NP Rank:
Gang Stalking: SWATing Bloggers & 18 U.S.C. 241
Michelle Malkin, conservative political analyst and blogger, recently wrote about thugs who made false 911calls resulting in SWAT teams being deployed against bloggers whose opinions they disliked. This is domestic terrorism under the Patriot Act, as well as a violation of 18 U.S.C. 241, the "conspiracy against [civil] rights" statute in the federal criminal code.
Malkin quoted former Justice Department official J. Christian Adams pointing out, it is a federal violation of Title 18 U.S.C. Section 241 to conspire to deprive someone of his "free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States."
There are implications of the Patriot Act and certain amendments to the NDAA that could provide grounds for indefinite, Guantanamo-style detention without trial or access to counsel, as well as enhanced sentencing guidelines, for such SWATing activity. 18 U.S.C. 241 also carries the potential of life imprisonment or the death penalty if death results. The death penalty would be applicable in a case in which the police screwed up on a false 911 SWATing call such as the recent New York case of retired Marine Kenneth Chamberlain.
SWATing was something that I experienced in the Summer of 1995. I was in the midst of an employment dispute with a Wall Street securities firm (acquired the next year by one of the largest banks in Canada). While working at the firm, I had found fictitious accounts, and had reason to believe that both money laundering and micro-stock "pump and dump" schemes were being facilitated at the firm. The firm was "mobbed up" which became clearer to me when my gang stalking experience was initiated. It was later revealed in a F.O.I.A. suit that this firm was subject to a joint task force investigation including members of the FBI, NYPD, SEC, NASD and several employee informants. (Labella v. FBI, et.al, 07-cv-2330 (EDNY 2008), Defendants' Vaughn Index).
One night in that summer of 1995, at about 3 a.m., I was awoken by a SWAT team in my Whitestone, Queens apartment. A phony 911 call had been placed stating that I had been holding a hostage at gunpoint. I later settled the employment dispute with the firm for nearly six-figures. I know other gang stalking victims have had similar experiences with workplace mobbing and even SWATing.
18 U.S.C. Sect. 241 is the proper vehicle for prosecuting the human garbage involved in these gang stalking groups, and, others that conspire with them.

What no mind of your own so you have to steal from Batvette's channel and a posting by another commentator. Typical.

It's called "news", sweetie. It's what people do with people do with information that's publicly available. Gosh, you could have written an article about it -- you and/or batvette. Information is generally up for grabs. Even now, you could run with it. Give it your own spin. It's what makes the news interesting. The more viewpoints, the merrier. To say that PeaceFrog stole it from batvette's channel is preposterous, even libelous, it would seem, but I'm not a lawyer. Get yourself a life "laughing@Peacefrog." (You seem to spend a lot of time laughing at others. Take a good look in the mirror now and have a good, long, hard laugh at yourself.)

Thanks for coming out as another emotionally defensive sockpuppet Peacefraud. We could never guess that's you. LOL. On Batvette's channel you mocked the article as a mental problem. Now it's information. YOU make me laugh hypocrite. I like how all of a sudden learning about SWATing you now have a story about being a victim of a 911 hoax too. LOL. What a phoney. Go back to writing about how the FBI is conspiring to get you. We don't need you turning this into one of your conspiracies and have it dismissed as a paranoids joke like you've done with GS.

"you mocked the article as a mental problem." (What in the hell are you talking about? And whom are you addressing?) L@Pfrog (defamation is implicit in your user name, it would seem, but I'm not a lawyer), also said, "We don't need you turning this into one of your conspiracies and have it dismissed as a paranoids joke like you've done with GS." GS is a "paranoids joke" because it was apparently designed to be one but, be that as it may, you sound an awful lot like batvette. You sound a lot like the rat-boy.

I wouldn't care if anyone got an idea sparked from a comment in my article.... I DO think it's way beyond fishy that this is the first time we've ever heard him mention this event, immediately after he reads about it happening to others.
Stripping away his customary well concealed layers of bullshyte, several other points are obvious:
He tries to establish legitimacy of his "targeting" by the assumed existence of some lawsuit against the employer, in the midst of introducing this "SWATing" event- yet see that this alleged event will in no way be documented in that court case if the case even exists.
If such "SWATing" is happening to him or anyone else isn't it just too easy to trace the origins of the 911 call? Yeah you could call the police and do that to someone but that's a serious crime- can Peacefrog also elaborate on the results of the investigation into the false call by police? Oh, they didn't care maybe, another day at the office? Sure.
Now we get to the big one. He's claiming now the reason for his targeting is he was a whistle blower at a mob affiliated law firm, who by being investigated by the FBI as well, surely had no love for them down at the bureau.
How is this remotely consistent with his repeated claims that gang stalking is a program run by and covered up by the FBI and other gov't agencies?
If we are to believe his own personal experience, (and I have a hard time with that since if the mob was pissed at him he's counting touchdowns in the end zone at Giants Stadium with Hoffa, why would they piss away huge sums of money hiring gasngstalkers, who only serve as a liability to them?) it completely contradicts his claims it's law enforcement- reinforced by the fact law enforcement was NOT allies of these mob figures but tried to bust them.
No surprise, how can you tell Peacefrog is lying? He's writing an article at NowPublic.
If it's all because he's crazy, well can't do much with that. If there is more to it than that, I just have to tell his employers, you people should just call it quits on your program if this is typical of the quality of your personnel. Or go clean house in the human resources dept. I have a public school education through 11th grade and yet this stuff is just jumping off the page at me.
Of course toeing the line not thinking out of the box gets you promoted at most institutional careers, so mediocrity is expected.

I never mentioned the fact, documented in a federal court Opinion, that my FBI file was 168 pages and contained two audio tapes either, but, Maybe you can READ Section 5 of the Opinion "Labella's December 11, FOIA Request Regarding Himself":
http://scholar.google.com/scholar_case?case=4629283195515885499&q=labella+v.+fbi&hl=en&as_sdt=2,33
Those documents included a NYFO 302 MEMO "potential witness testimony". Maybe, if I were you I would be trumpeting this information, and, making GS out to be about mememe!
at 22:10 on June 10th, 2012
Peacefrog assumes the reader is stupid and would not notice that him introducing another matter altogether would NOT explain away all the inconsistencies in the story as clearly explained previously.
Any TI's following this should again note the alarming contradiction between his claims his targeting involves organized crime figures who were being investigated by the FBI at that time, and his relentless activism in "educating" TIs and the public that gang stalking is FBI/DOJ directed, condoned, etc.
There could not be a more obvious conflict in the "facts" he presents.
On the issue he does bring up I'm sure he will soon imply that the existence of 168 pages of documents and two audio tapes in a search on him and his mother will validate his status as a "gang stalking" victim. It does nothing of the sort, and in fact if any of those pages do document anyone's involvement in anything resembling gang stalking, NowPublic has always encouraged uploading images to substantiate author's claims as more than complete fabrications.
I mean, really, he's got all these gang stalking articles claiming the FBI's doing or hiding it... and that he's a victim of it.... and he's been in possession of over a hundred pages of FBI files on him and his mom for 5-6 years now... if any of those documents had a whiff of anything suggesting gang stalking wouldn't he be waving that around and not that stupid shyte of Ted Gunderson?
at 04:43 on June 11th, 2012
Anyone can look at the document by establishing a free PACER account and paying a few bucks to download them from the Brooklyn federal court website. The case is Labella v. FBI, et. al., 07-cv-2330 (E.D.N.Y. 2008). This will validate my story of working for a firm that the was investigated by the FBI after being acquired by TD Bank, and, also contains my FBI 302 MEMO (potential witness testimony). No responsive documents were found on my mother.

The documents may well prove that you indeed did work for a firm that was investigated by the FBI. How does that translate into "the FBI is out to get me"? Or are you saying you alone out of all the company was selected for investigation? Perhaps your paranoia is misplaced. If I was you I'd start blaming the TD Bank. After all none of this happened until they showed up. You were probably stealing pens. Ya. Man Banks don't like that. It's why they put them chains on the pens. If I was you I'd buy a box of Bic's and get them over to the TD Bank lickity-split. Get your life back man.
at 08:32 on June 11th, 2012
Yeah, that is it, the FBI wrote up a 302 MEMO for potential witness testimony because I bogarted those pens!

Sounds about as reasoned as your government run nationwide gang stalking conspiracy. At least there is a direct connection to your theft of the pens, the TD Bank and the FBI's investigation of you. And if you were willing to stoop to stealing office supplies what else did you steal during your time with the company? Maybe the FBI need to reopen the case. Maybe there's a body or two buried under your basement. Maybe a teller now and then gave you an innocent second look and BAM. You're dragging her out to the car in the back alley for the run home with your pockets full of paper clips and unopened post it notes. Maybe that's what's got you looking over your shoulder hunting FBI secret agents. A very bad conscience eating away at your soul. Did you touch their special place before eating their organs and turning the leftovers into lamp shades? Shit like that probably catches up to even the best sociopaths.

OMG YOU FOUND THE CONNECTION WE'VE ALL BEEN SEARCHING FOR!
Those must be the same pens everyone's been clicking when he walks by to annoy him. It's all about THE PENS!

Above all, you are too timid to stand up and challenge authority when it needs to be challenged. You need to join a group of other like minded twits to indulge your desire to bully and control people, need "empowerment and adventure" (Thanks, Mark Rich) because you can't get it on your own initiative, or need the numbers of a gang to intimidate others. A complete morally decrepit, dimwitted, cowardly pathetic wretch. It takes what, 50, 100 of you to keep one TI down? I'd call that a mismatch. In our favor.

at 00:40 on June 15th, 2012
Don't suppose you've found anything in my past comments you've been poring through looking for anything in my life story you can use to discredit me, that resembles me furnishing disinformation to mislead targets and recruit the mentally ill to join them?
I've been quite clear several years ago I was being fed a stream of false and silly disinfo by people like you. Not sure where you're going other than showing hypocrisy.
You've also failed to explain the alarming inconsistency between your long term claims the FBI is behind gang stalking and revealing your personal self alleged targeting is the doing of organized crime, who was under investigation by the FBI.
at 04:27 on June 15th, 2012
Batvette writes,
I should start calling you batvette since all you seem to be doing is using TI's life stories to discredit them. Anonacomaloser.
It is so clear that your current agenda, in your own words, is to discredit targets and dismiss gang stalking accounts and the existence of well known gang stalking techniques.
As far as the gang stalking Program goes, there is no inconsistency in what I am saying. The Program is run and funded by the only party capable with the resources to run and fund it, the federal government. As in any past COINTELPRO, traditional enemies of Washington are being set up for civil rights prosecutions by their participation. I expect the result to be selective prosecutions and show trials.

What's really funny is this is the very first article Peacefrog has ever put up that is actually about stalking. I guess we should give him some slack in the hopes that he makes it a habit. Personally, I'd rather he copy catted than run the BS his history displays. Now if we could get him to dump twenty or thirty of his sockpuppet id's we just might get a real conversation on GS going instead of the trilling spam from the cheap seats.

On Batvette's channel Peacefrog posts regarding Michelle Malkin's blog article, "Interesting, more material from laughing@ approximating the tone one might expect from a reasonably intelligent paranoid schizophrenic." Now all of a sudden here Peacefrog has also been a victim of a 911 hoax. I guess that makes you a paranoid schizophrenic. Jackass.

Alas, poor Yorick! I knew him, Horatio – a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy. He had more names than a five dollar crack-ho kicked out of every town from Manhattan to Monterrey.
