Gang Stalking: SWATing Bloggers & 18 U.S.C. 241

Michelle Malkin, conservative political analyst and blogger, recently wrote about thugs who made false 911calls resulting in SWAT teams being deployed against bloggers whose opinions they disliked. This is domestic terrorism under the Patriot Act, as well as a violation of 18 U.S.C. 241, the "conspiracy against [civil] rights" statute in the federal criminal code.
Malkin quoted former Justice Department official J. Christian Adams pointing out, it is a federal violation of Title 18 U.S.C. Section 241 to conspire to deprive someone of his "free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States."
There are implications of the Patriot Act and certain amendments to the NDAA that could provide grounds for indefinite, Guantanamo-style detention without trial or access to counsel, as well as enhanced sentencing guidelines, for such SWATing activity. 18 U.S.C. 241 also carries the potential of life imprisonment or the death penalty if death results. The death penalty would be applicable in a case in which the police screwed up on a false 911 SWATing call such as the recent New York case of retired Marine Kenneth Chamberlain.
SWATing was something that I experienced in the Summer of 1995. I was in the midst of an employment dispute with a Wall Street securities firm (acquired the next year by one of the largest banks in Canada). While working at the firm, I had found fictitious accounts, and had reason to believe that both money laundering and micro-stock "pump and dump" schemes were being facilitated at the firm. The firm was "mobbed up" which became clearer to me when my gang stalking experience was initiated. It was later revealed in a F.O.I.A. suit that this firm was subject to a joint task force investigation including members of the FBI, NYPD, SEC, NASD and several employee informants. (Labella v. FBI, et.al, 07-cv-2330 (EDNY 2008), Defendants' Vaughn Index).
One night in that summer of 1995, at about 3 a.m., I was awoken by a SWAT team in my Whitestone, Queens apartment. A phony 911 call had been placed stating that I had been holding a hostage at gunpoint. I later settled the employment dispute with the firm for nearly six-figures. I know other gang stalking victims have had similar experiences with workplace mobbing and even SWATing.
18 U.S.C. Sect. 241 is the proper vehicle for prosecuting the human garbage involved in these gang stalking groups, and, others that conspire with them.

LOL! Oh come on man, you cant sideline something like motive when it comes to something of this size, you did misunderstand you were claiming I was placing blame where I wasnt. Your feeble attempt to twist it back with a "no, its YOU who doesnt understand makes you sound like the rest of these whack jobs. To be honest I am inclined to give you a degree of trust since you seem a decent sort and not a liar. However without attending to the most basic questions you wont be believed by most.

Well if you can't posit an end result of such a fantastically expensive endeavor, why do you think people should believe it's really happening?
They shouldn't because it's not the huge conspiracy the crazies are insisting is real. Nobody is paying teams of people to drive red cars around or wear red t-shirts hoping you are so self absorbed you'll notice and think it's all being done just to f u c k with your head.
You'd have to be suffering from persecutory delusions just to think this would be possible. "I'm so important that the government spends enormous sums of money hiring people with low morals just to mess with my head in minute ways hoping I'm actually noticing it- and that I'm such a jackhole that instead of laughing it off and getting on with my day it would turn me into a pile of quivering jello, unable to function or earn a living and my voice in this world would be marginalized."
Self important? check.
Believe everyone else around you has low morals while yours are pure? check.
Unable to rationalize the absurd proportions of logistics required to accomplish what you believe is real? check.
Unable to self reflect on how silly all this sounds to others so you just keep insisting more and more that it's true as the men in white coats strap you to the gurney? (while the sane would quickly realize the peril they are in) check.

I still wonder, though, what's the common denominator here? The way these people do this always seems to be taken from the same textbook of tactics, they aren't all coming up with this on their own. Do they have some kind of recruiting site? Is there some club that picks people?

Those are pretty damning words to speak about anyone. I hear the pay isn't so great and they get some of these guys to do this for meals or gas money? I don't know who is the bigger chump: the perps, or the handlers for overpaying a pittance for such loser help.

This is a message to the perps in their pickup trucks who like to bright my house, to the neighbors who joined gov't snitch programs, to the members of community steering groups we believe finger us for a slow death sentance, and the architects of this whole concept.
You're haters. It's that simple. You are the enemy of America, and will only cause terrorism against the country to increase, because the world always looked up to us for one fundamental reason: The US Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. In fact when I enlisted in the military, the first line of the oath states "I swear to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic". By denying people due process, by committing acts of punishment clearly cruel and unusual, and picking individuals who are feared for their history of speaking out against abuses of authority, YOU endanger that document and what it stands for.
If we're dirtbags, if we're scum you need to put down... what does that make you for having no greater purpose in life but to spend time watching us? A step beneath us, that's for sure. You probably wanted to do this because you see America's future, your hopes, your dreams, slipping away, and wanted to contribute something to your community after 9/11. Fight them terrorists, huh Sparky?
Well there aren't any homegrown terrorists, unless you count yourselves. The DHS filed over 800,000 criminal cases from 2004-2007, and just 12 of them, or .0015% were related to terrorism. It's all a big scam, you're a participant in a command and control scheme, the architects of which are the same corporate elite who sold off America's patents, copyrights and financial assets (including factories) in the '90's and live behind the walls of gated communities, and need you to be their secret police to prevent wide spread civil unrest as it gets much worse economically.
That's right, you aren't saving America from terrorists, you're the last nails in the coffin. You aren't better than us, it's quite the opposite- you could be counted on to follow orders and not question whether they were right or wrong. You aren't the type to take it all in and see the big picture that isn't usually shown to the people. You do your job well because you lack a solid moral compass, are of below average intelligence, and easily fall for faulty ideological mantras.
Above all, you are too timid to stand up and challenge authority when it needs to be challenged. You need to join a group of other like minded twits to indulge your desire to bully and control people, need "empowerment and adventure" (Thanks, Mark Rich) because you can't get it on your own initiative, or need the numbers of a gang to intimidate others. A complete morally decrepit, dimwitted, cowardly pathetic wretch. It takes what, 50, 100 of you to keep one TI down? I'd call that a mismatch. In our favor.
Better than us? Hardly, fact is you are a sociopath. A psychopath, even. What other kind of person would sit in his pickup like you do, in a dark, cold parking lot at night, hoping the target might pop out so you might have the opportunity to drive at him and intimidate him with your headlights? One could even theorize all of this wasn't designed to get rid of us, but use us to keep you busy and focused in life- otherwise you might be torturing small animals, cruising the playgrounds looking for five year olds, and if you weren't parked out there waiting for me it might be outside of your ex wife, girlfriend, or the loan officer who repo'd your ice cream truck.
You may cause my demise, I can't seem to stop that. I've made my situation worse with defiance but I have no regrets as I feel an obligation to obstruct and occupy you as much as humanly possible like a prisoner of war must try to be a pain in the ass to his enemy captors. This delays you introducing your evil activities to the next target, or an existing one will have less of you to apply to their life that day. I will defy you to the end, even as your fascist jackboot crushes my skull to the ground, as it will have my teeth marks in it.
And you and yours, despite your feigned attitudes of disgust as you rid your neighborhoods of another "undesirable" from your midst, will be too dense to recognize the subconscious feelings of envy that you'd been born with as much courage, intestinal fortitude and love for humanity in your whole body as each of us has in a finger. You deserve to live in the world you are creating, one of hatred, conformity, suspicion, and mediocrity, if you are indicative of it maybe it's best to leave it.
I just have one thing left- when they trained you people to do this, which of these came first in the program- was it the castration... or the lobotomy?

n my observation in my city, the police participate, and Jiverly Wong, the Binghampton shooter was almost certainly stalked by his local police- his note said "they pull out suddenly in front of my car 32 times, but I did not hit them once" and that's why the issue of him being gangstalked was given little attention- the agency that did the investigation was the one stalking him!

Gangstalkers and computer trolls also are victims of the Surveillance State's totalitarian tracking and torture network -- the gangstalkers are as much victims as the designated victims. . . but gangstalkers are stupider victims who think their chain of command "cares" about them. Who's to say it didn't happen? After all, I myself can't remember every detail unless I actually go back and attempt to recall the bizzare happenings from start to present. Its called PTSD and the brains job is to help the victim survive the ordeal. Some folks will forget certain events, surpressed memories that will eventually surface regardless, of ones educational back ground. Hope that helps.
