Another three hours of my life and a gallon of gasoline were stolen from me on Saturday, apparently by the police- and public safety coordinated community policing Gestapo whose communications and black operations are directed by Lockheed Martin under contract to various agencies and commands of the extrajudicial fusion center network -- a/k/a “Gestapo USA.”
It began early Saturday afternoon, shortly after 3 p.m., when I discovered two unordered packages with Fed Ex stickers on the porch of my house. There was no knock on the door to signal that a delivery man had dropped of a shipment. We were home all day. I noticed that one of the two packages was loosely sealed with transparent tape, with a large gap between the box flaps. The other package was tightly sealed.
The package labels were addressed to a “Dmitri Pagonis,” with the same house number as mine, but listing a different street and zip code suffix, and both were marked for special Saturday delivery. I immediately called the 800 number listed for Fed Ex in the phone book, identified myself and asked that a truck be dispatched immediately to pick up the packages. The voice on the other end – whom I believe to have been a Lockheed Martin contract operative posing as a Fed Ex customer service agent – stated that the packages could not be picked up until Monday, and asked me to either take in the packages or leave them outside. This was unacceptable to me, and I told him why: First, it was only mid-afternoon, and GPS- and cellphone equipped Fed Ex trucks surely were on the streets in my area. Second, the packages were not my property, and I did not want to be responsible for storing them – and I certainly would not leave them outside, where they could be stolen by neighborhood misfits (of which there are many).
The voice on the other end, quite rudely, in my opinion, stated that would not be possible, and started to debate with my over my refusal to comply with his instructions. He said he would transfer me to a “customer service unit.” After several moments, another voice got on the line and I repeated the story – which elicited the same exact response: Fed Ex could not pick up the packages until Monday. I asked for the address of the Fed Ex customer service department at its headquarters in Memphis. I was put on hold for about two minutes.
Finally, the alleged “customer service specialist” returned to the line and gave me an address at the Memphis airport. I noted to him that I found it unusual that a customer service specialist did not have that address readily available. He said something about having to look it up on the internet. At that point, I was convinced that I was being victimized by yet another so-called “gaslighting” stunt. So I told the alleged customer service agent that I would drive the packages myself to the closest Fed Ex station, and asked for the nearest location. After another “hold” delay, he returned and gave me an address in Hamilton, NJ, about 15 miles away.
(Parenthetically, that is not the closest Fed Ex station that is open on Saturday; that would be the station in Bensalem, PA.)
As I drove up U.S. 1 toward Hamilton, I noticed that I was being tailed by another car that followed behind me as I made a turn toward the Fed Ex station. The same car pulled up to the station as I entered the counter area, and a young man holding a package followed me in. He was driving a car with Pennsvylania tags (PA EKA-7182) with a license plate holder from a Feasterville, PA car dealer.
I explained to the desk clerk what had happened, and asked that she provide me with a written statement acknowledging my drop-off of the two packages. She supplied me with a printout that purported to state that the packages had been delivered to the address on the package labels. Later, I noticed that the receipt mentioned only a “mis delvd pckg.” As I turned to leave, the man who had followed me in asked the clerk to check a package to see if the information on the package he was carrying was “correct.”
I waited until the young man exited the building. When he did, I asked him why he had driven to a New Jersey Fed Ex location when he was driving a car with Pennsylvania plates. First, he said, “how do you know it’s my car?” When I asked if it was not his car, he responded by saying that he came to that Fed Ex location to make “a business proposition.” Then he said something to the effect of: “Why do you think it’s okay to ask me a bunch of questions?” I replied with words to this effect: “Well, you heard why I came from Pennsylvania to this Fed Ex. But I thought it was very odd that someone else from Pennsylvania would be following me in.”
At this point, the young man got annoyed and suggested that I could call the police. I replied that I would do better than that – by making sure that the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice was aware of the incident. So it was no surprise to me that on the way back to Pennsylvania, I was tailgated by a Lawrence Township police car until I reached the turn-off at Route 1.
By a preponderance of circumstantial evidence, it is clear to me that this alleged Fed Ex drop-off at my house was engineered by the Bucks County police-protected, Lockheed Martin contractor- coordinated vigilante black ops unit – which this time brazenly crossed state lines to conduct their apparent “gaslighting” stunt. It would not surprise me if their original intent was to set me up for a possible frame-up attempt, as apparently has been done to me repeatedly over the past eight years, as I have detailed in several articles:

And that transparent tape that was loosely binding one of the boxes: I have to wonder whether the vigilantes who serially enter my home to vandalize, poison and despoil – as we are “kept under” in a deep sleep state via Lockheed Martin radio frequency weapon attack – didn’t remove some transparent packing tape from a reel kept in my kitchen as part of what I believe may have been yet another clumsy, Keystone Kops-like frame-up attempt. I intend to ask Fed Ex to reimburse me for my time and trouble, including gas money.

SIGNS OF TERRORISTIC HOME INTRUSION, BUT LOCAL POLICE HEAR NO EVIL, SEE NO EVIL
The screw to the handle of our toaster fell out again today as I was using the appliance. Why is this petty annoyance noteworthy? Because this has happened repeatedly – and several times I have found the screw neatly placed on a nearby window sill.
This was a clear sign that it did not simply fall out, but was maliciously removed by an intruder who entered our home as we were “kept under” in a deep sleep state by covert attack from the cell tower scalar electromagnetic radio frequency directed energy weapon under operational command and control of Lockheed Martin.

It is no coincidence that this war criminal defense contractor also coordinates the communications for community “policing” vigilante terrorists who are given free rein to terrorize, vandalize and despoil by complicit federal and local security and law enforcement agencies and commands – including the Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA police, who have refused my pleas for a hate crimes investigation.
That’s not all; a box of bank checks that went missing, causing my wife to search the entire house, showed up this morning on our bedroom dresser. The box was not there yesterday.
It is apparent that these home intruding criminal terrorists are using nearby homes as their staging areas. It is also apparent that Lockheed Martin operatives at their “Mission and Combat Support Solutions” centcom in Valley Forge PA are totally and completely aware of EVERYTHING that happens within my home – due to illicit, unconstitutional and hi-tech “multi-intelligence fusion” surveillance devices and techniques that have been hideously deployed against this 61-year-old journalist and his family. Local and county authorities, and the Philadelphia office of the FBI, have refused my pleas for a hate crimes investigation.
This is sick, depraved domestic terrorism that could not happen unless AUTHORITIES LET IT HAPPEN. This has been going on for EIGHT YEARS. My home and its major systems and appliances have been vandalized, requiring expensive repair and in some cases, replacement. My cars also have been similarly vandalized and damaged. The latest example: a front bumper that is constantly being cut and detached, despite frequent repairs, including a recent repair at the dealership service department. Do you know what it’s like to live in constant fear and anxiety, unable to keep out apparently skilled car buglars who operate under the cover of Lockheed Martin electromagnetic weaponeers? I suspect that deadbolts on our main doors are even being defeated by this technology, which apparently can generate a powerful magnetic field strong enough to remotely manipulate door bolts.

TERRORIZED AGAIN BY VEHICLE STALKER IN LOWER MAKEFIELD TWP, BUCKS COUNTY PA – WHERE POLICE REFUSE TO INVESTIGATE EIGHT YEARS OF COP-PROTECTED HATE CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST AGING JOURNALIST
At about 7:17pm, as I was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of Yardley-Morrisville Road and Pine Grove Road in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, PA, less than a half mile from my home, a vehicle with its high beams on came speeding up from behind and hung closely on my bumper. As I pulled off from the stop sign, the apparently hate-crazed vehicle stalker again sped up and rode within just a couple of feet of my rear bumper. Terrorized, I tapped on my brakes to force the suburban terrorist to back off. Then, at the next cross street, I turned off and let the offender pass. I then pulled back onto Yardley Road in an attempt to harvest the vehicle’s license number – but the driver sped off at a high rate of speed. I accelerated and managed to get within spotting distance of his Pennsylvania license plate – a vanity plate that read “HORCEEZ,” as in “horses.”
THIS MOTORIST IS A DOMESTIC TERRORIST. He obviously was stalking me, clued into my presence on the road via the GPS “anti-theft” radio frequency immobilization system built into my vehicle (not ordered by us, by the way; we were told by a salesman at Mike Piazza Honda that it “came with the car”). My wife and I have been terrorized by vehicle stalkers for EIGHT YEARS. I met with Lower Makefield Township Police Chief Ken Coluzzi in June 2009 to plead that he conduct an investigation. I supplied him with some person-specific information. He was empathetic and indicated that he was familiar with the acts of home intrusion, stalking, and malicious vandalism inflicted upon us. But the terrorism, the stalking, the home intrusions, the vandalism, has continued unabated. THE POLICE CHIEF IS EITHER UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO MAINTAIN THE RULE OF LAW IN MY HOME TOWNSHIP.
I have related this situation to the agents of the Philadelphia office of the FBI in a series of personal pleas. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Interesting video. You seem to have more freedom than I on YouTube -- the pages I see are all in the old format, probably because Lockheed Martin is too cheap to counterfeit the new format style and is maintaining the status quo for those it censors in real-time.
I can't even use the TELEPHONE. I can't get through to important contacts. My calls have been answered by imposters. All of my calls to customer service agents are diverted to the special Lockheed Martin Information Systems psyops imposter unit. I have been given erroneous information that has resulted, I believe, in theft by deception, I.D. theft, etc.

I was never much of a joiner, even before the fascist censorship regime clamped down on me. But now I can't even research topics on the internet due to the malicious censorship. Pages are faked, false information is inserted, and even my own writing has been altered. The psyops cyberNazis delight in seeing how much mischief they can get away with. It appears to me that history is literally being rewritten by these goons and their fascist overlords in the private and public sectors. The intent seems to be to erode any faith in the integrity of material distributed on the internet -- to cast doubt on ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING that's published on the web.
My mission is basically accomplished. I've told all that I know -- and because of the pervasive censorship, it is exceedingly difficult to function as a researcher and journalist. World society is crumbling, and American democracy is eroding -- not due as much to an "offshore banking cartel," as the agit-propagandist Alex Jones maintains, but as a result of the deceitful, un-American actions of FASCISTS WITHIN.
I do think this fascist element has made a serious mistake by inflicting ear-ringing public loss of consciousness (via RF neuromodulation) on Vice President Biden. Obama also shows clear signs of being electromagnetically entrained, even tortured -- profusion of moles, streaks in scalp, teleprompter that shatters in mid-air, weight loss, haggard appearance, deep horizontal cleft in chin (they've done that to me as well, and they did it to my mother.) I have reason to believe that Biden now knows that he's been under electromagnetic assault, despite the lies and distortions that are likely being fed to him by his palace guard and White House resident spooks. Wonder how far back it goes -- were those aneurysms "induced?"
Only Joe can save America now. I am not joking here. Obama may be a totally entrained automaton by now. How else to explain a former constitutional law professor's wholesale selling out of the U.S. Constitution? (One possible explanation is that he's playing the "long game."
