Gang Stalking: Santa Cruz Police Lieutenant Speaks Out
On January 29, 2011 Police Lieutenant Larry Richard of the Santa Cruz, California Police Department held a press conference on gang stalking. Lieutenant Richard stated that although gang stalking is older than Facebook and Twitter, the new social media technologies have elevated the gang stalking groups, who have adapted to new technologies.
A broadcast story on FOX syndicated California Central Coast Channel 35 News broadcasted the Lieutenant along with a poignant story of a man from Salinas, CA who lost is home and family and has joined the ranks of the internally displaced refugee victims of gang stalking in this country. Facebook, the original social media site, was launched publicly in February, 2004, and celebrates its seven year anniversary this month. Those of us investigating gang stalking trends know that many victims have been systematically harassed by gang stalking groups for 10, 15, and even over 20 years in some cases. Targets have lost their jobs, families, friends and lives to what some are calling government sponsored stalking http://govsponsoredstalking.info/
The author launched a poll regarding gang stalking on September 30, 2009, and it has had a strong, positive bell-shaped curve, indicating statistical reliability from the beginning. There have been over one-third of participants reporting long-term (10 years or more) gang stalking since the inception of the poll which now exceeds four hundred votes. See link below:

Gang stalking is a national phenomenon that has infected every community in the country. However, in the wake of the Bell County, CA criminal investigation, by the California A.G., into Bell's organized racketeering by local government officials, California is prudently speaking out on systemic corruption and civil liberties abuses in the state.
Last February Kens 5 San Antonio News carried a story on gang stalking by their Joe Conger:

The author has tried to make a reference to the fact of the gang stalking press report of Lieutenant Richard. This has been removed several times from Wikipedia's gang stalking entry under the Wikipedia stalking article. It has also been removed several times from the wikipedia Talk page on gang stalking.
Wikipedia "editors" have also removed the published FOIA materials that this author has tried to post on Wikipedia over a dozen times. My article on DOJ FOIA materials has official D.O.J. records that are being systematically "edited" by Wikipedia.

THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC RECORDS ACT
Now that a public official has stated years-long police knowledge of gang stalking groups and their activities, police intelligence records on the subject should be accessible under the California Public Records Act. Any member of the public of any state in the United States can request these records from Santa Cruz, P.D., and their existence is strongly supported by the admission of Lieutenant Larry Richard. Here is an informational link to the CA PRA:
I made a CA Public Records Act Request dated March 22, 2011 to the Santa Cruz P.D. I received several pages in response. Included is an internal communication between Lt. Richard and Trisha Husome who is in the police records department. In the communication Richard states gang stalking has "implications to workplace violence". This is in a city of 26,000. I can not load media for this account, I've tried from several computers. Here is a link to part of my records request response including Lt. Richard's statement clearly linking gang stalking to workplace violence:

Recent 10 minute FOX NEWS interview in which gang stalking harassment victims relate their tragic family stories and speak about related public safety issues such as "school shootings" (shouldn't he FBI and police be investigating these issues?); here is the link:
Rogue Quartzsite, AZ Police Chief Jeff Gilbert arrests Jennifer Jones for exercising her right to speak at a city council meeting on local political corruption including official embezzlement of over 250,000 taxpayer dollars. Nine Quartzsite police officer whistleblowers are hiding in fear of their lives. The Mayor has been ousted, and, via emergency law, martial law enacted, to prevent disclosure of government corruption by Police Chief and City Council Members in Quartzsite. Again, FOX reports it as it is (official mobocrocy). Here is the link:
Thanks for the truthful reporting of the News once again FOX NEWS!!!!

Another FOX News story of community mobbing of the parents of a bullied child from Texas who committed suicide. The mobbing campaign started after they sued the School District:
Remember, both the "Patriot Act" and Hitler's "emergency laws" were passed and carried out without any repeal or official nullification of the U.S. Constitution or the Weimar Constitution respectively.
