Gang Stalking: Apparent Texas Target Burns Down Discount Store

On June 4, 2012, Damon Cooper walked into a Dollar Tree store in North Dallas where he had been employed and almost burned it to the ground. He was arrested by police for arson, and claims that he was the victim of a national conspiracy. Cooper wrote about a vast conspiracy against him by his employers, police in several states, the courts, etc., on his Facebook page, on a blog he maintained, and in leaflets he handed out. In Coopers's own words:
"I am being followed, threatened, watched, set-up, stalked, attempted to be committed, imprisoned and much more from state to state by Dollar Trees Inc., N.Y.P.D., Texas P.D., N.C.P.D., Az P.D., Georgia County Superior Court, Wal-Mart, maybe more... They even tried to kill me."
The video link on the news story linked above is even more revealing. If you freeze the video at 1:02 you can see another sentence in the flyer Cooper was handing out, it reads:
"These individuals are even living in the same apartment complex as me."
Before you play the video link to the story, there is a collage of snapshots from Cooper's Facebook page which has now been taken down. One truncated sentence reads:
"and bugging my [phone?...]"
This seems to be a classic description of gang stalking. As readers are well aware, Texas is one of the big four states for gang stalking activity, the other three being California, New York and Florida. Cooper probably thinks that Dollar Stores is more central to the gang stalking apparatus than it is. Employers are generally a pawn used by the gang stalking apparatus to constructively terminate a gang stalking target's employment adding to his or her civil rights plight.
After some examination and reflection on the issue I have come to some conclusions. Gang stalking is essentially an updated and technically enhanced version of COINTELPRO. Gang stalking can only be conducted by the federal government because of the resources involved. Gang stalking targets are of no inherent interest to the government. Gang stalking group members are generally low level criminals, ex-cons, civil servants, friends and family of organized crime, and other malcontents that are of no inherent interest to the government. Several hundred thousand gang stalking victims in America are having their lives destroyed and their civil rights violated in a highly systematic and systemic Program. Because the government is orchestrating this activity, and, because both gang stalking targets and gang stalking group members are of no inherent interest to the government, there is another raison d'etre for the Program. I believe that reason is to grease the rails for a civil rights prosecution of the traditional enemies of Washington, including, but not limited to, organized crime. These traditional enemies of Washington have a sufficient nexus to gang stalking to make them criminally liable for gang stalking civil rights conspiracy. The gang stalking targets are merely human bait in this scheme. The gang stalking groups are merely police tools in this scheme.
I believe that it is now clear that suicides, homicides, and many other criminal acts, including some of the mass shootings we have seen a spike in over the past 10 or 15 years, can all be traced back to the gang stalking Program.
I have a question for the hot shots at FBI and the Department of Justice. What if that store was unable to evacuate the shoppers that were inside when Cooper almost burned it down?
One thing is for sure, his Facebook page, blog any any other tangible evidence of his claims of being a gang stalking victim would have been promptly and thoroughly scrubbed from the internet. Isn't it interesting that the Facebook page, and other social media sites, of every mass shooting suspect, have been promptly scrubbed post incident in the past couple of years, and, that it also standard operating procedure for the police to announce that "motive is unknown at this time"?

As I understand it, the store's sprinkler system kicked in and contained the blaze until firefighters arrived -- it's not clear that the store "burned to the ground", though I saw one such headline. As was the case with Jiverly Wong of Binghamton, NY, this guy is being dismissed as "paranoid", but it's pretty clear to me, as well, that Damon Cooper was (and probably still is) a victim of GS. (GS is a process that, in fact, induces paranoia.) After Virginia Tech, the GS program was ramped up, in my opinion. I believe that the mentally ill (with whistleblowers and other "undesirables" tossed in for good measure) are being harassed and stalked for the purpose of marginalizing, destroying, as well as "containing" these individuals. The common, heinous practices that are being employed are resulting in homicides, mass murders suicides... (I looked for his Facebook page and couldn't find it. Anyone else?)

"This seems to be a classic description of gang stalking." Are you out of your mind altogether. To even suggest this paranoid's rantings are indicative of stalking is unconscionable. Together with the unfounded accusation that "the Facebook page, and other social media sites, of every mass shooting suspect, have been promptly scrubbed post incident " places the Peacefrog conspiracy club at the top of the 'you gotta be a #@$%^&* joke' list. Cooper's statement says it all, "I will be going to my old employers store that I honestly believe they built out here around the corner from me to get me upset... " Yep. Nothing wrong with this poor souls mind. Everything normal. It must be a conspiracy. Only the Peacefrog conspiracy club can imagine that a business enterprise would be so threatened by someone they fired, that they would have to build a store in that persons neighborhood to get back at him, because they fired him. Yep. The Peacefrog conspiracy club calls that reasoning. More and more it becomes evident that the Peacefrog conspiracy club is out to marginalize the stalking victim and reduce genuine stalking complaints to that of alien invasions and Elvis sightings.

This is a message to the perps in their pickup trucks who like to bright my house, to the neighbors who joined gov't snitch programs, to the members of community steering groups we believe finger us for a slow death sentance, and the architects of this whole concept.
You're haters. It's that simple. You are the enemy of America, and will only cause terrorism against the country to increase, because the world always looked up to us for one fundamental reason: The US Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. In fact when I enlisted in the military, the first line of the oath states "I swear to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic". By denying people due process, by committing acts of punishment clearly cruel and unusual, and picking individuals who are feared for their history of speaking out against abuses of authority, YOU endanger that document and what it stands for.
If we're dirtbags, if we're scum you need to put down... what does that make you for having no greater purpose in life but to spend time watching us? A step beneath us, that's for sure. You probably wanted to do this because you see America's future, your hopes, your dreams, slipping away, and wanted to contribute something to your community after 9/11. Fight them terrorists, huh Sparky?
Well there aren't any homegrown terrorists, unless you count yourselves. The DHS filed over 800,000 criminal cases from 2004-2007, and just 12 of them, or .0015% were related to terrorism. It's all a big scam, you're a participant in a command and control scheme, the architects of which are the same corporate elite who sold off America's patents, copyrights and financial assets (including factories) in the '90's and live behind the walls of gated communities, and need you to be their secret police to prevent wide spread civil unrest as it gets much worse economically.
That's right, you aren't saving America from terrorists, you're the last nails in the coffin. You aren't better than us, it's quite the opposite- you could be counted on to follow orders and not question whether they were right or wrong. You aren't the type to take it all in and see the big picture that isn't usually shown to the people. You do your job well because you lack a solid moral compass, are of below average intelligence, and easily fall for faulty ideological mantras.
Above all, you are too timid to stand up and challenge authority when it needs to be challenged. You need to join a group of other like minded twits to indulge your desire to bully and control people, need "empowerment and adventure" (Thanks, Mark Rich) because you can't get it on your own initiative, or need the numbers of a gang to intimidate others. A complete morally decrepit, dimwitted, cowardly pathetic wretch. It takes what, 50, 100 of you to keep one TI down? I'd call that a mismatch. In our favor.
Better than us? Hardly, fact is you are a sociopath. A psychopath, even. What other kind of person would sit in his pickup like you do, in a dark, cold parking lot at night, hoping the target might pop out so you might have the opportunity to drive at him and intimidate him with your headlights? One could even theorize all of this wasn't designed to get rid of us, but use us to keep you busy and focused in life- otherwise you might be torturing small animals, cruising the playgrounds looking for five year olds, and if you weren't parked out there waiting for me it might be outside of your ex wife, girlfriend, or the loan officer who repo'd your ice cream truck.
You may cause my demise, I can't seem to stop that. I've made my situation worse with defiance but I have no regrets as I feel an obligation to obstruct and occupy you as much as humanly possible like a prisoner of war must try to be a pain in the ass to his enemy captors. This delays you introducing your evil activities to the next target, or an existing one will have less of you to apply to their life that day. I will defy you to the end, even as your fascist jackboot crushes my skull to the ground, as it will have my teeth marks in it.
And you and yours, despite your feigned attitudes of disgust as you rid your neighborhoods of another "undesirable" from your midst, will be too dense to recognize the subconscious feelings of envy that you'd been born with as much courage, intestinal fortitude and love for humanity in your whole body as each of us has in a finger. You deserve to live in the world you are creating, one of hatred, conformity, suspicion, and mediocrity, if you are indicative of it maybe it's best to leave it.
I just have one thing left- when they trained you people to do this, which of these came first in the program- was it the castration... or the lobotomy?

I was too tired to think today so i came to NowPublic. But, your comment woke me up. The Coopers of the world are more numerous than we think in the advent of our releasing the mentally challenged to fend for themselves in the street. Which is well known of course, and psychologist have made the connection between mental illness, the abuse of various street drugs, broken families and conspiracy propagation. One of the effects of mental illness and street drug abuse is the delusion exacerbated by the social disconnection and government dependency. These poor souls have to go to the government, abide by the government, answer to the government and can have their meager funds with held by the government for not complying with certain criteria like meeting dates for counseling and other care oriented scheduling. The oft spoken rant from these poor souls is that the government spy's on them, reads their minds, controls their every move. Violence being a very common part of their acting out. The rebellious nature than surfaces when the mentally challenged don't get their own way. Perhaps one of the more interesting correlations was the affinity to fire, playing with matches, setting things on fire, and arson. Arson has been described by some psychologist who study mental illness- a crime of passion - and others have gone so far as to tie these episodes of arson not only to passion but to sexual fulfillment. For society the largest disconnect has been driven by the breakdown in the family. Community service workers documenting a high proportion of absent fathers, seriously disturbed family relations and drug abuse.

Plaintiff-Appellant Keith Salvatore Labella ("Labella") appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Garaufis, J.), which granted summary judgment to Defendants-Appellees Federal Bureau of Investigation and United States Department of Justice and denied Labella's cross-motion for summary judgment. We assume the parties' familiarity with the underlying facts, the procedural history, and the issues presented for review.
Having reviewed Labella's contentions on appeal and the record of the proceedings below, we affirm [*2] for substantially the reasons stated in the district court's thorough opinion. We find no merit in Labella's arguments.
Accordingly, we hereby AFFIRM the judgment of the district court.

Ya, Judges never get it right. Everybody in jail is innocent and everyone who has their case dismissed is a criminal. Up is down, left is right and when some one points out your error and lack of reason you bait and switch to plan B. Right is left and down is up. Wait don't tell me. You represent for the 99%. LOL.

Sure, laughing@PF (because if you weren't laughing at someone else, you might have to take a good, hard look at yourself), judges sometimes "get it right." And they probably get it right more often than they get it wrong but, it only stands to reason that, sometimes they get it wrong. And this time, the judge erred -- for whatever reason. Kudos to PF for all of his efforts -- he's done more than most, to be sure. And we have the beginnings of a paper trail now. I hope that the architects of this program are a little restless. I hope that those involved in this are having difficulty sleeping at night. This is one of those stories that won't be kept under wraps forever. Sorry. One of these days. One of these days... As others have said. Count on it.

Your hoping to be redeemed through the use of bullshit. Ain't gonna happen. Your assertion that the panel of judges got it wrong is misplaced. They reviewed the case and confirmed the earlier decision in that "contentions on appeal and the record of the proceedings below, we affirm [*2] for substantially the reasons stated in the district court's thorough opinion. As for the paper trail it too becomes with out merit because it is based on material deemed to have no merit to be further explored by the Dept. of Justice and the Office of the FBI. Bullshit based on bullshit doesn't miraculously become exalted truth. As much as Peacefraud would like to manipulate said bullshit into one of the Gospel truths.

Get a PACER account and do some more research:
Defendants' Vaughn Index detailed a federal criminal probe into a Wall Street securities firm that is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of one of the largest banks in Canada. This was never reported or discovered by the media in the U.S. or Canada. It also revealed that the FBI had a file on me and details of that file. Don't be so quick to judge what I accomplished by going to court.
