Gang Stalking: Santa Cruz Police Lieutenant Speaks Out

On January 29, 2011 Police Lieutenant Larry Richard of the Santa Cruz, California Police Department held a press conference on gang stalking. Lieutenant Richard stated that although gang stalking is older than Facebook and Twitter, the new social media technologies have elevated the gang stalking groups, who have adapted to new technologies.
A broadcast story on FOX syndicated California Central Coast Channel 35 News broadcasted the Lieutenant along with a poignant story of a man from Salinas, CA who lost is home and family and has joined the ranks of the internally displaced refugee victims of gang stalking in this country. Facebook, the original social media site, was launched publicly in February, 2004, and celebrates its seven year anniversary this month. Those of us investigating gang stalking trends know that many victims have been systematically harassed by gang stalking groups for 10, 15, and even over 20 years in some cases. The author launched a poll regarding gang stalking on September 30, 2009, and it has had a strong, positive bell-shaped curve, indicating statistical reliability from the beginning. Gang stalking is a national phenomenon that has infected every community in the country. However, in the wake of the Bell County, CA criminal investigation, by the California A.G., into Bell's organized racketeering by local government officials, California is prudently speaking out on systemic corruption and civil liberties abuses in the state.

Now that a public official has stated years-long police knowledge of gang stalking groups and their activities, police intelligence records on the subject should be accessible under the California Public Records Act. Any member of the public of any state in the United States can request these records from Santa Cruz, P.D., and their existence is strongly supported by the admission of Lieutenant Larry Richard. I made a CA Public Records Act Request dated March 22, 2011 to the Santa Cruz P.D. I received several pages in response. Included is an internal communication between Lt. Richard and Trisha Husome who is in the police records department. In the communication Richard states gang stalking has "implications to workplace violence". This is in a city of 26,000. I am currently suing the FBI & DOJ in Brooklyn Federal Court. I know they have officially denied knowledge of gang stalking to me and several other FOIA requesters.
Please, anyone who complains to the FBI about gang stalking post the Field Office and the agents name you complained to, I am sick of the stonewalling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Achtung - "Gang Stalking" has the potential to serve several functions in the "public arena". It can serve as a kind of group therapy for persons who suffer from various types of mental disorders ranging from low self esteem to paranoid delusional ideations. The "pre-profiled" TI serves as catalyst and provides the necessary "distraction" which allows the survey team to observe and profile each "stalker's" performance. The FBI has confirmed that the U.S. Secret Service uses weapons capable of inducing the physical stressor necessary to perpetuate the illusion that the TI is somehow "bothered" by the stalker's antics. The "invisibility" factor of the "true" stressor is a key component in this charade. The duped audience members "untrained eye" is not expected to be able to determine what type of stressor is being applied. In the absence of any tangible evidence to the contrary, the only "reasonable" conclusion is that the stressor must be being generated from inside the "targeted individual". When you shoot someone in the head with these weapons, it immobilizes them. Imagine all the things you can do to a person while they are immobilized. It's operates on the same principle as date-rape drugs.

That's very ironic since it is YOU who has been proven the liar countless times in those articles (I can substantiate this of course for those that need) and no one else.

Never mind the contradiction inherent here- you constantly claim local PD's are part and parcel to this and take orders from the feds- yet here we are parading about with the news a local PD speaks out about gang stalking.

I went to the link provided in your post. Groups can be constructive or destructive just like individuals. Groups have the power of numbers, so their effect can be multiplied greatly. I think that the posting by the Board President shows good, positive leadership. I hope others will follow the example set and speak against abusive practices like gang stalking by group members. I thank PPMC for taking a leadership role.

1. Thanks for reporting this, it's a rare piece of positive coverage.
2. I don't there was a "press conference", it wasn't reported as such in the clip and it seemed to be just a mike stuck in the cop's face by a reporter. It was an interview me thinks.
3. I would question why we would embrace this coverage of a government entity recognizing and validating this for us then introduce an angle not mentioned or implied by the clip- the government sponsored angle- if we do so then asked this policeman later to testify for us, why should he? He's government. It just seems pointless to bite the hand we need to help us- and did you click on that site you provided's so called "evidence" page?
WTF is THAT?
But anyway, overall this is a mostly good thing. Been better if our victim hadn't been blubberin' like a baby and saying he was paranoid, and summarized his story mostly as being followed around by people. Strangely, the credible part this time came from those usually skeptical.

Batvette has been active in trying to impose his views on the Wikipedia entry on Gangstalking. Batvette is trying to inject the discrediting idea that those who describe the US Gov's Gangstalking and DEW Weapons Torture Network are schizophrenic. The Cyber disinfo agents are paid to write articles that erase the role of US "defense" institutions in paying for and organizing the Network. This is a US program. It is in ALL English-speaking countries and some other Western countries as well. The EVILDOERS have found a way to put ALL people in a prison by means of satellite based and cellphone based weapons that can target people individually and see through buildings. God help us all.

Thanks for taking that claim of "santiago" with the skepticism it deserved. You may have noticed I do have a little experience editing there, much of it arguing in talk pages as I don't like the edit warring that goes on and policing articles of blatant bias is bad enough.
(I'm showing just under the 750 count since creating an account in mid 2006)
That being said, "right" has no bearing on wiki editing, they have this screwball standard that is called, in one word, "verifiability". All you have to do is find a source. Even if you and an opposing editor KNOW something is "right" it can't go in because that is "original research". But then there is OR all over wiki anyway.
I spent some time with Jeremy trying to crack their bias, they have one editor (who is also admin) who is a pretty dishonest operator. I doubt there is more to it than typical wiki petty ego BS. If we want to get it in there is only one way.
Get a lot of TI's- like several dozen or more- to open accounts, and establish verifiable edit histories for about 6 months on wholly irrelevant topics. They will also have to learm wiki protocol and wiki-lawyering skills.
Then one can approach the admin who locked the page (the anome) and casually attempt to reintroduce it, we will need some good sources before that is even attempted.
Then rally everyone and slam his ass and all the meat puppets he will bring into his blocking actions and the resulting RFC's and higher admin actions. It's about consensus at that point and we'll have be sly but forceful.
Though all will have to play the stupid game that we have no personal interest and are solely editing with a NPOV.
It's complete bull.
I spent a lot of time for about a year butting heads with the primary editor who owns this article:

That marks the exact point where I entered the fray and though I don't expect anyone to read all my ranting, this should dispel any notion I am involved with "disinfo" for the program. For a year I locked horns with this guy who is basically an apologist for all the criminals in power.
And yet after that year I had to concede from a certain point of view he is right, and for the same reason so is the Anome. Conspiracy Theorists adopt so many silly and unfounded views the more you looked at them the less you could stomach the thought of joining them with the views you had already.
And as time has gone by I can't help but see by intent or accident, many self claimed TI's are just what he is portraying almost all of them as. He is certainly wrong in the figures, it's not all of us. However if we don't accept his point of view as somewhat valid, as I did the editor of the NWO/CT's stance, he will never accept any part of ours.
