NP Rank:
Gangstalking TI's (targeted individual's) Manifesto
This is a message to the perps in their pickup trucks who like to bright my house, to the neighbors who joined gov't snitch programs, to the members of community steering groups we believe finger us for a slow death sentance, and the architects of this whole concept.
You're haters. It's that simple. You are the enemy of America, and will only cause terrorism against the country to increase, because the world always looked up to us for one fundamental reason: The US Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. In fact when I enlisted in the military, the first line of the oath states "I swear to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic". By denying people due process, by committing acts of punishment clearly cruel and unusual, and picking individuals who are feared for their history of speaking out against abuses of authority, YOU endanger that document and what it stands for.
If we're dirtbags, if we're scum you need to put down... what does that make you for having no greater purpose in life but to spend time watching us? A step beneath us, that's for sure. You probably wanted to do this because you see America's future, your hopes, your dreams, slipping away, and wanted to contribute something to your community after 9/11. Fight them terrorists, huh Sparky?
Well there aren't any homegrown terrorists, unless you count yourselves. The DHS filed over 800,000 criminal cases from 2004-2007, and just 12 of them, or .0015% were related to terrorism. It's all a big scam, you're a participant in a command and control scheme, the architects of which are the same corporate elite who sold off America's patents, copyrights and financial assets (including factories) in the '90's and live behind the walls of gated communities, and need you to be their secret police to prevent wide spread civil unrest as it gets much worse economically.
That's right, you aren't saving America from terrorists, you're the last nails in the coffin. You aren't better than us, it's quite the opposite- you could be counted on to follow orders and not question whether they were right or wrong. You aren't the type to take it all in and see the big picture that isn't usually shown to the people. You do your job well because you lack a solid moral compass, are of below average intelligence, and easily fall for faulty ideological mantras.
Above all, you are too timid to stand up and challenge authority when it needs to be challenged. You need to join a group of other like minded twits to indulge your desire to bully and control people, need "empowerment and adventure" (Thanks, Mark Rich) because you can't get it on your own initiative, or need the numbers of a gang to intimidate others. A complete morally decrepit, dimwitted, cowardly pathetic wretch. It takes what, 50, 100 of you to keep one TI down? I'd call that a mismatch. In our favor.
Better than us? Hardly, fact is you are a sociopath. A psychopath, even. What other kind of person would sit in his pickup like you do, in a dark, cold parking lot at night, hoping the target might pop out so you might have the opportunity to drive at him and intimidate him with your headlights? One could even theorize all of this wasn't designed to get rid of us, but use us to keep you busy and focused in life- otherwise you might be torturing small animals, cruising the playgrounds looking for five year olds, and if you weren't parked out there waiting for me it might be outside of your ex wife, girlfriend, or the loan officer who repo'd your ice cream truck.
You may cause my demise, I can't seem to stop that. I've made my situation worse with defiance but I have no regrets as I feel an obligation to obstruct and occupy you as much as humanly possible like a prisoner of war must try to be a pain in the ass to his enemy captors. This delays you introducing your evil activities to the next target, or an existing one will have less of you to apply to their life that day. I will defy you to the end, even as your fascist jackboot crushes my skull to the ground, as it will have my teeth marks in it.
And you and yours, despite your feigned attitudes of disgust as you rid your neighborhoods of another "undesirable" from your midst, will be too dense to recognize the subconscious feelings of envy that you'd been born with as much courage, intestinal fortitude and love for humanity in your whole body as each of us has in a finger. You deserve to live in the world you are creating, one of hatred, conformity, suspicion, and mediocrity, if you are indicative of it maybe it's best to leave it.
I just have one thing left- when they trained you people to do this, which of these came first in the program- was it the castration... or the lobotomy?
-------------------------------------------------
Update: New technology the perps are using, to terrorize us in our homes: They make the walls and doors, "breathe". Impossible? I just know what I see, and the camera sees it too. And I can close my eyes and feel it too.
http://filefactory.com/file/ah2eb99/n/Picture_056_mov
this is a pretty big file, about 185 mb, but download it and see for yourself, this is definately a first.
Watch the curvature of the door.
http://www.filefactory.com/f/cf8806ebed7aeeda/
I have nine similar files,in the above folder, showing the inside and outside at day and at night. Due to the way fiilming on camera then playing back on a small screen tends to lose dynamic scaling, it does not jump out at you with cartoon proportions, but it is quite terrifying at first when you don't know what might be causing it. Also the motion of the camera in perspective with the wall isn't much because the camera and whatever you have it sitting on are moving with the wall- this is some kind of field like magnetic attraction and repelling, but isn't limited to ferrous metals.
So to see what is moving, look at the curvature of the boards vertical and horizontal inside, and in some of these you can clearly see the shadow of an aluminum extrusion moving back and forth. On the outside clips, look at the metal security screen frame, it is straight then gets convex. Or watch the air conditioner tilting in motion clockwise, then counterclockwise. Look at the metal screen frame bend in a curve, but look at the wall edge at the far end of the building, always stays straight.
Update, 9/15/09
I captured a better video of smaller length, a less imposing download:
http://www.filefactory.com/file/ah28gc7/n/Picture_067_mov
Try holding a straight edge up to your monitor, or even placing a piece of tape across either the vertical or horizontal lines and watch the bulge increase and decrease. I can assure you the effect in reality is quite terrifying when you don't know what is causing it.

Nearly every time that I leave my home, these criminals enter it surreptitiously. They then vandalize and/or steal something. This is a pattern which I've experienced in three different states.
These people are domestic terrorists. Who is going to stop them? We all know that the police won't help.
at 22:58 on August 17th, 2009
I'd set up a video camera and try and collect some evidence against them. It may not help now, but eventually there will be a time for accountability for these idiots.
I don't want to resort to gender stereotypes, so forgive me in advance, but if you're a woman who isn't too good with tools get a family member or trusted male friend who is and take an assessment of your home's basic security. Then a couple trips to Home Depot or a similar facility and a couple hundred bucks at the most should be enough to make your place a fortress. If you think they have easy entry at will, they may be using the "bumping" technique on your entry locks, even 12 year old kids are learning this on youtube nowadays and can be in your front door in 5 seconds and not leave a mark. Home Depot, (and this is a crime in itself) won't tell you that they do not sell bump proof locks, despite the signs in the aisle claiming "good, better, best:" security.
You need to go to a locksmith and purchase bump proof entry locks for your front door, and put barrel bolts on the rest. The locksmith will know what you need, just tell them they may be bumping your lock. Schlage makes bump proof locks, about $150 or so.
In my observation in my city, the police participate, and Jiverly Wong, the Binghampton shooter was almost certainly stalked by his local police- his note said "they pull out suddenly in front of my car 32 times, but I did not hit them once" and that's why the issue of him being gangstalked was given little attention- the agency that did the investigation was the one stalking him!

Damn! When you are in a passionate mood your writing sure is hard hitting. "You need to go to a locksmith and purchase bump proof entry locks for your front ..."Yeah, when our family moved into this house, the little "security pins" on all of the house entry locks had been chiseled off. They were here even before we moved in !!The house was vacant between the time that we first looked at it and the time when we actually moved in (About two weeks). Of course we change all of the locks.

I give up.

When the replies are so complimentary, triplicates are welcome. :-)
When I heard about this "bumping" thing and saw a report on the news, it was shocking. About 90% of the homes in America have entry locks that use the same exact key blank, the one Kwikset standardized several decades ago. All they have to do is get a blank and file it down into a V shape and insert the key, and while pulling it out, turn the knob and tap or "bump" the lock with an object like a screwdriver handle. Locksmiths have known about this for years, but kept it quiet. It's one of those things you can't just do by written description, but once you see it demonstrated for you it's a snap. Another internet/youtube malady, soon as someone made a video it spread like wildfire and now every 12 year old is a professional burglar.
A similar case was the Kryponite/Bic pen rumours, which while partially true put a few maunufacturers out of business because everyone thought every round key'd lock could be defeated by a ten cent pen. Not true at all. Some made by Kryptonite and a few others could but it was only those with coding in the lower numbers. Most round locks are actually very pick proof.
But back to the subject, if you changed them they can still be bumped unless they are bump proof locks. What you said was done to yours may also have been the landlord. I've heard they will do that for several reasons, usually so they don't have to change the locks ever.
scriveneritis, huh.... you want the link to an imaging program so you can capture your spoof pages?
at 06:17 on August 21st, 2009
Thanks for the tip. I looked at a couple pages that seemed to be related to the bump key phenomenon, and one of them said that the major lock companies have known about this for 80 years. (And done nothing about it until recent publicity). Now, to the list (mainstream press, etc ...) we must add all lock manufacturers. How convenient for the folks who engage in those so-called "walk throughs" (As we know the homes of TIs are "walked through" on a regular basis).

I found that when I posted without registering an account at nowpublic, it was a pretty buggy program. When I registered all of that stopped. You're actually on a different site, called www.my.nowpublic.com.
While I understand the desire to stay anonymous you might consider registering as it also lets you track articles you comment in for new replies, etc.
at 11:27 on August 22nd, 2009
Agreed ... I'm not particularly anonymous anyway, as you'all can look at my IP address and readily track my carcass down in that manner ... I realize that (at most) I am making the barrier to "full disclosure" just a little higher ... My ID number for internment at the awaiting FEMA camp is just as legible in the register as yours. It very much seems that you and I both have the same death wish ... or perhaps we just value our freedom (as a principle) more than the next guy ... "free to walk around like a slave" is not freedom, in my opinion ... so maybe I'll follow your suggestion.

I see the "reply" buttons are missing from Scrivener's pages. The "Add a comment" box is also missing from all of his pages. I am not a NP member, so I don't know if page authors can "turn off" comments or not. You are a member, so you're the guy to ask - can authors "turn off" comment capability?
at 04:59 on September 3rd, 2009
This morning I noticed that Scrivener's pages are all missing the "reply" buttons, as well as the "Add a comment" box. Can NP page authors (such as yourself) "turn off" comments for pages?
at 00:27 on September 4th, 2009
I don't think so.
at 05:34 on September 4th, 2009
Thanks. Well, this is one time that I can collaborate with our man "Scriv" on an instance of his description of quirky internet communications. Of course, you would be likely to add that the aberation could be caused by a bug in the program -- which is possible (but is that not the way of the gaslighters, to use the possible, but (within the vista we are afforded) improbable?). In any case, I am beginning to believe that our man "Scriv", as lovable as he can be, may not have our best interest at heart. Perhaps I want to believe "too much", that there are others who truly commiserate with our plight. I am also beginning to believe that our entire internet is a sham. (I already know that "free enterprise" is a sham in this country, and big enterprise owns the network infrastructure) To steadfastly believe otherwise is beginning to make me feel foolish.
at 20:55 on September 4th, 2009
His story that we can't post replies in is TAGGED by NowPublic Admin as "needs improvement " and the admin added he didn't see anything within as newsworthy. That's almost certainly why the comments are turned off.
As for acting in our best interest, well..... see his latest thread over at FFCHS blog.

An investigative reporter who can't be bothered to simply tape record a sound he claims is some horrible torture, even when offered to help analyze and thus eventually stop it.
That last part should be very revealing as his actions are completely against the function of human survival instinct. Remember he kept claiming the DEW machine was in his attic and I kept telling him to get a ladder and flashlight and go look but he kept coming up with excuses why he couldn't or changed the subject?
If you are truly under assault your survival instinct tells you TO TRY AND STOP IT NOW or at least find the source, in no way would it allow you to sit down at a computer and bang out a thousand words about Obama, Janet whoever from DHS and "good people inside" coming to his aid someday. If not a ruse it's lame as hell.
I've repeatedly claimed that perps try to terrorize me in my apartment by making it appear as if someone was trying to push in my front door, and rather than just make silly claims I do my best to gather evidence.
This latest video is shorter and shows it well. Hold up a straight edge to your monitor and watch this:
http://www.filefactory.com/file/ah28gc7/n/Picture_067_mov
If I didn't have evidence I'd not make the claim.
at 07:55 on September 5th, 2009
I haven't downloaded the movie because the particular open-source (OS) based computer that I am using at the moment is not outfitted with anything to view ".mov" movies. I did see the preview, and that is some heavy duty "deadbolt" you have there! I don't think you need to worry about (even) the Incredible Hulk getting through that setup. Have you ever considered just opening the door? I don't know if you have a sidearm or not (you are ex-military). On the other hand, a side arm might be a bad idea (could go off by accident, and that would almost certainly be bad news for a TI) Do you have dogs? I have two of them (ninety pounds each, eight claws, a zillion teeth, and for a bonus really great barks and howls ... one of them does a pretty good imitation of a grizzly bear when he's excited about something ... pretty good deterrent IMHO).
at 23:45 on September 5th, 2009
The whole wall is under some force, I added the locking system for some peace of mind against it. The drop bar which is reinforced with iron, six inch barrel bolts in the concrete floor and top jamb which is also reinforced with angle iron and I added an oak 1 x 8 that goes from top to bottom of the door.
I won't own a gun, having been through a few incidents in my 20's where I nearly shot people over stupid **** and where a misunderstanding got me in a standoff against two bona fide Hell's Angels club members and the only way to walk away alive turned out to be tossing my weapon in a nice lazy arc to one of them and letting him keep it as my girlfriend and I got in the car and drove away with him staring dumfounded. Ain't gonna shoot an unarmed man, and I had the drop on the first guy but his buddy standing behind me whould have killed me.
Had a dog, he got ill quickly and had to be put to sleep in January 2008. Perps moved in next door 3 days later. Hmmm...He was old, but it came on fast. Like overnight. He was over 100 lbs, a German Shepherd/Lab/Ridgeback/Rhottweiler mix. Looked similar to the Skippy dog food dog, but big. Smartest, most loyal dog I've ever seen. Fence was 3 ft high and he never jumped it, never ran away, but then I never hit him once and got him at five weeks.
I haven't got another yet for financial reasons, I can barely afford to feed myself. It would be irresponsible to get a dog if I can't pay vet bills.
This economy sucks major ass.
at 21:46 on September 5th, 2009
Batvette, your story sounds somewhat convincing and includes several things that others have experienced.
But it lacks the origin or even guesses of the origin of these crimes, which has been implied by many others as *secret intelligence activities surveillance (program)* that started after the Patriot Act.
Scrivener has posted his experiences in far more *public* places than you have and has made implications of the involvement of these so called "government programs."
Also, some of his assertions may not be completely accurate, but how many victims assessments of these covert electronic and chemical assaults are *completely* accurate?
The victims are mostly lost, as the circumstances are implied, predisposed and gaslighted per the *program.*
The agencies or others bank on victims confusion, that could only be expected after an "MKULTRA-COINTELPRO type experience.
Quote - WASHINGTON - The Bush administration authorized secret surveillance activities that still have not been made public, according to a new government report that questions the legal basis for the unprecedented anti-terrorism programs...
...President George W. Bush authorized other secret intelligence activities — which have yet to become public — even as he was launching the massive warrentless wiretapping program, the summary said. It describes the entire program as the "President's Surveillance Program."
www.msnbc.msn.com/... end quote "
This looks to be a "government program," intended to target real or budding "terrorists" that was instituted after the Patriot Act, but has turned into an opportunity for profit by savvy contractors that can turn ordinary citizens into "internal threats/terrorists" and reap the substantial profits in grants from "Homeland Security."
Another abuse from "government contractors" without any responsible over-site from any constitutionally legal authorities from any agency?
Even considering this so-called "government program," my case is a prime example of duped or corrupt law enforcement on a local or expanded level.

I've speculated here on this site among others who might be the source of this.
See 2 posts of December 29 2008:

Note poster named "Anonacom" attacking me nonsensically was surely Vic, who else drones on repeatedly about "neurolistic programming", "lame psy ops", and "serve your masters". I was once his biggest supporter here, buit I have a sharp memory and saw too many things to keep forgetting and giving him benefit of doubt.
Scrivener has posted his experiences in far more *public* places than you have and has made implications of the involvement of these so called "government programs."
Not sure what that means, more posting is good even if it's false allegations by someone who attacks everyone who disagrees with him as being a gov't disinfo agent, and claims it's torture when a set of plastic keyboard feet arrive damaged by UPS? In all his posts I've never seen any actual evidence presented by him of official gov't involvement.
But overall your point is a good one, that we're all lost in a forest of trees with no good answers. However I don't think Vic is just some poor schlub who is looking for the truth. Have you seen this?
http://blog.aclu.org/2009/01/26/internet-filters-voluntary-ok-not-government-mandate/comment-page-2/#comment-6310
I can't see how that helps us. At all.
at 00:42 on September 6th, 2009
If you want to make a point, give relevant information, not speculative trivia that I know you already know.
I was not borne yesterday, although I may play dead to avoid predation.
at 04:53 on September 6th, 2009
What day are people born on that causes them to make such confusing statements? I provided the link to the ACLU site because I didn't know if YOU had seen it. How do I know what you know I know?
Secondly that's not "speculative trivia". Anonymously Given has offered that In any case, I am beginning to believe that our man "Scriv", as lovable as he can be, may not have our best interest at heart. In the comments of that blog page one can see many things going on- foolishness for constantly mistaking blog owners rightfully blocking his spamming, trolling behaviour as a government censor monitoring his every thought. Ignorance on computer issues. Social detachment for being rude to those critical of him. Paranoia for thinking this criticism makes every one a gov't agent. Downright stupidity for calling someone at the ACLU who did speak with him on the phone, a possible imposter. Dishonesty for claiming he'd never brought up personal finances when indeed he had. And endless claims of "spoof pages" he can't be bothered to take a screen capture of. Even the sheer number of posts and their length indicates some really nutty behaviour.
I can't make you buy the merchandise, I can only display it- though if you can read all those posts and still think that's going to help our cause we may not be on the same page on any of this.
The part in italics is most disturbing because it's something I've seen Vic do many times. He complains about this torture, that attack by DEW, this assault, that harrassment. Once in awhile the situation is approached by someone who offers to Vic an opportunity a rational way to mitigate the issue or somehow move himself, or even the group of us forward to progress ending this. He usually attacks the person or changes the subject. He doesn't want to end this because he'd have nothing to write about. He seems to enjoy playing the drama queen and consistently spinning his own story into something with national level politics and the Obama administration.
Whether that simply makes him a typical journalist or something much worse I don't know nor care.
at 22:50 on September 5th, 2009
I should add that The so-called "Homeland Security government contractors" have authority over local law enforcement agencies.
Retired military are not trained as citizen law enforcement, they are trained to *kill the enemy* while on a mission.
My contractor/stalker has claimed to be a retired "Navy Seal."
Is this provoke and "kill the citizen" with electronic and chemical weapons?
Looks to be, tell me it isn't.
at 23:31 on September 5th, 2009
I should revise that to read "kill the citizen" after provoking with electronic and chemical weapons when or if they respond.
And, keep dreaming provocateurs. I rule your life.
at 23:50 on September 5th, 2009
I holler out to my perps who are surely listening to everything: If I'm a loser, what are you when your whole life revolves around watchng me? Before our feet hit the ground every morning I'm already winning because you can't let a minute go by without paying attention to me yet I couldn't care less who you are.
at 05:59 on September 6th, 2009
Of course that run-on sixty paragraph entry on ACLU won't really be read by anyone (past paragraph number five ... maybe). Sixty paragraphs is probably an exaggeration, but it puts me in mind of the countless uber-page postings that I have seen from TIs over the years. I think that part of it is "desperation thinking", and the individual who writes such things really believes that every detail must be conveyed, all at once, lest the battle for hearts and minds be lost. I fall into that trap once in a while myself. Human failings being what they are, a real TI could look like Vic. I really don't know what to say about him ... some has been good, some bad. (Probably true for anyone in our situation). I do know that many, many more people now know about the "program" than before Vic arrived ... I just don't know what impression they took away from his writings ...
at 12:18 on September 8th, 2009
Your movies look faked. The spam filters on your fellow TI scrivener comments sections are censorship, they will not allow any comments.
