George Smith, Murdered on Honeymoon? by Michelle Says So

Yet, another saga of  'the blamegame'.  Deaths, assaults, robbery, drugging, rapes... Who is toblame?  The passengers themselves?  The cruise ships with theirobvious lack of safety or concern, and their non-obligation to report crimes? Cruise ships don't want to hurt their tourism...so of course they are going tokeep mum about crimes, mishaps and controversies.

And in Mindy Jordan's case, I highly doubt she "fell" off the ship onher own doing.  Is the FBI covering up for the cruise line?  When willthe public get to see the surveillance tape?  Bring out the facts and letthe public make the decision of whether it was an accident or not.

If you believe that cruise ships are safe and the business of tourism is allabout the safety and happiness of their passengers and/or visitors, thinkagain.  Read this link (InternationalCruise Victims) and then make an educated decision.  What are thesecompanies and people in charge trying to hide?

"It's all about the "Benjamins"....bottom line.

The death of Mindy Jordan who fell from a cruise ship has recast a spotlight on an industry that has been criticized in recent years for its handling of onboard passenger mishaps.

Industry analysts say the public's fascination with such incidents is out of proportion to their occurence and may stem from the exotic nature of cruise ships, often described as international "floating cities."

Cruises are the safest vacation options available, analysts say, and most incidents are caused by passengers' own behavior.

That seems to be the case with Mindy Jordan, 46, of Pine Hill, who fell overboard while attempting to climb from the balcony of her stateroom to an adjacent balcony, according to the Norwegian Cruise Line.

But in recent years, critics of the industry have said the cruise lines do a poor job handling shipboard crimes and other major incidents. Some have accused the companies of covering up incidents and distorting crime statistics.

Ross Klein of the Memorial University of Newfoundland's school of social work has tracked cruise ship mishaps. According to his Web site, 99 people have gone overboard since 2000, including 22 in 2006 and 20 in 2007.

About 13 million people, 10.6 million of them Americans, went on a cruise last year, according to an industry expert.

Cruise lines are not required to report crime statistics against U.S. citizens to the FBI and have been reluctant to provide the data to outsiders, said Ken Carver, who co-founded the group International Cruise Victims after his daughter went missing on a ship in 2004.

"No one knows what the crime rates are because no one can get to the information," he said.

He pointed to congressional testimony from industry executives that 178 passengers on North American cruises had reported being sexually assaulted between 2003 and 2005.

But one cruise line, Royal Caribbean, said in internal documents turned over in a civil suit that at least 273 of its passengers reported sexual incidents in a shorter period of time.

It is very clear to me that if the Smith Family wants answers to look very very close at Jennifer.

All of the activity with the Russian boys helping George to his room and trying to settle him down, the casino manager getting cozy with Jennifer in the elevator, witnesses seeing Jennifer being flirty in the disco to all hours, making a scene by kicking George in the genitals, her being found passed out on the floor outside of a crew only door and cabin and on and on and on........  she was either reacting to a lack of attention from her new husband, or tying to get a reaction out of George by putting herself out there.  Well congrats Jennifer, you got a reaction. Now your husband is dead because he was probably upset and jealous at your actions watching you whore yourself around the ship and make a spectacle of yourself.

It is no surprise you have settled with Royal Caribbean so the whole world doesn't find out that not only were you probably a needy princess, but a whore as well.  No guy in the world is going to get so upset as to put himself in such a drunken state as where he could have either fallen over board or get thrown overboard unless his new beautiful bride of only a few days was throwing herself all over every guy in the casino and on the dance floor who thought he might have a chance of screwing based on her behavior.  As beautiful as Jennifer is I'm betting that was a bunch of guys.

If there was a newly wed fight or argument during a drinking night on the ship, (which is quite possible) I am pretty sure George would have rather made up with Jennifer as newly weds do, rather than getting himself all worked up, and punching walls in his cabin because he couldn't figure out which cabin you were sport screwing one of the crew in.

This whole "I was too drunk to remember " is the biggest bunch of DUNG that has ever been stated in the history ridiculous statements.

Hope it was worth it Jennifer, and enjoy your million dollar settlement because the fact that you are a lying slag will soon come out.

After watching a show on 20/20 about the incident, I definately got the vibe that the doctors son "Josh" was the perpatrator.

#1) He was the last one who saw George alive.

#2) He went into the bathroom while the russian guys tried to put George to bed.

#3) The nextdoor neighbor who looked out the door after hearing noises that woke him up only saw 3 guys walking down the hall not 4.

#4) "Josh" befriended the newlywed couple early on the cruise and hung out with them.

#5) "Josh" was jealous when he noticed Jennifer and the bartender getting friendly on the elevator ride up to the disco.

#6) "Josh" also got jealous when he saw Jennifer leave and the bartender follow her after she kicked George in the balls.

#7) "Josh" probably had a crush on Jennifer or perhaps was either hoping to get "lucky" or had already gotten "lucky" with her prior to the fateful night since Jennifer said that George had stayed out or stayed at another persons cabin prior to this evening of his disappeance.

#8) After the three Russians left George, "Josh" stayed behind, next door neighbors heard only one man's voice speaking to George.

#9) "Josh" tried to get George to pass out with more booze so he could take advantage of Jennifer when she returned to the room.

#10) "Josh" instead decided to get rid of George all together so he would not be in the way for him to be with Jennifer, and hit him in the head with a blunt object and dumped him over the balcony after luring him out to the deck area.

#11) When the body made a loud thump and didn't go completely overboard, "Josh" left the room to throw the body off of the boat and get rid of evidence.

#12) Before leaving the room, "Josh" closed the deck door and the curtains, wiped the blood off of his hands with the towel and left trace evidence in the room of blood as he hurried to get out of the room.

#13) "Josh" quietly made his way to the area where George's body was lying and quietly threw him overboard and returned to his room.

#14) The next day when the Cruiseline was making the announcement for George over and over "Josh" said a curious thing to his father "You might as well tell them to stop calling for George, he drank a lot last night". Why would "Josh" want the announcement to stop calling out for George? Did "Josh" know that George was at the bottom of the ocean? If this was an important reason for the Cruise Ship to page George, why would it be in his mind to want the Cruise Line to stop paging George?

#15) The video "Josh's" father took of the investigation and interigation on the Cruise Ship by the Turkish Authorities, "Josh" was acting sucpicious. The father must have been somewhat sucpicious also of his son's behavoir to think to video tape the interigations to be used in the future to hopefully give his son an aliby.

#16) When the russians learned that they had found blood in the room, they were genuinely suprised. Remember "Josh" was the last one to see George alive.

#17) After leaving George in his room, and being seen by the next door neighbor walking down the corridor, the three russians returned to their room and ordered food from room service, but where was "Josh"?

#18) At the police station "Josh's" behavoir is also very sucpicious which was caught on tape and "edited" by his father.

#19) "Josh" became very upset and agitated when they told him that they were going to arrest Jennifer for the murder of her husband. He kept saying they don't know the whole story and was very worried that Jennifer his love interest would be blamed for this murder! His body language and demeaner as well as words were very incriminating.

#20) "Josh's" father would not release the whole tape to the TV production crew, only parts of it......what is he hiding about his son's involvement?
