Former Special Agent in charge (this is the rank of the top official at the FBI Field Office level) Ted Gunderson spoke in 2007 on government corruption and gang stalking at the Freedom Law School in California . Gunderson is a retired investigator who was the Head of the Los Angelis, Memphis, and Dallas offices of the FBI. He lectures and writes extensively on government conspiracy and government corruption.

He reads from a report he prepared for the Senate Intelligence Committee stating that there are "thousands of victims that have been targeted by an illegal U.S. Government rogue enterprise that is active 24 hours a day within the United States...far too active to be controlled or operated by private enterprise...private enterprise goals are to achieve financial gain...these operations require extensive financing with no return on the investment...these programs are financed by illegal black operations, i.e., drugs, prostitution, gambling, kidnapping children who are auctioned off as sex slaves." Gunderson further describes in the same lecture his systematic harassment and the numerous attempts on his life due to his public statements on high level government corruption leading to several Presidential Offices. 1. Has there been any previous account of this law school speech by former special agent Gunderson? If so, where? If not, why -- and why is it coming out today, from you, here at NowPublic?

2. Isn't it much more likely that this expansive program of extrajudicial persecution and torture is being funded from GOVERNMENT MIL-INTEL BLACK OPS MONIES -- PERHAPS DIVERTED FROM MILITARY INTEL BUDGETS ALLOCATED TO THE ARMED SERVICE BRANCHES, SIMILAR TO THE AIR FORCE FUNDING OF THAT SECRET INTEL WAR IN AFGHANISTAN AND IRAQ?

Unlike your "brain frying electromagnetic torture" Gunderson supports his claims with evidence gathered by professional investigators. He has 30 years with the FBI and as many running intelligence investigations in the private sector. His associates include prominent lawyers, as well as career law enforcement and special operations veterans.

You are vaguely correct as in not "a *proven* shred of evidence" as pertaining to electronic weapons.

There are a number of *very lucid* victims that would be able to recount their assaults to a court of law pertaining to the attacks they have endured.

Your reasoning, or lack there-of *might be* based on your experience and that is limited to just that.

As a lawyer, you should understand that fact, and that it can be argued that you are biased by your experience alone.

Yes, but, any lawyer will tell you that in every case, criminal or civil, the plaintiff or prosecutor has the burden of proving every element of his or her case. The problem, as I see it, is that most accounts of electronic harassment do not specify exactly what is the cause of the harm. It is within the realm of possibility that some weapon(s) are being used that are military-grade and unknown even to weapons experts without a high security clearance. However, any criminal or civil case would require having a court sanctioned expert witness to testify that this is going on, and, moreover, exactly how it is being done. If any of this is going on, in legal terms the problem is proving causation, specifically proximate or legal causation of the harm alleged.

If our FBI and DOJ and DHS were adhering to the Bill of Rights and US Constitution or doing their real jobs of protecting America and Americans from real enemies, there would be no need for US citizen victims to present detailed evidence of these DEW/gangstalking crimes in court. If our Congress oversaw the activities of these arrogant, rogue "defense" institutions, again, there would be no need for victims to gather evidence of these crimes. So a fifteen year victim has a 70 percent chance of survival, about the same as a Dachau camp survivor had for a ten year internment.      I hope the Biblical rule of the sins of the father being paid by future generations comes to fruition in your case by your progeny getting gang stalked (according to you this should be no big inconvenience if they have "thick skin").

The money is coming from companies that make $350,000.00 donations to the police departments like yesterday in the news. Used for rape and sex crimes unit. Volunteers by the thousands like sheep being lead to the slaughter, just believe whatever lie is told to them. They enjoy harassing you and want to see you dead or in jail. No trial needed anymore. No evidence required. Hang them, is their motto. Over one thousand or more stalkers harassing me just in years 2008, 2009 and 2010. They ran out of money, I guess, TV news reported a company donated $350.000.00 yesterday. I just returned from a cruise to Mexico, I was harassed and electronically harassed on Mexican soil by other people on vacation off the boat. This proves that all this is illegal operation and is a crime in this county. No police agency in the USA can run an operation in another county. The judge that did this to me was forcibly removed from bench and convicted of another crime in 2008. I stood with signs in town in 1999 and advertised that I was being framed and named some of the people involved. Yea, I made a lot of powerful enemies. The fight goes on. I live in the New Orleans, Louisiana area. We won't even talk about all the convicted or fired police officers last month involved in murdering Henry Glover in 2005.

This is not so clear in practice. Firstly, all military and most intelligence agencies only run legal operations outside the U.S. (or on military grounds). These agencies, as well as the FBI, DEA and most major police departments run operations in foreign countries (everyone has seen the French Connection, that was an actual case). Although we customarily work with our "partners" abroad, in reality that is usually a formality. Most Mexican and Colombian drug operations are largely U.S. funded and controlled. Europe is controlled through NATO.

There are known exceptions for the U.S. asking for permission in its operations abroad, such as the kidnapping charges brought against CIA agents in Italy a few years ago by an Italian court. Also, Poland says officials were unaware of the U.S. terrorist blacksites in their country. Whats left of the domestic wall between civilian and military operations here has never existed for foreign operations.

I will state while I have irrevocable differences with Scrivener, which I detailed in an adjacent post previously, I was probably wrong to bring that here and for that I apologize to him (without retracting its content- it simply distracts from the issues here) and probably more so to anyone else reading... because...

His talking points introduced about Gunderson were dead on and at the moment I was more interested in discrediting Vic than discussing Gunderson and the circus of fraud he seems to operate under.

Its new in the sense that every gang stalking victim should be armed with the knowledge that a former FBI Chief is investigating and validating gang stalking claims!!!!!! Keep up the good and valuable work PeaceFrog. This is a war, possibly a civil war against the independent thinkers in this and other countries, and information is very important. Keep posting whatever you think is relevant, no matter how dated, because it's possible someone who can begin to unravel this criminal industry may find the key they need in the information your providing. Each day, each year, a new 'crop' of newly awakened TIs fall through the rabbit hole and some may find part of what they need to survive in your dated blog posts. Imagine if one or two of your blog posts saved just a single victim's life by preventing a suicide? Or keeping them from making unsubstantiated claims to corrupt police? PeaceFrog, I know Scrivener comments and rants may turn off many who are genuinely concerned about organized gang stalking. He means well. His technology claims may not be specifically accurate but do indicate and reflect on a broader issue and topic. Direct energy weapons (DEW) and Electronic weapon systems (EWS) are also being used with some gang stalking activities.

Whether you believe in these applied technologies being real or used only in military use, many targeted individuals (TI) of specifically gang stalking activities are also reporting being 'victims' of 'electronic weapons attack'.
