I am a TI. Gangstalking is definitely flourishing in the USA. For three years I have studied the techniques used by my PERP adversaries. I have a background in electronics and was a former Ameteur Radio license holder.  In my opinion, the equipment used by PERPS to destroy a target's life can be improvised OR purchased! It can find its way from (declassified) Military to Federal, Police, Fire and Rescue authorities. From there, it may become quietly available to groups that hate (or are extremely frightened by) people designated as 'undesirable' (sex addicts, drug addicts, pro-abortion, atheists, etc....).  If you really want the big picture on GangStalking, wade into this site ThisHiddenEvil.com . However, it does not dwell on types of technology used by PERPS.    GangStalking is very real! The weapons are real! Many have been around for decades. They use Microwave Voice-To-Skull to place voices directly in your ear canal. Hypersonic Sound can also be used for similar results. Ultrasonic sounds can make (audible sounds) 'appear' at a distance. Combine these simple weapons with thru-wall snooping devices and you have a recipe for severe abuse that leaves no forensic clues. PERPS will bully the target again and again...   While I can't say I've SEEN the weapons used, I have YEARS of recorded audio that demonstrates the non-stop 24/7 attacks and HATE these people dish out. My recorder is inside my bedroom next to me as I (try to) sleep. The Microwave Voice-To-Skull (V2K) can be picked up by a common electret microphone. Electrets respond to chqanging electromagnet fields. I live in CT. I was targeted savagely by multiple stalkers from 2003 until at least Apr. 2009. Initially I was stalked (as far as I know) by one man who could not accept that I didn't want to be with him. He stole my identification, broke into my house routinely, and had a GPS on my car. In addition, he seemed to be able to see me and know what I was doing all of the time, especially when I was at home. Then one day I spoke honestly about this man with a mutual acquaintance to whose home the stalker had access. Within 48 hours I was targeted by a staggering number of strangers whose tactics ranged from the bizarre to the lewd to the physically dangerous. EVERY SINGLE TIME I LEFT MY HOME MY HOUSE WAS ENTERED, DAY OR NIGHT, DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HAD A HOME ALARM INSTALLED AND SET WHEN I LEFT HOME. I was followed everywhere I went, in my car or on foot. (The alarm, by the way, was controlled through the phone line.) My computer was literally under someone else's control (see rootkits), so I attempted to use the computers at the library to get information on gang stalking and the technologies being used against me. Guess what? There would always be a set of perps there w/ cell phones, and within a few minutes on any computer library any web page that might assist me was made unavailable. Sometimes bizarre messages would pop up on a library screen before I was shut out of all sites, such as, "There's nothing for you here. Move along." ---done up in bright colors on the screen. "Or, "You should be careful because someone could know what you're doing." If I wanted to get anywhere on a library computer, I had to hop around from computer to computer and type real fast. That worked. Apparently the perps inside were communicating to someone else, telling the hacker which terminal I was on, and it took the hacker a minute or two to catch up w/ my activity if I moved to a new computer. Yes, it sounds beyond-the-pale impossible, but this really happened to me. And since the San Francisco Public Library computer system was compromised by a rootkit, a natural question would be, "Where else has this kind of thing happened?"  My land line and cell phone rang throughout the day and night with calls from strangers who wanted me to understand that I was being messed with---just as the stalkers in the community wanted me to understand that very well. At times my phone calls would be  intercepted by perps who would pretend to be whomever I was trying to reach --- for ex., perps pretended to be FedEx employees.  Another time a perp claimed to be at an animal hospital. The worst time was when I called a suicide hotline (because of all this shit, and the way it was destroying me) and I got a sick jerk who, it became obvious, was a perp who spoke to me as if I was a "loser" and basically suggested that I should despair.  One time I was attempting to verify the identification of a man who claimed to be from FedEx, but who drove a non-FedEx van, and whose i.d. was 20 years old and from another state. I dialled the phone (after bringing his i.d. inside the house and locking the door) and in a second the line went dead.  I ended up rejecting the bizarrely labeled package he said he was delivering, because it was all too weird. I called the cops as a routine call and inquired if it was odd that the deliveryman wasn't driving a FedEx vehicle (this was the first week in Nov.) I was told that sometimes they did that. I made it very clear that I did not need/want anything more from the police than an answer to my (routine) question. So what happens? A little while later a really disrespectful cop shows up at my house. He kept asking me questions, and as soon as I opened my mouth to answer (every single time) he would speak, talking over me. He would not allow me to speak, yet would not just go away and leave me in peace. This happened more than once. The police, or people posing as police, appeared to be in on what was going on. When I really did go to the police for help I was not helped at all. In fact, three out of four times I felt like I was getting messed with by the police. In the fourth instance, the cop was initially receptive and helpful, then suddenly stopped returning my (nonhysterical) phone calls. The people who engaged in the stalking were a number of different types. (Going to other states, by the way, did not help at all. I was harassed in NY and in states out west, where my vehicle was broken into repeatedly.) Some of them were leering men from, say, 28-65 years of age. These men acted as though they had seen me in very private or intimate moments. One suggested to me that pictures of me were being circulated via the internet.  then there were people in their teens and twenties, some of whom seemed like mean kids, and some of whom seemed like deluded young cop wannabes. Then there were streeet people, and people with developmental disabilities. There were some gang banger types, who stuck out quite a bit around my town. And then there were the All American, Mostly White, Militia-Type Shithead Brigade members, who would drive around with jingoisitic stickers on their vehicles and frequently involve their wives/girlfriends/children in their sick nonsense. (Not to be sexist. Probably in some cases the wives were the primary shitheads.) It was incredibly depressing to see so many children being used to do such an evil thing. The Self Righteous Citizens Brigade members all clearly believed that I was some sort of horrible person, despite the fact that I've done nothing wrong, and have no criminal record. The women, in particular, behaved as if I were the scum of the earth.           Somehow, the perps could see inside my house and (I believe) my car. My house was entered many times while I and my husband were home. (My husband had nothing to do w/ the harassment.) Every single thing that I attempted to do was undone. Every single effort I made to take control of the situation and to protect my privacy was blatantly foiled. My home and yard and belongings were steadily trashed. Coins and cigarette butts were left around .The car would routinely be entered and/or marked up when I left it. Sometimes I'd go throught elaborate locking rituals, only to return to the car to find it open.The interior molding was pulled apart. My house was made filthy as soon as I'd clean it. My car radio was tampered with. The house/belongings were constantly smeared with what I think was probably feces, judging from the appearance. My dishes/pots/an open wine bottle were fouled. There was what appeared to be blood or a mix of blood and water sprayed on my walls, repeatedly.  My walls , linens , furniture and clothing were constantly marked w/ lacquer/paint/makeup/crayons/ pencils/toothpaste. (I have no children in the house anymore.) My dog was terrified to be left behind at home. (I came home a number of times and found strange dog toys in the house.) He was also threatenend a number of times. Things constantly disappeared and came back to the house. Sometimes they disappeared forever, but mostly not. I'm talking about noticeable things, like a telephone disappearing for a no. of weeks, then appearing in a different room, just sitting on the table. In addition, strange objects would sometimes be left behind in the house. The woodwork in the house was burned w/ a burn tool. The furnace was messed with. I would frequently hear bizarre sounds in the house, which my dog responded to. A few times I heard bizarre sounds including (one time) Satanic chanting, or something that sounded like it , out in the woods--- yet there was nobody where the sound was coming from that I could see. I requested that my doctor put me on an antipsychotic drug, since I belieived I must be losing it. The drugs never changed any of my perceptions. However, I think that being on them probably prevented my truly going insane, so I'm glad that I took them.

Peacefrog - I also agree that there are cheaper technologies being used.  While my ex/perp pretends that he can hear my every conversation, I believe he has heard us at home when the computers are hacked via remote access using the microphone.  Also, at one point he and his bully friends were posting my real life image in a fake Orkut account - including the type of glasses I've been wearing (which he has never seen since I don't normally wear glasses) and sure enough once I found a plastic cap with the name BOSCH on the left side of my windshield on the exterior.  I went to a Spy Store near my house to inquire about some of the other surveillance tactics that could be used and found that there are mini gps with audio for the car that can be placed outside the car.  (Perp has posted things indicating he heard private conversations in the car - and of course posted something super offensive about something very private my 6 year old said in the car.)  They also sell jammers, teeny-tiny wireless pinhole cameras, and all sorts of fascinating things.  The owner might have been a perp himself (for various reasons - due to the conversation that we had).He wants to act like he can see/hear us at all times, but I know that it's unlikely he actually does.  He has also indicated he can see through my clothes, but I also don't believe that.Other times it appears he has seen us in the backyard but most of the houses in my neighborhood have surveillance cameras so it's possible if they hack into the neighbor's system they can see us there.  That's a possibility anyway.In terms of the DEW type things, I found that when I get one of those searing sudden-onset hot-spot headaches that if I walk outside my house I find a strange vehicle either parked outside, or visiting neighbors pretending they are lost.  The last time it was a Fed-Ex truck with 2 people - and the guy who was not the driver was not wearing a Fed-Ex uniform.  I don't believe that all of this is done through satellites though I believe they must be using something to pinpoint the location of my head or other body parts.I had some vicious attacks at night in the past - one of them a sexual one and another one that left me as though someone had beaten me soundly (and I did feel a puff of air on the back of my head as though someone was hitting my head with a mallet and by morning my head felt swollen and my eyes were practically swollen shut).  That was back when I didn't shield and when I didn't know where any of this stuff was coming from and didn't go outside to see if someone was there.The eardrum vibrations and weird tinnitus like sound is stronger in my bedroom than in other parts of the house... and it doesn't start until some point after entering the bedroom, so not being technologically oriented (I'm finishing a doctorate in anthropology).  I think that there might be some sort of sound transducer outside.  The neighbors had recently painted part of their houses' exterior and it didn't start until after that.  I didn't have anything happen in the car until more recently and again I think they put something in the car that can bounce signals.  (And I am certain they can get in the car since my interior lights were left on a number of times until the battery finally died - then it stopped.  Also I collected some head hairs from inside the vehicle underneath the passenger seat that do not belong to either my daughter or I - can't prove it belongs to a perp though...)I think that it must be rather expensive to run this operation and that perhaps they use the minimal amount of technology that they can get away with.  Maybe a higher-level target like an activist gets the real stuff... or perhaps because my case appears to be a "for hire" rather than a government hit they don't have full access to all the technology.In terms of the twitching, I have felt this in a variety of places - house, car, friends' yard, etc. so I don't know how that works, whether it's an aftereffect from the other stuff or whether I'm actually being hit at the moment.  I don't look at this guy's postings anymore - and someone must have wised him up that I use his postings to collect evidence since he doesn't post so much now, but I can't go by everything he says - he would always put "camera with night vision," "telescope," bla bla bla as well as blaming this on a 2012 type millenarian group, aliens, "police in helicopters," gangsters (most likely the source), and the last one - "artificial intelligence" (if that were the case, why do they need the street clowns?)The hacking I experience seems much more sophisticated than anything I have encountered and I have proof that I get hacked even at the public library.  Right now I am showing an IP from my ISP but localhost in X Netstat Professional shows a different router than the one we have at home.  But I guess if someone has a lot of wireless technology know-how and they know where I am they can just as easily get into the computer as my cell phone, house phone (cordless), car (has keyless remote) etc.  I just think they use a variety of things, but I totally agree that they don't always use the most sophisticated technologies. I think being able to hack me constantly or intercept my cell phone is extremely dependent on knowing my location and this is part of why they follow me everywhere (apart from wanting to "stress me out" or whatever).I'm a very "new" target so I defer to people who have had more experience with this, but I think that they want us to think that they are always using more incredible equipment when a lot of the time they are using things that private investigators use or that anyone can get at their nearby spy store.

     Thanks for the thoughtful comment. A target from California has started an online petition to use enforcing stalking laws already on the books to shut down these organized stalking groups. What you are experiencing is very programmatic and part of a nationwide group of stalking cells that communicate with each other. This is Domestic Terrorism and prosecutable under Patriot Act Section 802 (as well as the Espionage act and other high sentence felonies in some cases). Please take two minutes to sign up and vote for the proposal to enforce stalking laws against these domestic terrorists. You should also consider having your family sign up and vote. This is an appeal to DOJ on an open ideas official government website. Many people, including yourself, could use this help. Here's the link:

Roselime -- Thanks for your supportive comments. It's good to be able to exchange information w/ people who understand this crime first hand, although I am terribly sorry that other people are suffering as targets of abuse. As you noted, where there is no psychosis an antipsychotic drug will not change anything in a person's perceptions. What i ended up doing was taking an antipsychotic at a very low dosage so that my overall anxiety level would be held in check. I believe that for me personally (I have a history of anxiety and depression) it was important to do this at the time as a prophylactic measure so that I wouldn't go crazy, literally. Having seen two different individuals do just that after their own unrelieved depression caused psychosis (neither had been willing to take even an antidepressant) I just didn't want to gamble on my own future mental health. After seven years things do seem pretty calm, thank God, although occasionally it appears to me that someone has been in my house and done more petty damage ---possibly the man who submitted my name to the other perps(?) You mentioned that you are new to this experience. I just want to encourage you to hang in there. This crime is being exposed more and more, and with the help of sites like this one I believe that the truth will eventually out. In my own case i eventually became innured to the tactics that they used against me, so that I stopped getting really upset and trying to take back control of my home, etc. And the less of a reaction they got from me, the less they came after me. I agree with you completely that much/most of the harassment that the perps inflict can be done using devices that can be purchased very easily from all kinds of sources. I think it would be a tremendous help to TIs to know more about the kinds of equipment that can be used by perpetrators to accomplish their ends. I also think that our stories might not be dismissed so hastily if we could show them how easily this stuff can be obtained. I'm wondering if anyone out there can shed some light on how bizarre sounds might have been produced in my house and out in the woods when there was nobody visible to me. (I'm not dismissing the idea of V2K technology being used, but I'm wondering if there are other possible explanations as well.) My dog reacted to these sounds, too. I'd also love to hear from anyone out there who might be able to provide possible answers to these questions: How were the perpetrators able to enter my house so easily, when I had the locks (deadbolts) changed three times, and I had an alarm set? (There is a phone box across the street and a large junction box around the corner.) How were my phone calls intercepted? Would it be possible for my original stalker to have calls from my line routed through his business phone system at home, perhaps, i.e., as if I were a consenting "satellite office" or something? Any thoughts on how someone else was controlling my computer at home and at the library? Since the house was entered a bunch of times when I was in it, and since things that were hidden were found and taken within the space of an hour on many occasions, I came to believe that I could be seen inside my house. Yet I never found a camera. Roselime, I was interested in what you said about the mini GPS device having the capacity to record sound in the car. Do you know any more specifics on this? I never was able to find the device on my car, but I strongly believe there was one, and that my original stalker tracked my movements all the time because he showed up regularly at all kinds of odd places and times.Good luck and GodBless to all of you.

It's still possible to add comments.  And it may be possible to vote.  We have to be judicious about what we post and what we say.  This is a mainstream link -- they don't know OS as many of us know it.  If people go too far afield in their comments (which has been the case) -- when people use certain language or say something outrageous -- it's just a fact that some "suit" is going to be offended, and then conclude that OS is only a wild conspiracy and/or not consider the idea one that's worth advancing. Hi Anon - I can certainly understand how this would cause depression/anxiety!  It's a total nuisance.  I went to a nearby store called "Spy Store"  - there are several here in Miami, I am sure there must be some in a metropolitan area near where you live.  The guy showed me all kinds of things that could be used.  I know they can hear me in the car... I've tested this several times and once my perp posted "CD player with GPS" - so I thought maybe the sound system is linked to the GPS they might be using and that's why I inquired.  The one the guy showed me works wirelessly, but they also have small recorders that can be placed in the car.  That would be tougher because someone would have to go in the car and retrieve it after 170 hours or whatever.  Not that they haven't been in my car - most recently they made a cut on my leather seat in a V shape.  How they get past alarms etc?  I was thinking - everything that is wireless is suspect - remote keyless car entry is wireless, house security cameras, garage openers, house alarms, cordless phones, cell phones, etc.  I'm not a person with a lot of technical know-how but even if these systems are secure, if they have a lot of knowledge of wireless and the right tools I suppose they can bypass these things.  One time, at the smaller public library not only did car alarms go off (a theme with me - it used to happen whenever I went into a parking lot) but the door kept opening and closing by itself.  The librarians were freaked out about it.  But if it has some kind of wireless capacity, I suppose the goons might have been the ones doing it. The computer hacking is more sophisticated than what I understand about computers, but I have tested on several occasions to see if I am hacked and I was.  Also, there are some programs you can download  - I use x-netstat professional, but there are others - that show you the name of your localhost... and since there are two routers that show up and neither one of them is mine... well you get the picture.  Also, the internet on my cell phone has been hacked somehow where they can see what sites I go to - I have tested that too.  I think they have to know my physical location for that.  At the spy store some other guy was talking about cloning SIM cards but I don't know that much about it.I went to see a car alarm specialist about looking for GPS on the car - $45 if they find it, $25 if they don't but when I was in there there were a lot of clown/perp type people entering the store.  I don't think it's worth it to try to have it checked out.  There are other ways to track people - the most simple of these is RFID tags but I don't know how that works either.These people can always find me, but I think for them to do some of the stuff they do they HAVE to know where I am physically.  I get hacked at Borders (by them - I tested that too) but they have to know that I reset my computer and am physically there to do it.With regard to sound, there is something that's been around for years called directed sound.  For example, see www.isa.org/Content/ContentGroups/News/20051/July29/Pintos_Point__Directed_sound_beams.htmI don't know what they use for things, and I am sure satellites are involved at some level, but honestly I think that a lot of stuff is done by people on the ground with equipment that is easy to purchase.My perp implies that he can see me in my room.  There's always the equipment firefighters use to find people in buildings - using ultrasound - but who knows.  There are the things they want us to believe and the things that actually happen.  I think sometimes they use the lowest-tech possible stuff and want us to believe it's something more sophisticated in their efforts to make us look unreasonable.
