I agree with George. When I wrote "may or may not have done," I was captured by the mindset that the victim must have stepped on a trip wire of some sort to get the fusions centers' attention. But you're more right about how victims are chosen  than I -- it's about mind-controlling Americans --  victims and even moreso the  stalkers.

The targeting is done mainly for reasons of politics, ideology and hate.  In my case, my long career as a successful mainstream media reporter has been destroyed, along with my earnings capacity and my physical well-being.   Circumstantial evidence points to the U.S. Secret Service as the agency that initiated my targeting, although I cannot provide definitive proof.  I believe the targeting began as a result of my investigative reporting into controversial issues ranging from corporate malfeasance, nuclear power and the assassination of President Kennedy.  But it is also possible that a rogue element of the military or an intelligence agency targeted me as far back as my college days, when I attended protest marches against the Vietnam War (as a reporter first and foremost, although like many others of my generation, I opposed the war).  And then there is the fact that I am a member of a religious minority that has been persecuted throughout the ages by extremist elements and a dangerous element within the homeland-military-intel security complex -- within government and among its military contractor "community."  I describe this element as an extremist, hate-fueled security CULT with strong connections to certain quasi-religious orders and secret societies.

That's what these sadistic assholes do. They ruin good lives.  And they enjoy it.
