Gang Stalking is a systemic form of control, which seeks to control every aspect of a Targeted Individuals life. Gang Stalking has many similarities to workplace mobbing, but takes place outside in the community. It called Gang Stalking, because the target is followed around and placed under intrusive and directed surveillance by groups of organised "Covert Human Intelligence Sources" also known as Citizen Informants 24/7. Using anti-terror laws to spy on ordinary people.
Many Targeted Individuals are harassed and placed under surveillance in this way for months or even years before they realise that they are being targeted by an organised protocol of harassment.
What happens during this Gang Stalking surveillance is very similar to what happened to many innocent individuals in the former East Germany or Activists and Dissidents in Russia. Many innocent people in the former East Germany would be targeted for these harassment programs, and then their friends, family, and the community at large would be used to monitor, prosecute, and harass them. In Russia it was used by the state to declare activist, dissidents or anyone they thought to be an enemy of the state as mentally unfit and many were institutionalised using this form of systemic control.
The closest thing to Gang Stalking that democratic countries have seen before this is McCarthyism, Cointelpro, and RED SQUAD programs. Red Squad programs were used for monitoring, and harassment of various groups. They have been in place for over a hundred years, and they also employed Covert Human Intelligence Sources.
Civilian Spies, also known as "Covert Human Intelligence Sources" are recruited from every level and sector of society. Just like with Cointelpro investigations, everyone in the targets life is made a part of this ongoing never ending, systemic psychological harassment and manipulation of the target. These actions are specifically designed to control the target and to keep them in line. These actions are also designed to destroy the target over years, make them look crazy and leave them with no form of support.
For the targets of this harassment, Gang Stalking is experienced as a covert psychological, emotional and physical attack, that is capable of immobilizing and destroying a target over time. For the state it’s a way to keep the targets in line, control them, or destroy them.
Worldwide programs of control and conformity have been used with equal success and lethality. What we are seeing now is a global co-ordinated and organised effort of control and conformity. Many countries around the world are currently using a model of policing called: Community Oriented Policing. It's described as a systemic approach to policing. It focuses on instilling a sense of community within a geographically located neighborhood. Communities come together and discuss what values they would like to have in their community, community development, and it's also a time to discuss any problems that might be happening in a specific area. If a problem is identified an investigation might be opened. These local programs in many countries have been forming partnerships with other government run programs at, provincial, state and federal levels. Reports of Gang Stalking are not only coming in from democratic countries, but they are coming in from many other countries as well.
The modern day systemic form of control could only be funded at higher governmental levels, just like it has in other societies where these similar types of harassment programs have been implemented. It's all part of a system of control and conformity that has been in place for many years. A system of control with many local groups and appendages taking part.
The goal is to isolate the target from all forms of support, so that the target can be set up in the future for arrest, institutionalisation, or forced suicide. Other goals of this harassment is to destroy the targets reputation and credibility. Make the target look crazy or unstable.
Other goals involve sensitizing the target to every day stimuli’s as a form of control, which is used to control targets when they get out of line. Once the target is sensitized, the Citizen Informants have an easier time identifying the Targeted Individual in public.
These programs are designed to make the targets of this harassment vulnerable, they want to make them destitute. The secondary goals seems to be to make the target homeless, jobless, give them a breakdown, and the primary goals seems to be to drive the target to forced suicide, just like what they did with some of the targets of Cointelpro. It's a useful way of eliminating perceived enemies of the state.
Targeting can happen to anyone in society. In the past primary targets of programs such as Cointelpro have been minorities. Targeting however can happen to anyone. Individuals are often targeted for being outspoken, whistle blowers, dissidents, people who go up against wealthy corporations, woman’s groups, (single) women, anti-war proponents, individuals identified or targeted as problems at these community meetings, and other innocent individuals. The majority of the targets are often not aware that they are being targeted in this way. When a target moves, changes jobs, the harassment still continues. Every time the target moves, the same information, lies, and slander will be spread out into the new community and the systemic monitoring and harassment will continue. Traits of those targeted
People from all walks of life are being recruited to be the eyes and ears of the state. People from all races, ages, genders. Every sector of society that you can think of is a part of this. Civilian Spies/Snitches include, but are not limited to: General labourers, the wealthy, bikers, drug dealers, drug users, street people, punks, hip hop culture, KKK, black activists, church groups, youth groups, Fire Fighters, police officers, lawyers, health care workers, store keepers, maids, janitors, cable installers, phone repair persons, mail carriers, locksmiths, electricians, etc. There really is no minimum or maximum age range. An article came out recently in the Uk, saying they were recruiting children as young as eight years old to be Covert Human Intelligence Sources.
Some of these citizens might be recruited via programs such as, Citizen Corp, Weed and Seed, Citizens On Phone Patrol, (COPP), City Watch, T.I.P.S. Many started with good intentions to help patrol and monitor their cities and neighbourhoods. Others are recruited via their families, others at school, others at work. Since every sector, class, race in society takes part, recruitment is multi-faceted.
Many do not understand or care that the end consequence of this harassment protocol is to destroy a person.
There are many reasons that someone takes part in this activity.
1. Some do it for the sense of power that it gives them.
2. Others do this as a way to make friends and keep friends. It’s something social and fun for them to do. Many in society use the one handed sign language to communicate and it's very effective in breaking down race, gender, age, social barriers.
3. Others are forced or black mailed by the State or the police into taking part.
4. They are told that they are part of homeland or national security and being used to help keep and eye on dangerous or emotionally disturbed individuals. They see themselves as heroic spies for the state.
Civilian spies can come from a variety of different programs such as the Citizen Corp, Citizen On Phone Patrol COPP, Weed and Seed, T.I.P.S., City Watch or some other centralized government program used for patrolling and monitoring cities.
5. Others are just local thugs or Informants who are already being used for other activities, and their energies are just diverted over into these community spy programs. Eg. Some may be given the choice of Spying for the State or the police vs going to jail.
6. Others are told outright lies and slander about the target to get them to go along with ruining the targets life.
7. Many are however just average citizens who have been recruited by the state the same way citizens were recruited in the former East Germany and other countries. It's the way the society is.
A few of the most common techniques are listed below.
a) Classical conditioning.
Getting a Targeted Individual sensitized to an everyday stimuli. The targeted individual over a period of months, or even years is negatively sensitised to an everyday stimuli, which is then used to harass them. It’s used out in public to let them know they are constantly being harassed and monitored. Some examples of everyday stimulus that might be used include: sounds, colors, patterns, actions. Eg. Red, white, yellow, strips, pens clicking, key jangling, loud coughing, loud whistling, loud smacking of clapping of hands together, cell phones, laptops, etc.
b) 24/7 Surveillance This will involve following the target everywhere they go. Learning about the target. Where they shop, work, play, who their friends and family are. Getting close to the target, moving into the community or apartment where they live, across the street. Monitoring the targets phone, house, and computer activity. Surveillance Policy.
c) Isolation of said target.
This is done via slander campaigns, and lies. Eg. People in the targets community are told that the target is a thief, into drugs, a prostitute, pedophile, crazy, in trouble for something, needs to be watched. Files will even be produced on the target, shown to neighbours, family, store keepers.
d) Noise and mimicking campaigns.
Disrupting the targets life, sleep with loud power tools, construction, stereos, doors slamming, etc. Talking in public about private things in the targets life. Mimicking actions of the target. Basically letting the target know that they are in the targets life. Daily interferences, nothing that would be too overt to the untrained eye, but psychologically degrading and damaging to the target over time.
e) Everyday life breaks and street theatre.
Flat tires, sleep deprivation, drugging food, putting dirt on targets property. Mass strangers doing things in public to annoy targets. These strangers might get text messaged to be at a specific time and place, and perform a specific action.
It might seem harmless to these Citizen Informants, but it could be causing great psychological trauma for the target. Eg. Blocking targets path, getting ahead of them in line, cutting or boxing them in on the road, saying or doing things to elicit a response from targets. Etc. It's like the death of a thousand paper cuts. One or two minor incidents will not cause any harm to the target, but over time the target is slowly worn down.
Though Gang Stalking itself is immoral and unethical in nature, programs such as this in democratic countries, and none democratic countries have always been funded by the Government. They are the only ones with enough money, coordination, and power to keep such a system in place. These Co-ordinated efforts then join hands with others for this systemic form of control and harassment.

1. If you know someone who is being targeted in this way please don’t go along with it. Don’t assume that the person is guilty or a bad person. Many innocent people are currently being targeted, and people are being told lies. This form of harassment is systemic and it's about state control and conformity. The express goal of this harassment is to destroy the individual over time.
2. If you are aware of someone being harassed in this way, subtly direct them to websites that deal with Gang Stalking, or sites for Targeted Individuals. Knowledge is power.
3. You can subtly offer your support to someone who is being unfairly treated, in very small little ways.
4. You can bring up the subject of Gang Stalking or Targeted Individuals.
6. You can subtly suggest that your local newspapers or community papers print articles about Targeted Individuals or even an write an objective piece about Gang Stalking.
Communicate happens in a number of ways. When on the street or in cars patrolling, they use baseball or Stasi like signals. Citizen Informants also seem to get verbal ques via cellphone and earphones.
These include things like tapping the side of the nose, corner of the eye, brushing back the hair 3 times, the infamous double blink, etc.

1. Watch out! Subject is coming - touch nose with hand or handkerchief
2. Subject is moving on, going further, or overtaking - stroke hair with hand, or raise hat briefly
3. Subject standing still - lay one hand against back, or on stomach
4. Observing Agent wishes to terminate observation because cover threatened - bend and retie shoelaces
5. Subject returning - both hands against back, or on stomach
6. Observing Agent wishes to speak with Team Leader or other Observing Agents - take out briefcase or equivalent and examine contents.

No I am against stalking people in a Stasi like fashion. I value freedom, and democracy as I understood it and believed it.
I thought the governments of our countries did too, but the more I research I find this is not the case, because to me it does not see too democratic to stalk and harass people for years without a charge, or without them having the ability to go before a council and say hey, why am I being stalked and monitored in this fashion? What are the charges or allegid charges?

Thanks for the post! It is unreal that this is going on in our country. After all we were taught in school about how bad the Nazi's were, we find ourselves being given the same treatment. This phenomenon is very real and is happening all over the world. I have been a target of this "witch hunt" since early 2006. It seems history did not teach us much.

Their power is the silence that comes with this sort of harassment and control. Having almost entire cities Snitching, using one handed sign language. I never thought I would see this, and not in our democratic countries, but in the U.K., the U.S. and Canada, it's happening on a massive scale, and in other countries as well.

Yes, gangstalking is all too real, ive been a target for 6 years now. From my research, the government, or at least parts of it, is complicit. It seems fascism is on its way, and it looks bleak. I dont think the masses of today have the character or resolve to resist this kind of evil. And it seems to be spreading worldwide, which makes you wonder if there is truth to the NWO conspiracy theory.

In doing research for this, I am no longer in doubt about the one world government. The Gang Stalking seems to be a part of their clearing process, to get rid of specific people, making the way clear. By the time the rest wake up, those who would have stood in opposition of this will have been long gone. Apparently the Nazi did something similar with going after the 1 in 20. You go after the leader type who is something like the one in 20, and once you get rid of that one, the rest fall in line. Something to that effect. It's little wonder that this ties ties into mobbing, and is almost the extension of what starts for many in the workplace.

I am a registered nurse (ironically, a psychiatric nurse) and have been "gang stalked" for approximately 17 months. It took me a very long time to understand the scope and magnitude of the problem. Relocating did nothing to stop it, of course. I am strong and a survivor, buy I feel very alone -- most Americans don't want to believe that this kind of madness and intrusion is a reality... As the daughter of a retired U.S. Army officer and a patriot myself (though an independent, free-thinking one), I am sickened by the willingness of others to invade one's privacy in such egregious and illegal ways. Most Americans are unwilling to accept the notion of community stalking and dismiss targeted individuals as crazy or delusional. I am encouraged by the numerous websites that address this problem, but I am, nonetheless, discouraged. If the number of operatives (citizen informants) is really 800,000, how are we going to turn back the tide... I continue to have hope, but I am frightened for all of us...

I worry for us all as well. I never thought so called democratic countries would be willing to go along with this sort of spying on each other. We use to dispise countries like Russia, East Germany and even China with these citizen informants, but now we glorify snitching. Even countries like East Germany some are calling for a return of the Stasi. I sometimes think the fall of Russia was just a trojan horse ploy to get these countries turned into Snitch States as well. However the research seems to indicate our countries were like this for some time. If you go as far back as red squads that's over a hundread years. I don't know if the percentage has always been this vast, but it would seem society has been like this for some time, it's only with the internet that we are all now comparing notes, and the findings are astounding.

This has been happening to me for five years. I'm still fighting to get justice. I have been to the FBI several times and have requested a civil rights investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice, to no avail. I have also requested an investigation by authorities in Bucks County, PA., which, through federal grants, funds an entity alleged to participate in community stalking, again, to no avail. My emails to congressional representatives have gone unanswered, and my communications are subject to interception and in some cases, alteration. My career and finances have been methodically decimated, and my health has been adversely affected.
Those of you who read my articles and my commentary in the "comments" section will be able to get a fuller picture of what I have endured, and how many of the comments to my articles are part of a continuing pattern of physical and psychological harassment and intimidation. As this article attests, I am but one of untold thousands of victims. Yet even with my extensive contacts and journalism background, I have yet to find justice.

I am also a victim, I ask myself what is the real purpose of these organized stalking. What really motivates people is greed (money), but where is the money? Well the victims are providing free advertising it as the PERFECT CRIME for the MOB OR INDIVIDUALS TO USE THEM. Now the MOB or individual client don't need to go in as a MOB but rather as individual to bride or destroy whoever they want, even government officials etc without a trace................ What we need is NEW LAWS OR PLUG THE LEAKING EXISTING ONES before it gets any bigger..... We need to focus on their real clients and educate the public of the fact........... Can you think of WAYS others can use the perfect crime?..............................
We need to educate the public about the crime and the victim but we also need NEW LAWS TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC not just free advertising of a PERFECT CRIME for others to abuse.

I'm speechless, My husband and I have been living in a "fog" of what if, who is doing this, and going back and forth between sanity and insanity for the past 5 years.
Why is this happening to US? We may never find out but after being led to this post by God (I can't think of any other reason) we are feeling a bit more hopeful and less of being victims! Empowered but confused as to which direction to go now. Perhaps for now, just stay still and vigilant.
Enduring the endless destruction and torment these assholes (my apologies) have put on us is much the same that everyone else. We lost our home, jobs, friends, and families however, through it all, we have never lost each other. We are stronger together and determined to rebuild with each devistating blow that is dealt our way. The last blow just about killed us, we were chased through the hills of Kentucky and Tennessee at speeds exceeding 85mph, we were driving an 18 wheeler at the time. We have endured the homelessness and lived in a barbeque pit behind a church, lived in a shelter,and other substandard housing and we have made the best of it.
We ALL need to stand together, hold each other up and a support network in order to bring a hopeful end to this legalized torture and eliminate these sick and twisted individuals ability to do further harm. We have strength as a collective group since we have all come from different educational and socioeconomic backgrounds. If we were able to pool our resources and dig ourselves in and commit to find the source(es) of this evil, We will be able to rise again and live our lives the way we had intended, free from the stress and destruction these cowards inflict.

Hi and thank you for the article. I am a Canadian-Hungarian TI since about 1996-98. I have been forced out of Canada, amidst death threats. I'd like to say to all of you that the so called 'Western Democray' is under a seriously heavy siege. But tt is not the Muslims or the Jews who are behind the attack. The New World Order Nazis are behind it. What they are trying to accomplish now is to demolish people's trust and faithe in their own national governments, so that people would turn against their own government and want the 'one world government solution'. Organized stalking is part of this process, all levels of government are involved in stalking civilians. We must not, under any circumstances, turn against our own national governments, but rather against the New World Order Nazis (organizations and families). Canadians are in my prayers every day. If there is a nation on earth that can turn around this insanity it is the Canadian Nation, because the really best of mankind is right now in Canada. Peace to you!

Mr. Jeremy Scahill has wrote books, news articles, testified before UNITED STATES CONGRESS about "BLACKWATE, illegal private army abuse of power and corruption." Google "Jeremy Scahill and BLACKWATER" and you will find tons of information on the subject.
a. 190,000 private army in Iraq.
b. 40,000 more in U.S. Cities.
c. Private Air Force.
Look at the timeline between the establishment of BLACKWATER and massive increase in ORGANIZED HARASSMENT GROUP/ AKA GANG STALKING - illegal surveillance, illegal wiretap( protected by the Patriot Act) and find an almost identical curve.
It is widely believed these groups are working with local private security/detective, abusing community policing program to destroy citizens on behalf of their clients.
Coincidence? I think not. Time for CLASS ACTION.

Im not going to get into the nitty griity of what these terroist do to people but It is time for all innocent victims to fight back. Fight fire with fire go where they don't want you to go. be a prick, just keep it legal. if your innocent and have nothing to hide then you have nothing to fear. set ups are just that set ups, nothing a good lawyer can't fix. remember your in control no one eles. no one can take advantage of you unless you let them... ps... your not crazy. fight for your life back. don't let them win.

All victims of gangstalking are innocent, as even if you murdered someone you are constitutionally guaranteed due process and these people, even if they are badged LEO, were never granted jurisprudence by the populace or their elected representation to deny people that fundamental right. If they are the will of society why do they hide their activities from society?
They have committed a crime themselves under USC title 18 section 241 which carries a penalty as high as death, so don't you worry a damn bit about what they say you did- they've now done worse. (getting it prosecuted is another ball of wax... :-P )
I do think you may be a little early on in the program if you still have the attitude nobody can take advantage of you.... a good attitude for sure but when you get to the point where they are spending 20 hours a day painfully- I mean drop now- boiling your stomach acid with some kind of remote weapon and you find yourself on the toilet once an hour blasting air farts that register on the richter in the next county, and randomly adding hiccups, it's hard to have alot of dignity. It's even worse when you're walking around in public and the wet one comes along.
That's just one of the fabulous events the GS social club plans. Maybe I should have thought through all that "what do you pansy fascist pigs do to get in the frame of mind for your shift? go to the playground with candy and cruise for five year olds?" talk. Might have pissed them off.
My prediction: They're going to get away with this. Nobody's going to care. Only one thing is going to disrupt the beast from flattening all in its path. The only possible answer, because of the depth of involvement of people in media and government, etc, is going to be ***** ***.
I'm afraid to say this, but 9/11? The terrorists,were in the right. I am a military veteran but I'm tired of all this patriotic nonsense, America as we've been sold it, has been a ponzi scheme. The world is eventually going to kick America's ass and the current ruling class and the sheep that wave the flag enabling them, they damn well have it coming.
As for us TI's.... if you have the means to get out, do so. I live in an area where the social cleansing experiment is as or more advanced than anywhere, this town is all ex military and fundies with a uber GOP government coddled by a one newspaper media for decades. The police are all involved, any post in that newspaper's local forums that hint at gangstalking are deleted. This is a ****ed up road we're headed down and it's accelerating exponentially.

As is well-known, the experience of many who are stalked and harassed (and worse) is that the police are dismissive; don't even allow for the possibility of surreptitious entry into one's home; and while they may not come right out and say "this guy's crazy", they allude to it, as in the above article.
Sadly, the public may never know the whole truth about this terrible (and quite possibly, preventable) tragedy in Binghamton.

How does one fight this.The more one stands for their rights the worst it gets. there has got to be a way. Do I confront the leader. I know who it is and if I do what do I say. he knows that I know, he told me what he was going to do. I just figured he didn't like me and it would pass. It has been two years. any advise would be helpful.

In my case it's been going on for 15 years and they're still going strong. The tactics are subtly changing now and I've become aware of the differences. It's really strange how I've become able to pick up on their variations and nuiances without much provocation. Years ago I thought it would all pass as time went on because I mistakenly believed that most people have intelligence and would see right through the garbage that these idiots spew, but I found out that even the most average, normal looking Joe will fall for their lies hook, line and sinker. I think it's too hard for them to hold out against it, they are too weak and easily led. Watch their eyes. There is no compassion there just a blank, hateful stare. They all have that same look, which makes them really easy to spot.
In my case, they went so far as to send an impersonator to the city where I live. What kind of diabolical mind even thinks of these things? She uses my name and goes to places that I would never even think of frequenting, doing the the most hideous and classless things all the while using my identity. She even claims my children as her own and shows pictures of them around town and I am left with the stigma. The police have refused to help me. They seem to think it's just swell to have some low life going around town using my name. I wonder how they'd feel if someone started using their mothers name and charging $5.00 for services rendered! After I complained, the police started to turn on their sirens in front of my home in the middle of the night. Nice going guys! How brave of our men in blue...Guess what everyone, it's not against the law to pretend you're someone else.

Is anyone familiar with the tactics used by the A-team; see http://www.a-team.org/. This organization assits divorced dads wrongly accused of child abuse. While, it sucks for anyone to be wrongly accused, this group appears to use the community stalking system in an attempt to undermine and destroy the custodial mom, the ex-spouse of their clients. If you are a victim of community based stalking, are you a divorced mom with custody?
Response to enough is enough: Know that it is not going to stop unless and until these activities become explitcitly illegal and participants prosecuted to the fullest.
Advise: hang in there, hold your head high, maintain your integrity, have faith and believe in yourself at the deepest core of your bones & soul, because no matter how rightous the participants believe they are - they are wrong; they are the messed up ones. If it's money they seek, they're the ones selling their souls. If it's power that compells them, they're only a playground bully-with wrinkles; abusing power; while hiding from their insecurities. If they are forced or coerced partipants, it they who lack a spine and need to grow some. If it is vengence they seek, it is thier souls that they poison.
When you think you can't take it anymore, when you're particularly bothered & stressed, just think about how screwed up they are, how pathetic they are while attempting to make us look pathetic, think about how flippin disgusting it would be to walk in thier shoes, to wear their skin and to carry their baggage. Seriously, think about how truely screwed up someone has to be to wrap their heads around their actions and actually rationalize their participation. Then think about the ones who don't need to rationalize, the ones without conscience, - they're pure evil.
As more and more of us become victims and share our stories our voices will grow louder, and the percentage of the population aware of these activities will increase, as will their belief that it' s happening, as will their outrage. This outrage will lead to changes in policy, law, consequence and ultimately freedom for you, me and sadly the increasing number of human beings around the world who are Targeted Individuals.
Maintain records, a daily diary, proof of surveilliance, such as plate numbers along with the make and model. Recognize their habits. The thing that you must understand is that while they study your habits, thier methods are exposed - the surveyer becomes the surveyee - you become familiar with their habits. While I might be conditioned to recognize every Red Sox sticker I see, so what- sox swept the yankees in 3!....I've also been conditioned to know that when it rains I will get wet. I am being followed. I know and it sucks. I miss my privacy and aninimity, but do not let their actions make you nuts. They're nuts. Yes, you see them, yes you know they are there but say "NO", take their picture and smile, give them a thumbs up or the peace sign. Believe it will not always be like this and that you are not alone, we are not alone, there is power in numbers and ours are growing.

Hmm... I went there and spent about 15 minutes poking around and all I saw was talk about legal advice and lawyer referrals.

Perhaps that's the way it looked if it described your situation. To offer a counterpoint, I'm a divorced man whose ex effectively kidnapped my daughter when she was 4 specifically to leave the state and move to Washington for the purpose of their open ended welfare program after California enacted welfare reform. Because of this and the circumstances of our dissolution of marriage I'm about a buttload in arrears on child support (offsetting her welfare payments, to the county and then state of Washington, so in no case has the child gone hungry due to this, it's paid to the government general fund) This may or may not be a factor in what got me targeted, I'm just offering that it appears to be a direct contrast to what you describe so maybe what you are thinking is happening with you IS the case or isn't- and maybe their twisted little minds justify ****ing both sides?
Anyway, good post, lots of positive thinking.
(usually I scoff at that ****, being a grump sometimes, but the last few days have been brutal- I've had a back problem the last few years and it appears to have evolved into both degenerative rotational scoliosis, and degenerative disc disease with at least 3 fully ruptured discs- no doubt helped along by the lack of restful sleep and their tactics of terrorizing you all through the night, I can only sleep about every other night when completely exhausted and can't be kept from falling asleep by whatever it is they do to cause nausea, disorientation and severe nightmares. The house will feel like it's shaking, or rocking like a boat, among other things. About a year and a half of that has really aged me quick)
Anyone else notice a shakng/rumbling in their homes, and/or the appearance of a walls and/or floor flexing-and aren't on acid? :-) I'd like to figure out how they're doing that one....if so contact me by clicking on my username.
