Gang Stalking is real, A sibling of mine was arrested with the nephew of a high ranking agent and was later accused of snitching.This agent destroyed my family.I was driving today and a light turned red really fast on me and a cop was at the corner,he passed by and the light changed again.really fast.I know this technology is used for Emergency situations but watch out for these cheesy TEA Party type of cops that will destroy a person for crossing the blue line.It is pretty shameful what is really going on because like the last article read about losing jobs, guess who is getting the good jobs? Gang Stalkers.

I see why you say you offer no opinion, while they seem to initially approach it with all due seriousness, (her perps seem brazenly blatant about their activities if they've left so much evidence and her friends support her accounts) they still pepper the story with innuendo and implied accusations.

In the end they only leave the issue obfuscated with doubt.

I will say in defense of deniers and doubters, too many TI's have stories filled with so many things that only fuel speculation of mental disorders,such as the briefly touched upon bracelet that went missing and turned up later. Whether it was perps or not, it's  still easy to say that was pure absentmindedness like misplacing your car keys and is probably best left out of your story unless concrete evidence of outside tampering is presented.

To Dr. Hall's credit he acknowledges the presumption the public has of it appearing to be a mental issue. We jump to defend ourselves as above imagining this and of course most of us are lucid and it's really happening. However it's become evident to me over time that there are many self claimed TI's that are outright pretenders (I call them wannabes) who are everything deniers accuse us all of, as well as actual TI's who may have had issues already or their targeting and the disinfo mill on the net drove them to now be overly paranoid to the point of delusions. If we don't concede this obvious fact when discusssing this with doubters we're really discrediting our own stories as well by not proving we see the faults in people they do.

I haven't read Dr. Hall's book but as I understand it he's got a lot of unsubstantiated speculation in there regarding the satellite technologies. I would not harshly judge him for that alone though, as how does one substantiate such vile state secrets?

A government for the people, by the people, yet at war and possibly committing unspeakable crimes against, its people. I'd like to think it's not official policy.

Hi - I am also a TI and I agree with Batvette in terms of how the story was presented.  Although we need more mainstream media attention on this problem, presenting one person's case as something rather "fantastical" may not do much to help that person or to address the national problem.  This could happen to the woman in the story - it can serve to further marginalize her even if folks believe what has happened.  In my case I don't have any friends/family that are deniers or doubters - but some of them are scared off by the problem or don't want this problem for themselves.

I also try to leave out specific things moved around from my narrative - as Batvette states, it raises doubts.  And of course most of us with this problem become a bit scatter brained so it makes it that much harder for someone to believe us.  I try to desensitize from the small things and collect evidence for the larger things.  I think the more "gaslighting" types of techniques used by the perps are the ones that make us appear less credible to a general audience.

I think that we need to be alert but not paranoid in the way they would have us be.  Being alert helps us collect evidence and study their tactics.  Being too paranoid makes us think that everything that is strange is somehow related to them (which is part of what they want - to do the minimal effort to get us paranoid every time whatever we are sensitized to happens).  I try to look for clusters of activity rather than isolated events. 

Regarding the technology, when I first discovered I had this problem I was misled I think into believing it was done in one way or another.  It's too easy to become a disinformation agent by accident.  Now I try to stick to describing what I experience without speculating as to how it was done but then pointing to known existing technologies (from mainstream media for example) showing that some of these things are quite possible.  I do trust Julianne McKinney's report though since she was working for a government agency when it was written.  Since I am a target without that type of technological knowledge I know I wouldn't be able to convince someone who is unaware of this system of particular technologies used, especially if they are technologies that have been thrown into the "conspiracy theory" basket.

I did not offer an opinion on this television report simply because I felt it better for the viewer to make their own judgment. The story is compelling enough that it does not need my commentary. Speaking of commentary . . . I miss the voice of Vic Livingston (Scrivener) on nowpublic.com. His colorful commentary has been rather interesting and I have not seen any posts from him in a month or so. I really hope he is doing well.

Interestingly, although Vic and I are from the same generation, our viewpoints reflect very different life experiences. He expects the government to come in on a white horse and correct its own injustices. Like most middle-class (or formerly middle-class) whites in America who have seen themselves as somewhat privileged, Vic views the government as a protective force, that works (or should work) in the interest of the people. With my background as a Black male I have always expected far less of government, and rightfully so. Governments do not fix problems. Problems tend to collapse under the weight of their own incompetence or hubris, die a natural death, or simply change with the times. But they never get fixed. I cannot point to one meaningful social ill that this or any government has actually fixed. Therefore I do not hold my breath waiting for them to fix this one. There is no white horse and hero coming to save the day. Therefore, I focus on making my life as meaningful as possible in spite of the problems. Even if a solution is offered, it will probably be grossly inadequate, leaving those putting their hope in it bitter and disappointed.  I think that traditional middle-class folks are starting to discover what we the underclass have long known: True justice, like the notion of a sound economy, is a form of false advertising, an illusion. As oppression and cruelty spreads across a wider swath of people, that realization will hit many quite hard. The oppression that is emerging now will not be fixed by this or any government. This is a worldwide problem that reflects a moral sickness common to all modern man. It is a symptom of a sick and collapsing civility and civilization. We really need Gods' help with this one.

Having said that, I am not pessimistic. In fact, I am convinced that present world conditions are fulfilling Bible prophecy. We need effective leadership and God promises to deliver it very soon: “And in the days of those kings (world leaders) the God of heaven will set up a kingdom (or government) that will never be brought to ruin. And the kingdom itself will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms (or governments), and it itself will stand to times indefinite;" -Daniel 2:44 Imagine a government by God that rules the entire earth providing the sort of leadership we desperately need . . . that is God's promise and the only solution to the present mess we find ourselves in.

I also don’t believe that a Deus ex machina will come down from the government and help us with this predicament.  If the endpoint was something besides ruining our lives there wouldn’t be any incarcerated, institutionalized, destitute or dead TIs out there.   The best we can do is back these groups into a corner, defend ourselves, get the word out and hope that one day it will be convenient to someone with power (and perhaps even on the inside) to start exposing the whole show so we can see it crumble from the inside.

 In terms of the psychological harassment, I don’t think it’s even that sophisticated.  I could almost write their manual for them after observing them over a period of time – not to say I don’t ever react – even if I know what they are doing I can have days when I get angry.  Some of my harassment happened in the online program, Second Life, before I realized I had been a TI in real life and before I experienced the overt harassment in real life – and I can see that some of the tactics are the same.  I also experienced some of the same bullying from Second Life profiles on Orkut – even the poster/handler still bothers to post things indicating he/it knows what is in my emails/conversations.   I suspect either these groups exist in Second Life, or they were already conditioning me or experimenting to see how I would react to things, what bothers me etc., or perhaps even it’s a training ground for these thugs.

I just had a laugh looking at the headline of Norman Leboon’s arrest.  I had my life threatened on You Tube by the poster/handler through various postings and I’ve been to the FBI but I don’t recall them running out to catch the perp or making any headlines.  In fact, the “FBI agent” I met with the first time I went to the FBI told me he didn’t believe me because I wasn’t important enough to have this stalking, hacking, harassment problem and he refused to look at my evidence (yes indeed I have printscreens and took pictures of the screen on my phone’s internet). I hadn't even mention half the things that have happened – I was there just for the constant hacking and the death threats. He then told me no one could hear me in my home, no one could know where I am in my car, and other absurd lies – a giveaway as to whose side he was on.  

It looks like they haven’t updated their manuals from the 1960s (or from psych 101 or maybe even elementary school).  I wonder sometimes if the social part isn’t also part of an experiment that we didn’t sign up for.  What they can find out about how we react, how they can get us to waste our time, how we organize (or not), where we look for resources, what it takes to “break” us – maybe this goes into their databases too.  If this is the case, then I feel sorrier for society in the future than I do for us right now.  But then again, most social experiments without rigid controls ends up being fairly useless in the long run -  so we can be fairly confident that if that is the case, they harassed us for nothing.  (I’m trying to finish a PhD in anthropology.)

I’m thinking about writing an article with some psychological countermeasures that I found through various sources. There's a few good websites up on how to deal with bullying and psychological harassment.  I have to take the “mental firewall” approach viz Dr. Allen Barker.  (I don’t hear voices but I find his work to be useful in keeping oneself from “caring” what they think or to some degree why they do it.)  It’s not a matter of my being unforgiving – it’s that while I try to cope with the situation, I cannot become complacent with it.  I have a child and I ask myself what kind of mess have they placed her in?  I didn’t end up on the list for being a criminal, a terrorist or a spy (I am none of those things) or even for someone thinking that I am a nonconformist.  I didn’t bring this on myself and no one – not even they,* the real criminals*, deserve what they have put us through.

For whatever reason, our harassers – whether on the street, in the workplace, at school, in companies - are persons who have put their fear, ignorance, envy, ideology, immaturity, sickness,  greed or whatever it is that motivates them ahead of basic human rights (to the degree that they have been involved anyway – the person who flashed a windshield wiper is part of a conspiracy to stalk; the one asked to gather information from me - they do this all the time - is also a stalker; the one who lied about me at work or school in order to affect my reputation is a slanderer; the one who is running the “xbox” as my perp/poster liked to the call the apparatus for EH and the nasty person who got me on the list to begin with – maybe a death penalty murder case).  And that poses a far bigger problem for society than any TI could.  After all, what profit does it make a man to gain the world when he loses his soul?

You make some good points Roselime. Truthfully, successfully coping with the psychological components of these pogroms has much to do with simply demonstrating a degree of emotional maturity. Our harassers work under the assumption that all persons will lose civility when exposed to such treatment; and, perhaps, most do. I feel a measure of sympathy for some of these folks engaged in the street level psychological theater. A large number of them at the lowest rung are simply out-of-work and long term unemployed. I've even been cornered by a homeless fellow I know of in my local area for years who evidently was given a few bucks to play his role as I shopped in a local discount store. I make it a point to say something positive to them, or in some way to show that I have no animosity towards them. A few do appreciate being treated with dignity. Most of them are simply deceived, not having the critical thinking needed to see the true consquences of their actions. My job is to show them that I am a real human being, not the monster they have been told that I am.

I am convinced that there is a deeper motive behind all of this. It is a form of research that will determine how covert agencies and law enforcement treat citizens in the future. They are obsessed with finding new ways to cripple and destroy their fellow man. As they come to understand more about how the human mind works, they seek to turn it into a weapons system. Getting a targeted persons overstressed immune system to turn on him is the perfect crime. I am convinced they are conducting research to develop a repeatable, reliable way of destroying a victim without touching him as part of their development of "no-touch" torture methods.

I am deeply grateful for the Bible based training I have received from a young age, and the marvelous association I enjoy as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. As an organization, Jehovah's Witnesses have undergone similar attacks in Nazi Germany, Albania, Russia, Malawi, China, Rwanda and other countries for the past century. One of my most precious memories was meeting a cheerful, energetic 80 year old woman who spent 20 years in Communist prisons for refusing to abandon her Christianity. They failed to break her using similar psychological torture tactics. She outlived her attackers and went on to have a meaningful, productive life. Her example is a constant reminder that I too can stand firm against such assaults. Additionally, I find that the Bible gives me very satisfying answers as to why things are so bad in the world right now, and what the future holds. That prevents me from having needless anxiety, hopelessness and fear.

I sometimes use the Lauryn Hill lyrics - "Forgive Them Father" for those that are involved but maybe aren't aware of the extent to which we have been harassed.  I think part of the problem is that we live in a society that rewards those who would do wrong for the wrong reasons.  We have defense contractors that are among some of the most corrupt companies in the world (and are involved in the creation and perhaps the use of the instruments of our destruction, might I add).  Do we punish them?  Sure, charge them millions for some of the corrupt actions that were actually exposed then give them new contracts worth billions. 

People's priorities seem to be in the wrong place or they are complacent as long as they aren't the ones getting tortured or having their lives torn apart.  Many people buy into the idea that if you have money somehow this is a form of "survival of the fittest" (applying biological evolutionary terms to social evolution - a big mistake)... or that they deserve to have money somehow, or that poor people are somehow lazier or less intelligent...  and that if you complain about a system where those with access to money and power are often some of the most corrupt people in the world - then you must be a "communist" or something... as if our choices were to live in a ethically bankrupt society where if you have money and access to power you can go ahead and destroy the lives of innocent persons without impunity or in a communist dictatorship.  Surely there is something else.

I fully agree that this is a "no-touch" torture.  They picked the worst possible moment to make my harassment overt.  I stopped working so I could finish my dissertation (usually I worked up to 3 jobs or a full-time job and I'm a single parent).  Everything fell apart when my computers where hacked and two were just about destroyed, some nuts were threatening to kill me and my family, I experienced car tampering, overt road harassment, electric shocks - that was when the worst of the attacks were happening, woken up at night, fatigue attacks that started months before, etc.... but it's made to look like it's my fault - for what?  For not reacting to what happened or trying to get the authorities to at least look into this?   I didn't look for a job because I was busy trying to get police reports to accurately reflect what was happening... I was busy going to the FBI or other agencies that I actually believed would care that this was happening... I was busy trying to find out what the heck this was. 

So it sure looks like I destabilized myself - but we all know the truth.  I think this is made to look like a self-destruct situation while those in charge sit back with their clean-looking Judas hands.  All the harassment over the years has been to discredit me as a kind of scatter-brained, stressed out person.  Well, go figure.  In one department I fought back against something that was *wrong* and was forever known as the martyr standing up for all the others who couldn't come forward.  That's not the way I want my life to have to be though.   (Oh no, the perps read that lol.)

I'm careful sometimes about what I post because I found that "everything I saw can and will be used against me" - they try to find out everything about me and twist it somehow.  I was born in 1964 and came to the US as an infant and am a naturalized US citizen.  I was a well-liked, well-behaved child and I usually did very well in school, and on standarized tests, etc.  I didn't grow up in an emotionally supportive environment but I was clean and fed and education was a big priority in our household.  I went through a brief rebellious phase in my early twenties but otherwise have been a fairly normal person.  I tend to self-isolate when I am too stressed out and the perps know that and have used that to their advantage.

I have enemies just like anyone else but generally they are persons that have bullied me in one way or another.  Most of the harassment in Second Life for example came from unknown persons, I don't think they managed to turn my friends against me - they just isolated me from them.  They also have that tactic of isolating you from your friends and replacing them with perps.  In real life if they turned anyone "against" me it would be persons who were already "against" me.  And those getting close to me just to get information or to try to bring me down?  Well, wolves in sheep's clothing...

I'm a fairly good person, but I am not a perfect person.  One has to balance:  not allowing others to affect our self esteem (especially others who are sadistic or malinformed about who we are/what we are like) but at the same time not becoming arrogant or self-righteous.  I don't have to justify myself though - not to them, not to anybody.  What is being done is wrong, it is criminal, it is terrorist and it doesn't really matter if I am a good person or not.  They are the ones who need to be on the defensive, not us.

There's definitely an experimental quality to this garbage, though I'm guessing that there are different twists.  I know of at least one other TI who believes that the color red is being used as a trigger.  It's crazy, sadistic stuff, no doubt about it.

Thanks for the link Roselime, that is an excellent and practical resource. It really explains the thinking behind the psychological attacks. It also has some good tips on coping that I found quite useful.

Thanks for the link, Roselime!   I, like Batvette, was also an Avionics Tech in the Navy, so I have mostly been concentrating on combating their EH methods.  This site will help me deal with the Psychological aspects. One thing that I know works for getting them reduce the 'Street Theater' and burglaries is cameras!  Cameras scare the crap out of these perps!

No problem.  I was thinking to write something about the tactics they use but this site did a much better job than I could have.   I have a few comments – all opinion of course. I think that we have the advantage over them on a few different levels.  To begin with, a lot of this is based on Pavlovian behavioral psychology.  This type of psychology is found at very few institutions today for specific reasons – it doesn’t always work.  What can defeat Pavlovian triggers is cognition or awareness.  Behavioral psychology often has more useful applications in cases of autism for example and our brains are wired a little differently than those of people with autism.  The more we understand what tactics they are using and the more aware we are that they are using them, the more we can mentally defeat those tactics.  I don’t know how the EH plays into our being triggered more easily, but hold on to cognition.  Secondly, assuming that some of the groups they have thrown us at are extremist groups –  some extremists suffer from something called “black and white thinking.”  We are with them or we are the enemy… they are unable to comprehend shades of grey and therefore are limited in their thinking.  That gives us a little bit of advantage.  I am not assuming that all perps are extremists since some appear to be snitches or perhaps coerced ordinary citizens.  Terrorism never has winners, it always ends up in a kind of stalemate.  You can see from studies of terrorism that rarely do terrorists achieve “success” for their particular causes.  It’s an ineffective means to achieve particular ends – whether that be secession, de-globalization or whatever.  The persons high up in the perp network might be well aware of that.   What terrorism often does is provoke a certain kind of conservatism…  often in the form of an equally extremist and violent reaction.  This is part of why we must all be careful when blaming OS/EH on particular individuals or groups.  Also some of the OS/EH bosses might want us to believe a particular group is persecuting us in order to get us to react negatively toward those groups.  Either way, I think these groups are often pawns in the bigger picture.  Thirdly, while we suffered great losses (I did anyway) in the covert years of harassment, I am better armed in the overt harassment,  even though it is worse in a lot of ways.  When one experiences it covertly, it’s harder to put up mental firewalls or mentally shield from their tactics.  Once it’s overt and you know what it is (and can find some resources for self-help) then you can defend yourself from its effects.  The more you are aware of what they are doing, the better you can keep yourself from sensitizing, anchoring or even caring.  I see them and I think “can I collect evidence from this?” – if not I see them and ignore them.  I took photos too – but I started taking photos of people driving company cars doing the triggers. It’s not to say that we should quickly “jump” to looking to see if there is evidence in a “Pavlovian” way – it’s to say that we should assess the situation as quickly as possible and ignore it if it’s no use. Also, when my attacks were the heaviest, street theater was everywhere – accidents around me to block my car, broken down cars on my lane, etc.  Now if I were to see something like that, I completely tune it out.  Maybe it’s a coincidence, maybe it’s set up for another target (surely I am not the only target in town), maybe it’s for me, but if I just don’t even care, they might not waste so much money and energy setting them up.  Now that I know what my problem is, I can collect evidence in a way that I couldn’t before.   For example some of my mail problems were  instances of not receiving mail for a week– and those were weeks when I was expecting bills etc.  (I used to get at least 5 pieces of mail a day.)  I didn’t report those – though one time I did have to go to the PO to pick the mail up.  Another time, my PO box was not renewed when I was out of town (my mom had sent the money) and I lost my mail.  (They sent the check back with no real explanation.)  Another time I did a mail hold when I was traveling and when I went to pick up my mail there was no mail and no mail hold... apparently they just threw out something like a month’s worth of mail.  I didn’t report it.  Now that I know I have this problem, I would report that..  These incidents weren't just bad luck with the postal system, they were happening concurrently with several other OS-related activities. Finally, I think OS tries to work on our greatest fears.  In my case I have seen this anyway.  While I now know the Brazilian who started my overt harassment is probably some kind of pawn (I met him in real life, so I know he exists and I am positive he is connected somehow to whoever is behind some of this), the posters on You Tube and in Orkut are probably not him.  The theme to these posts before were something to the effect of recruitment.  While this might be their end goal (I sincerely doubt it though), it is more probable that it was a sadistic joke based on my strong associations with social justice.  This would assume that if I gave up on everything I believed in, they would “save” me from them… not likely.   The poster (or the manual where his tricks came from) even posted “Schindler’s List” once... using the fact that I refer to them as Nazis and the idea that somehow he would save me.  All the postings are perverse misinterpretations of the lyrics or movie references… I found it interesting that the psychological manipulation website made reference to their use of lyrics as a way to avoid prosecution and to create ambiguities.  More recently, the one poster who is still at it (I am assuming it’s not even one perp, but several who are using the same manual) has been posting things along the lines of mind control – even using a lot of Lady Gaga things.  I saw later that Lady Gaga is rumored on the internet to represent a mindless illuminati sex slave – through the imagery of her videos, lyrics, even her logo, etc.  Of course this is to work on my fear of not being an autonomous woman.  Is it real?  This is all about illuminati slaves? Not likely.  It’s smoke and mirrors to get me to be afraid, to react somehow, to get angry, to humiliate me. The more absurd they are, the harder it would be for me to explain it to someone not aware of OS.  So leave them in their absurdity.  The only thing they have managed to do is to waste a lot of my time, resources, energy (in part through sleep deprivation, in part through trying to solve their never-ending enigmas), and money on things that would have been spent much more productively on other things.  And I think this is one of the goals they have for us.  

There is nothing new to these tactics. The inventor Galileo was a target of gangstalking and eventual total isolation by the Inquisition. They were upset that he taught that the earth revolved around the sun instead of sticking to church dogma that the earth was the center of the universe. One book on the Inquisition described methods of surveillance and harassment surprisingly similar to modern day "gang stalking."  In fact, the CIA has reportedly studied the methods of the Inquisition when creating "no-touch" torture methods. Also, if you read accounts of individuals who have experienced Communist Chinese prisons or terror tactics in Albania, Russia, and East Germany, you will see the same psychological tactics, only the technology has been updated. There is nothing new under the sun . . .

The fact this these methods are being employed universally suggests an evil that goes beyond any one government or political ideology. The Bible says that "the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one (Satan the Devil)." - 1 John 5:19 After seeing the macabre genius that goes into devising such pervasive efforts to torture people for years on end, the Bible's observation makes alot of sense. This is an evil that extends beyond anything a man can invent.

I agree - the ones behind it are quite evil and they exploit the propensity for unethical behavior in others to get to us. I think it's the product of sociopathic thinking. One can only hope that it totally backfires on them. Too bad they don't use those forms of social control on themselves so they stop being such an embarassment so humanity.

Bad Experiment - I'm not a Jehovah's Witness but I've known some and heard of persecution based on anti-war positions. I still wonder if we all have something in common or if we have this problem for different random reasons.

I have had to make my best educated guess as to why I became the target of these attacks. Personally, I believe I was simply chosen for involuntary testing and development of these programs more than ten years ago. I am convinced that I was chosen simply because I was single and lived alone, away from my family. It is very easy to stigmatize and destroy the reputation of a single person in that situation, especially if he or she is a member of an easily stigmatized minority. I have never committed a crime, never used or sold drugs . . . In fact, I have never smoked, used profanity or abused alcohol. I have been one of Jehovah's Witnesses my entire life. Because I was healthy, single, and lived alone, covert government agents could easily target me with no witnesses to verify my claims. Over the years, I have observed people being trained to be part of the stalking harassment that targets me. I have seen the programs being refined, tweaked and developed before my eyes. I have seen teams of covert government agents used against me come and then be replaced over the years.

In fact, I have gone through each refinement of remote microwave and acoustic based weaponry. The early versions of the microwave based weapons, were more inclined to leave a burn mark and were not nearly as accurate in targeting as newer versions currently being used.I can distinctly remember when more refined versions of these weapons began to be used on me . Presently, I am also being targeted with airborne gasses of some sort that fatigue the body along with microwave and acoustic weapons (not to mention psychological attacks during the day).

I think my persecutors are amazed that I have survived for so long without doing anything that would cause my incarceration or demise in some other way. I am not supposed to survive such  intense, long term distress without emotional or physical collapse. As a result, they are working very hard now to deliver a 'knockout punch.' I am amazed at the expense and resources they expend to destroy one person. My ability to earn an income, keep a roof over my head , and remain emotionally stable are being severely attacked. No doubt, the fact that I can articulate my experiences and my good background makes me a special liability as well. 

I must give all credit for my survival to my reliance on the wisdom of God's Word the Bible. My training as a Christian, and one of Jehovah's Witnesses has been an extraordinary source of strength and has helped me to respond in a way that protects my mental, emotional and physical health. I cannot say enough good about my Bible training. It is the reason I am alive today. Also, the comfort from the scriptures has been a source of unfailing comfort. No inventor of psychological warfare can outsmart our Creator, Jehovah.

I am convinced that covert government agents are seeking to refine a program of "no-touch" torture that can, in as few months as possible, push anyone into complete collapse, suicide or death. They want a reliable, repeatable method that can be applied to any kind of person regardless of their background. And they want to train agents and coordinate agencies nationally to use these methods. Community policing groups and their members provide the lowest rung of support with psychological attacks and stalking. This will become the new, grossly perverted, covert system of 'justice.' Normally, I have no interest in the dark secrets of this or any government. I am politically neutral and have no desire to be an activist of any sort. All forms of human government are oppressive and have failed miserably to improve the human condition. My focus is on God's Kingdom and his solutions . However, I do want to address the injustice I personally have experienced. I have no other option at this point than simply telling my story.

Bad Experiment - that is admirable that your faith has helped you to continue overcoming in the face of such great adversity.  Hopefully, it will be an example for others that faith is not something proclaimed so much as something lived.

I found another site with information that might help expose what kind of people we are dealing with.  More totalitarian types (assuming that totalitarians are the kind of people behind this) are more apt to believe in behavioral psychology.  The techniques used by the perp world assume that we are first and foremost animals.  This is why they resort to behavioralism.  If you look for conditioning with "fear" in behaviorialism you can also see how they seek to gain what some call "mind control."  (I find that term a bit exotic.) 

Behavioralism assumes that we are animals.  And I agree that we are, but religion aside, we are unique among animals in many ways.  One question here is the idea of "free will" - some behavioralists and those in governments that pay for their experimentation believe that we are products of environment and all that entails - that we make no free choices. 

This fits in with their big fantasy of one day controlling human populations - fantasies of power and control that indicate just how defective they are as persons.  This type of thinking shows that they are in constant great fear - it is fear that makes them want to control the world.  I believe they fear that someone could think differently than them, they fear that their way of thinking is *not* the status quo, they fear that their comfortable world will get out of control somehow. 

Their thinking might be technologically oriented, but it's very limited to stereotyping and categorizing persons - e.g., induce fear, the subject will act like this... etc.  We are not in laboratories.  As much as we might be isolated, we are not isolated in the way that animals in science experiments are.  So these experiments amount to nothing because there are too many control factors and variables - and - I believe their basic premises are erroneous.  They might have the weapons and the power and the money, but they lack intuition.  They learn about us and use things against us and to create conflicts within our families, but I honestly believe that they are incapable of understanding us - because to know someone you would have to have empathy.  And it is precisely this that they are lacking.

People are people, they are more complex than 1960s-based textbooks on behavior, than anthropological descriptions that do not take into account differences within a group or over time,  more complex than the experimentation that we are going through. 

Sure, they can destroy us by affecting those with power over us at work or school, mobilizing mobs of ignorant people against us based on who-knows-what, fry our brains with radiowaves or whatever it is they are doing.  But in the end, I believe they will accomplish nothing.  Because even the most totalitarian systems eventually fall apart or are taken down... and no formula that they can come up with for maintaining this system will end up working in the long run. 

Your observations are quite valid Roselime. Evolutionary Psychology, which is based upon the assumption that we are animals at core is the foundation of all coercive techniques developed by covert organizations.

“The purpose of all coercive techniques is to induce psychological regression in the subject by bringing a superior outside force to bear on his will to resist. Regression is basically . . . a reversion to an earlier behavioral level. As the subject regresses, his learned personality traits fall away in reverse chronological order. He begins to lose the capacity to carry out the highest creative activities, to deal with complex situations, to cope with stressful interpersonal relationships, or to cope with repeated frustrations.” - CIA Human Resource Exploitation Manual.  In essence,they believe that  if you push someone hard enough, he will revert to acting like the unreasoning animal that he really is.

Needless to say, I do not accept that theory, and I get the sense that neither do you. I am guided by conscience and principles, not by animal instinct. The abandoning of conscience and empathy is a choice, not an inevitabiliy, All cultures produce altruistic and empathetic persons who, out of conscience, will put themselves at risk for the good of others, even strangers. Think of the Germans under Nazi rule who hid and protected Jews during World War II in spite of  great danger to themselves--they made the choice to live by conscience. That fundamental sense of conscience and altruism is admired by all cultures, and gives lie to the claim that we are all animals at heart. Likewise, we choose our response to psychological attacks. We can choose to act with good conscience and restraint. We are not doomed to fail in the face of even the worst atrocities. Evolution cannot explain the existence of conscience, altruism. or empathy, human qualities that often shine their brightest when we our pushed to our limit.

Oddly enough. the father of modern evolution, Charles Darwin believed that based upon our continued evolution we would move ever closer to being a utopian society in which wars, inequality and injustice would no longer exist. .If he were alive today,  I'm sure he would be shocked at the civil perversities and injustices created by those who enthusuatically adopted his theories.

I completely agree with you Bad Experiment. It's as if they believe that our humanity is a veneer of politeness superimposed over a savage animal self. Maybe it is for those who believe that our animal nature is "savage" but the truth is that among other animals on the earth you do not find the will to kill their own species en masse the way humans have killed humans and that there is a lot of variety in the behaviors of different kinds of animals.

To end the harassment, you need proof that you can present to the police/FBI, so that they can interfere. The harassment technology is short-range in nature, which means the harassers need to be within a short range of the target all the time, otherwise you could just walk away and start anew somewhere else.
