court of derelicting airplane that caused crash in the last 7 March 2008 in the Pengadilan Negeri SLeman (Sleman City Court).
21 passenger dead in the crash accident, included 5 Australians. Marwoto prosecuted of derelicting that caused
anyone dead and hurt for 20 years and or same days jailed. This is the first in the civil aviant era
that pilot has been prosecuted for their derelicting.
