Protesters will be lining up to yell at George W. Bush's during his first paid speech since leaving office. He will be arriving in Calgary to speak in front of 1,500 members of the city's business owners.

Organizers haven't said how much they're charging to hear Bush speak, but a ticket being re-offered online was going for $650 (or the best offer).

"There's no possibility right now to serve him with any papers," said Gail Davidson, a Vancouver lawyer with the international group Lawyers Against the War. "We will next time or the time after that."

The activist group tried to get the federal government to bar Bush's entry, on the basis that he is "inadmissible by virtue of the fact that he has been accused of participating in international crimes." Davidson also wants the RCMP to investigate Bush for human-rights violations.

200 - 300 protesters gathered outside the Telus Convention Centre where George W. Bush was speaking. The protesters were kept under control by 60 police officers and the gathering remained peaceful.

One man was arrested after he yelled out that Bush was a war criminal who should be arrested.  The man was charged with obstruction and assault on a police officer.

Police have arrested one man for obstruction and assaulting an officer at an anti-George W. Bush rally in Calgary Tuesday.

He shouted that Bush was a war criminal and claimed he wanted to make a citizen’s arrest.

As 1500 guests lined up in front of the Telus Convention Centre awaiting a luncheon and speech by Bush, hundreds of protesters greeted them with signs and loud chanting voices expressing their opposition to the former U.S. president's visit.

All these Bush bashers forget one thing! Calgary Shoe stores will be doing a Booming Business and in this economy, Bush would be a hero of sorts to Calgarian Shoe Stores.

I am thinking a run on steel toe construction boots will be a big seller.

Bush is no hero Barry I don't care what he does. There is always something sugar coating in his intentions. Calgary Shoes, daddy Bush's money or the Saudi's ?
