Gang Stalking, the Green Movement & U.N. Agenda 21

     Alex Jones interviewed author and real estate analyst Rosa Koire on his show. They were discussing the role of harassment, monitoring, surveillance, manipulation, public corruption & theft, coercion, and, control techniques imposed by "urban planning boards" in every state, county, city and town in the U.S. What emerged was a picture of a totalitarian model that effectively uses community mobbing a.k.a. gang stalking techniques for population control and social engineering. 

     They discussed how the U.S. is imitating England which has created a a "quasi-cop", near minimum wage, goon force to harass people who oppose the official environmental agenda. In the U.S., the plan is designed to have so-called "community oriented policing" operating in every locality under the auspices of the DOJ. 

     The "Smart Growth" Program in the U.S. will be a fascist run Program, and will be coordinated under the guise of the Green Movement. Draconian laws are currently being implemented that include laws that severely restrict zoning, property development & redevelopment, hunting & fishing, private well water use, etc. It is an attempt to bully the landowner, large and small, into submitting to total government control over their property, and, ultimately, themselves. A disgusting aspect of this Program is the deliberate pulverizing of millions of miles of roads nationally. The endgame of this Program is to move the population out of rural and suburban areas and herd them into densely populated city centers where they can be effectively manipulated, monitored, surveilled, and controlled. The plan relies on socially engineering the destruction of true communities of neighbors, and, creates a situation in which neighbors will be estranged from one another. This will further facilitate the role of unknown neighbors spying on one another for Big Brother. The plan is rife with venal corruption, but relies on the willingness of the citizen to be duped into being a useful idiot as volunteer citizen spy. Criminal harassment groups will effectively use mobbing a.k.a. gang stalking against anyone not going along with the Program. All of this will be done under the banner of fighting individual environmental waste and "urban sprawl". 

      The Green Movement, in all of its guises, will be used as a front for fascist control. The "shock troops" will be local planning associations, neighborhood associations, bicycle associations, community police a.k.a. neighborhood watch groups, etc.
