India Shining!!! What is the government doing for the upliftment for these section of people. I am pity to see boys who should be going to school are gambling. Let us take a pledge to teach one underpriviliged child so that s/he can become a good citizen of India.

Life is mix of all. not just one incident. it has been like this throughout history. so nothing bad about it. More money is spent in areas which have least priority but education which is most important is least prioritized area. Govt. should take concrete steps to make children study till class 10. This will ensure staying away from such bad habits. Moral policing will play an important role in this area.
