life and a gallon of gasoline were stolen from me on Saturday, apparently by the police- and public safety coordinated community policing Gestapo whose communications and black operations are directed by Lockheed Martin under contract to various agencies and commands of the extrajudicial fusion center network -- a/k/a “Gestapo USA.”
It began early Saturday afternoon, shortly after 3 p.m., when I discovered two unordered packages with Fed Ex stickers on the porch of my house. There was no knock on the door to signal that a delivery man had dropped of a shipment. We were home all day. I noticed that one of the two packages was loosely sealed with transparent tape, with a large gap between the box flaps. The other package was tightly sealed.
The package labels were addressed to a “Dmitri Pagonis,” with the same house number as mine, but listing a different street and zip code suffix, and both were marked for special Saturday delivery. I immediately called the 800 number listed for Fed Ex in the phone book, identified myself and asked that a truck be dispatched immediately to pick up the packages. The voice on the other end – whom I believe to have been a Lockheed Martin contract operative posing as a Fed Ex customer service agent – stated that the packages could not be picked up until Monday, and asked me to either take in the packages or leave them outside. This was unacceptable to me, and I told him why: First, it was only mid-afternoon, and GPS- and cellphone equipped Fed Ex trucks surely were on the streets in my area. Second, the packages were not my property, and I did not want to be responsible for storing them – and I certainly would not leave them outside, where they could be stolen by neighborhood misfits (of which there are many).
The voice on the other end, quite rudely, in my opinion, stated that would not be possible, and started to debate with my over my refusal to comply with his instructions. He said he would transfer me to a “customer service unit.” After several moments, another voice got on the line and I repeated the story – which elicited the same exact response: Fed Ex could not pick up the packages until Monday. I asked for the address of the Fed Ex customer service department at its headquarters in Memphis. I was put on hold for about two minutes.
Finally, the alleged “customer service specialist” returned to the line and gave me an address at the Memphis airport. I noted to him that I found it unusual that a customer service specialist did not have that address readily available. He said something about having to look it up on the internet. At that point, I was convinced that I was being victimized by yet another so-called “gaslighting” stunt. So I told the alleged customer service agent that I would drive the packages myself to the closest Fed Ex station, and asked for the nearest location. After another “hold” delay, he returned and gave me an address in Hamilton, NJ, about 15 miles away.
(Parenthetically, that is not the closest Fed Ex station that is open on Saturday; that would be the station in Bensalem, PA.)
As I drove up U.S. 1 toward Hamilton, I noticed that I was being tailed by another car that followed behind me as I made a turn toward the Fed Ex station. The same car pulled up to the station as I entered the counter area, and a young man holding a package followed me in. He was driving a car with Pennsvylania tags (PA EKA-7182) with a license plate holder from a Feasterville, PA car dealer.
I explained to the desk clerk what had happened, and asked that she provide me with a written statement acknowledging my drop-off of the two packages. She supplied me with a printout that purported to state that the packages had been delivered to the address on the package labels. Later, I noticed that the receipt mentioned only a “mis delvd pckg.” As I turned to leave, the man who had followed me in asked the clerk to check a package to see if the information on the package he was carrying was “correct.”
I waited until the young man exited the building. When he did, I asked him why he had driven to a New Jersey Fed Ex location when he was driving a car with Pennsylvania plates. First, he said, “how do you know it’s my car?” When I asked if it was not his car, he responded by saying that he came to that Fed Ex location to make “a business proposition.” Then he said something to the effect of: “Why do you think it’s okay to ask me a bunch of questions?” I replied with words to this effect: “Well, you heard why I came from Pennsylvania to this Fed Ex. But I thought it was very odd that someone else from Pennsylvania would be following me in.”
At this point, the young man got annoyed and suggested that I could call the police. I replied that I would do better than that – by making sure that the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice was aware of the incident. So it was no surprise to me that on the way back to Pennsylvania, I was tailgated by a Lawrence Township police car until I reached the turn-off at Route 1.
By a preponderance of circumstantial evidence, it is clear to me that this alleged Fed Ex drop-off at my house was engineered by the Bucks County police-protected, Lockheed Martin contractor- coordinated vigilante black ops unit – which this time brazenly crossed state lines to conduct their apparent “gaslighting” stunt. It would not surprise me if their original intent was to set me up for a possible frame-up attempt, as apparently has been done to me repeatedly over the past eight years, as I have detailed in several articles:

And that transparent tape that was loosely binding one of the boxes: I have to wonder whether the vigilantes who serially enter my home to vandalize, poison and despoil – as we are “kept under” in a deep sleep state via Lockheed Martin radio frequency weapon attack – didn’t remove some transparent packing tape from a reel kept in my kitchen as part of what I believe may have been yet another clumsy, Keystone Kops-like frame-up attempt. I intend to ask Fed Ex to reimburse me for my time and trouble, including gas money.

Odd that I have not gotten a single response to the TEN Facebook posts I've made to electronics and watch companies suggesting the marketing of a digital TV wristwatch. Not one. Again, you'd think I would have gotten some response to this idea from at least one or two Facebook users around the world. In the midst of your well reasoned plea for a return to our US traditions and Bill of Rights, you insist on viewing these crimes against US citizens through the small prism of your Jewishness instead of as an abused "American" citizen. What is that? My point is that these false front "programs" were designed from the ground up to facilitate covert wars against perceived "enemies" of many stripes -- from the traditional targets of authoritarian regimes (intellectuals, journalists, Jews and other hated minorities, "liberals," homos, etc.) to personal enemies targeted for reasons of spite, envy or jealousy. You know exactly what I mean, but since your psyops mission is to discredit me in any way possible, you choose to paint me as some kind of Meier Kahane radical. If you don't think that agencies and commands of Homeland, Pentagon and other security-intel agencies harbor rabid Jew-haters bent on finishing Hitler's mission, I would direct you to an old but still relevant book entitled "The Secret War Against the Jews" by John Loftus et al. It is my conclusion, based on a preponderance of available evidence, that hard-right pseudo-Christian fundamentalist crazies are calling the shots in several key, secretive agencies and commands of the U.S. government, notably those with oversight of scalar electromagnetic weapons technology. This is certainly true within Lockheed Martin, a corporation known for its support of authoritarian regimes from the Nazis to Red China. This corporation, along with a handful of other major contractors holding proprietary technology, is willing to sell out this country to the highest bidder by propagating awesome scalar electromagnetic weapons technology to friend and foe alike (I include China and Russia in the "foe" column).
Lockheed Martin, in my opinion, is an enemy of the state, an enemy of democracy, a criminal, subversive organization that betrays American values and the U.S. Constitution. Ditto for its USG overlords.

There are good and bad actors among all groups of people. It's starting to look that way to me. The site's operator is the "founder" of Journalists for Human Rights, a Canadian-based website organization. That org says their founder is "leaving" the organization to start this new internet venture. But the "Whois" domain search engine says Journalists for Human Rights is the registrant of "Newsana.com," along with many other web domains. Someone here apparently is not telling the whole story. Is this a Canadian-based U.S. intel op run by the USG's chief cyber contractor, Lockheed Martin? Only a theory at this point. More as I learn it... if ever.

My trumped up entrapment "case" didn't even get to the trial stage, and I STILL have an arrest record. This journalist was assaulted in June 2009 by Falls Township, Bucks County police, falsely arrested, shackled, placed in a torturous "stress position," left in the back seat of a squad car in a penned-in cop station yard and then falsely imprisoned. I was never read my Miranda rights and these thug cops denied me the right to make a phone call. The charge of misdemeanor "stalking" -- what was being done to ME just before this blatant police abuse of power -- was summarily dismissed when the police failed to produce a complainant. (My attorney tried to convince me to plead no contest, which would have put me on legal probation, an even bigger stain on my reputation; this is how the legal profession routinely aids and abets the persecution matrix.)
This incident, I believe, was a criminal conspiracy intended to defame my reputation and to make me unemployable. The Bucks County District Attorney's office turned a blind eye when I personally demanded a police misconduct investigation. The FBI also did not launch a formal investigation despite my pleas, to my knowledge.
The mid-Atlantic MAGLOCLEN-RISS fusion center and Lockheed Martin, the contractor that coordinates the communications of vigilante community policing "gangstalkers" nationwide, have corrupted law enforcement and security agencies within its region, making a mockery of the rule of law. In my opinion, MAGLOCLEN is a fascist, quasi-governmental criminal syndicate posing as a law enforcement agency and has usurped the authority of local police chiefs (most of whom seem to not care, or refuse to challenge its illegitimate authority). Law enforcement has been corrupted by this fusion center Gestapo, whose mid-Atlantic branch is based in Bucks County, PA (along with a major Lockheed Martin aerospace facility). I am still waiting for the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Justice Department to make an example of my home county and in so doing, restore the rule of law in America.

On Friday, I posted a suggestion to several watch makers and electronics companies that they market a digital TV wristwatch. Today I discover that the "everyone" Wall post comments link on the Swatch website has VANISHED from my Lockheed Martin intercepted and hacked connection. Does that mean that the "eveyone" Wall posts have been taken down, or is this another sadistic, psychopathic, malicious stunt intended just for me?

Just attempted to post comment to http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2012/01/joe-biden-advised-against-the-osama-bin-laden-raid/ speculating that perhaps Biden made this comment because he may know it was not bin Laden who was killed in the raid, and he's laying the groundwork for a "non-denial denial." THE COMMENT WOULD NOT POST, despite repeated attempts. Is Lockheed Martin's clumsy, fascist censorship regime run under USG contract confirming my suspicions?

I posted congratulations to the Facebook page of James McCartney, son of Paul, on an outstanding debut on the Letterman show last night. It was taken down minutes later.
