Gang Stalkers on Former VP Candidate John Edward's Jury Trial?
Gang Stalkers on the Edward's Jury?
The jury's behavior drew attention Thursday when the four alternates all wore canary-yellow shirts. On Friday, they all wore bright red shirts, as did two of the 12 jurors deliberating the case.
Kieran J. Shanahan, a former federal prosecutor who has attended nearly every day of the trial, said he has never seen such unusual behavior as the color-coordinated clothing
"It's seems harmless when the alternates are doing it, but if the jurors are doing it, that's a concern," said Shanahan, now a Raleigh defense attorney. "This case has enough issues already."

What are the odds that all four alternate jurors randomly wore canary yellow shirts one day, and then bright red shirts the next. Lets start with the unusual colors. On a crowded bus one might expect one passenger to be wearing an off color like canary yellow or bright red. A cop could probably identify a person on a crowded bus with say fifty passengers with just the description of that shirt color. So we will say it is a one in fifty (1/50) chance for a single incidence.
The thing about patterns is that they multiplicative. So if you toss a fair coin once you have a 1/2 chance of heads, twice 1/4, thrice 1/8, etc. Here, [1/50 x 4] x [1/50 x 4] gives you 0.0000000000000001 or one quadrillion. Now, some gang stalking Deniers who cyber-patrol this site will tell you it is less, but ask someone with a math background. This can not be a coincidence.
So what is really happening?
The answer is a gang stalking technique called intentional psychological sensitization. One of the best definitions of sensitization is found below:
Sensitization
This is getting targets sensitive to an everyday stimuli. Eg. Colors, patterns or everyday actions. Eg. Red, stripes, pens, whistles, loud coughing, clapping, waves, keys jingling.
Eg. Joe will be mobbed at work and as part of that daily mobbing his coworkers will loudly cough at him every time they harass him by calling him names like loser, worthless, lame, demented. They will slander him and have others as they are slandering him show disgust by glaring and coughing at him.
Out in public they will follow him loudly and obnoxiously coughing at him. When he goes to stores they will get others to do the same. After months or years of this, Joe has become sensitive to this stimuli and it can be used to harass him without the names and the glaring looks. The association has been formed because of all the other harassment.
Source: http://whosarat.websitetoolbox.com/post?id=1487064
These aberrations are the normality in the twisted world of gang stalking. The same former federal prosecutor named above also noted a juror being flirtatious with Edwards from the jury box to the extent that it was unlike anything she had seen in her legal career.
So now gang stalking has invaded the Federal legal system, and it seems Edwards can expect a legal mockery of a trial. If Edward's legal team do not ask for a mistrial, on these facts, then they are setting him up for the conviction.

Peacefrog writes, " What could he be doing as a member of the CBC other than spying on fellow members?" Um... Allen West is Black. Just because he himself is not a socialist doesn't mean he's a spy because he thinks many others of the CBC are socialist. As Usual your reasoning is unsound. Like calling everything gang stalking. Ever heard the story about the boy who called wolf?

Ever hear of the boy who didn't recognize the wolf, even as it was upon him -- even as it was staring him in the face? There are some who post to Peacefrog's articles, who repeatedly deny gang stalking tactics, techniques and methods. Just as there are "climate change deniers", there are "gang stalking deniers" -- there are those who, when the facts are staring them in the face, still continue to deny reality. There's no reasoning with them -- perhaps they have an agenda. But anyone who pretends to know anything about what victims refer to as gang stalking or organized stalking and doesn't see the parallels here is missing a little something upstairs, to be kind.

"Ever hear of the boy who didn't recognize the wolf, even as it was upon him -- even as it was staring him in the face? " Nope. Because it never happened. Then again most of us can tell the difference between real gang stalking events and Peacefrogs selective inclusions he wants to interpret as gang stalking. That a couple of jurors decide one day to all wear yellow, red or green shirts is not proof of gang stalking. Not unless I'm being gang stalked when I drop off my youngest at school where all the children sport blue blazers. Or go to work and find that three of my fellow employees have on red ties. Coincidence? I don't think so. A better explanation is I'm being gang stalked. LOL. Ever heard of the power of discernment. n. 1. The act or process of exhibiting good judgment. Then again if you had good judgement you wouldn't be afraid to question your absolutes. For the record anyone who doesn't fall in line with Peacefrogs pronouncements on what constitutes gang stalking are not by default GS deniers. It's that lack of reasoning that make you look and sound like a brain dead tool.

Anyone who pretends to know anything about GS and posts like they are the only ones with the answer is definitely missing something upstairs. Stop pretending and then you wont feel compelled to repeat Peacefrogs assertions verbatim.

Allen West specifically used the word Communist in a reactionary way to spread unfounded fear. No Doubt, he had the left-leaning democrats in the CBC in mind when he made that statement. Other than being black, what else does West have in common with the CBC?

Peacefrog writes,"Other than being black, what else does West have in common with the CBC?" LOL. Being Black and being a Congressional office holder is all it takes. Nothing more. Though being a Democrat is ideologically preferred, a few Republicans have slipped passed the doorkeepers. Allen West being one of six ever since it's conception . West's use of the word Communist is hardly reactionary when you consider the primary goal of the CBC is welfare in all it's many guises for Black's. Of course that is all shrouded in social equality. Unfounded fear? Hardly. Not for criticizing a Governing body that claims to be non-partisan. Allen West is simply calling a spade a spade sans the PC dialogue and a desire to move away from the "Black as social victim" meme championed by the CBC. And West isn't alone in wanting to dump the 50's sociopolitical attitudes of the CBC and make the move into the 21st century. J.C. Watts [R-OK] elected not to join the group because of its close Democratic affiliation and socialist goals, saying "...they said that I had sold out and called me an Uncle Tom.[for being a Republican] But I have my thoughts. And I think they're race-hustling poverty pimps." It seems that the CBC hold's itself as 'decider' of who's really Black and who's not among Afro-American Congressional Office holders. Can't imagine those excluded or labeled 'uncle Tom's' being upset with such an openly non-partisan legislative body. LOL.

Mistrial (not verified)at 06:03 on May 28th, 2012
articles.boston.com/2012-05-26/nation/31851269_1_halts-deliberations-alternate-juror-juror-issue "Misinformed by courthouse personnel that someone had tried to sneak in wearing a wire — it was ABC’s Bob Woodruff, who had just forgotten to take off his earpiece after doing his stand-up — she made him explain himself in open court, and declared, “The courtroom is not a circus!”............ Two of the non-alternates (the two primary jurors -- also dressed in red) were reportedly gesturing at the alternate jurors, on Friday, I believe. They all eat lunch together. The openly flirtatious juror was reportedly smiling and nodding during closing by the defense attorneys. How can this judge do anything but declare a mistrial on Tuesday?

The jurors have asked for the handwritten note in which Mellon scrawled in meandering script that she wanted to pay for campaign expenses “without government restrictions,” a missive she sent off in a rage after Edwards was ridiculed for spending $400 of campaign money for a haircut. And the jurors also have asked for another look at the handwritten note from Mellon’s interior designer, Bryan Huffman, saying that a check he was forwarding from the heiress was, “As Bunny says, ‘For the rescue of America.’ ” -from the following article at www.washingtonpost.com/politics/john-edwards-trial-jurors-seek-information-on-bunny-mellons-role/2012/05/23/gJQAtiFzkU_story.html ****** I don't know much, but I know this: America needs to be rescued. Gang stalking is real and pervasive -- it runs counter to the rule of law and is clearly unconstitutional. If it's found its way into America's courts and judicial system, as it would appear, may God help us all.

It's about "odds", as is highlighted in this article. The former federal prosecutor observed that "he has never seen such unusual behavior as the color-coordinated clothing." Is he crazy? Of course not. The judge saw what he saw -- he was correct. Almost everyone who's "on the ball" noticed it. Are they crazy? Delusional? Of course not. Well, neither are those who are reporting the use of the color red in "this program" known as gang stalking. Imagine being lucid and sane -- like the judge quoted above. Imagine telling the truth about something that sounds not only implausible, but ridiculous. Imagine seeing a fascistic program that's operational in the U.S.. Then imagine telling the truth about it and not being believed.

www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2012/05/29/john-edwards-trial-watch-a-damning-twitter-trail.html "That there has been dissent among the eight men and four women tasked with reaching a decision has been evident. The panel appears in court twice each day: once to be officially dismissed for lunch and again at the end of the day. Affable juror No. 2, widely believed to be the foreman, often smiles broadly at Judge Catherine Eagles as he answers her questions. His occupation is listed as “financial adviser.” But Nos. 7 and 11 frequently enter the jury box with their arms defiantly crossed across their chests and sour looks on their faces. No. 10, a retired fire andpolice department employee, often covers most of his face with a large white handkerchief as if afraid of catching or spreading germs. Female juror No. 9 looks completely exhausted by the five-week trial."

What? No mistrial? (not verified)at 06:17 on May 29th, 2012
www.ajc.com/news/nation-world/john-edwards-jury-resumes-1448274.html Jury deliberations have resumed. When the flirtation between Edwards and the alternate began, the alternate should have been dismissed. What in the hell is this judge thinking? With all of the jury shenanigans, a mistrial was in order. That the circus has continued would seem to be, in an of itself, a miscarriage of justice.

Just Saying (not verified)at 09:43 on May 29th, 2012
If either side thought for one moment that a couple of alternate jurors showing up in similar colored shirts was cause for mistrial and that a mistrial was to their advantage, you wouldn't have to "wonder". MISTRIAL SOUGHT IN EDWARDS CASE would be national MSM headlines.

What's transpired goes beyond "a couple of alternate jurors showing up in similar colored shirts." Minimization and distortion of the facts don't change the fact that the judge -- the one who said that her courtroom isn't a circus, or words to that effect -- should have declared a mistrial. It's NC, for pete's sake. Just because those involved haven't done the right thing, doesn't mean that there wasn't and isn't a problem.

Your comment doesn't change the fact that IF the Judge or Prosecution or Defense thought they could get some advantage by seeking a mistrial they would do so, and that the MSM would print, MISTRIAL SOUGHT IN EDWARDS CASE in bold headlines. There would be no need for you to wonder why. Like everything else it would be explained to you in whatever fashion suited the days agenda according to your favorite media outlet.

Edwards jury shows no signs of nearing verdict By Manuel Roig-Franzia, Updated: Tuesday, May 29, 2:31 PM www.washingtonpost.com/politics/hints-of-tension-among-edwards-jurors/2012/05/29/gJQAJWyPzU_story.htmlGREENSBORO, N.C. — Those color-coordinated alternate jurors in the John Edwards corruption case are at it again. "The four alternates — three women and one man — each wore gray or black tops Tuesday. Last week, they were even more in sync, each wearing red tops Friday and yellow Thursday. The curious behavior of the alternates lends a bit of a sideshow atmosphere to deliberations now deep into their seventh day and showing every sign of continuing. One of the alternates, a 20-something woman, has frequently smiled at Edwards, sometimes flipping her hair or eyeing him in a manner that some have interpreted as flirtatious. But on Tuesday, the woman — dubbed “the Lady in Red” over the weekend by some commentators — was much more reserved."

"During the week of deliberations, at least one juror has gestured across the room at alternates in the courtroom during breaks. The jury and the alternates have had an unusual level of interaction during the deliberations. Some judges don’t allow alternates to mingle with jurors, but Eagles has grouped them together in the same room for lunch." “That’s very unusual,” said Kieran Shanahan, a defense attorney. The brief moment of levity contrasted with a much darker mood earlier today when Eagles appeared to scold jurors, slightly delaying their ongoing deliberations. Following the long weekend jurors returned today for a closed-door meeting with the judge. It is unclear what jurors did that Judge Catherine Eagles felt compelled to hold a closed door session with them, the second such hearing since Friday. When the court reconvened, Eagles gave a longer than normal speech to the jurors, reminding them to carefully choose their words, and not to discuss the trial in small groups or outside the jury room. It raises the possibility that juror behavior could later be grounds for an appeal. ( abcnews.go.com/Politics/john-edwards-judge-quips-lawyer-laugh/story?id=16452055#.T8VTklLkZ8E )

flash mobbing. noise campaigns. psychological sensitization of targets. the involvement of a large number of people in gang stalking groups.
Of all these things and others he insists amount to "gang stalking" which of them would Peacefrog be willing to testify under oath as having actually happened to him, with places, dates, times, etc?
Why is someone so relentlessly proliferating the internet with claims an unbelievable phenomenon is happening everywhere, perpetrated by government agencies- yet cannot say he has ever seen ANY of it himself firsthand?
