This video is time stamped a half hour after Sanford police arrived at the murder scene. It cannot be argued that enough time had passed for any swelling to have gone down from the beating Zimmerman is alleged to have received at the hands of his murder victim; no bloody head, no bloody nose, no bloody clothes, which one would expect based upon the tale of the repeated blows that were supposed to have been inflicted upon George Zimmerman.
It is being reported that Zimmerman was looked after by Sanford Fire Department EMT personnel. He was not taken to a hospital that evening.
His attorney said during an interview that at his client probably should have gotten stitches after the beating he had received, an odd statement when pondered along with no profusely bleeding wounds on George Zimmerman's head or face can be observed on the tape. A broken nose bleeds a lot and it had been alleged his nose was broken numerous times by most of his surrogates.
What will be interesting to watch will be the attempt to develop spin for this police tape, which appears to refute the claims of George Zimmerman's attorney and Zimmerman's father Robert Zimmerman's accounts as told to them by George Zimmerman, that he was pinned on his back, being pummeled about the face, his nose being broken, his head bashed, at the hands of his client's murder victim, Trayvon Martin.
Seems like maybe bad luck for George Zimmerman's father, retired Virginia magistrate Robert Zimmerman, who lives minutes away from Sanford, Florida, chose to speak out and offer an account he alleges his son told to him of how he came to kill Trayvon Martin, nearly at the same time the video was making breaking news.
It is being alleged, by Robert Zimmerman, that 'you're gonna die' comment of some sort of was uttered by Trayvon when he saw George Zimmerman's 9mm.
Assessing the veracity of statements based solely on the word of the killer takes on a high level of difficulty.

Just like casino employees who walk up to recieve or 'WIN' the new car, all the same height and walking in unison, practically in step, Zimmerman appears to be walking in unison also in step with the cops, as if the video is a police department production. Notice how they all have the same cop waddle, it's not as if the cops are keeping an eye on the criminal who just shot someone, because they all know the script and are moving thru it.

There are confirmed reports that very high level officials, the head of police investigations, the police chief and the state attorney all being personally involved in the Trayvon Martin murder investigation, possibly being at the scene, with the state attorney's involvement being most unusual. The question has to be answered; why were they all there?
There must be an investigation into what role, if any, George Zimmerman's father, Robert Zimmerman, a retired Virginia magistrate, might have played in the way events unfolded, which resulted in the state attorney, overriding the lead detective on the scene, Chris Serino's recommendation call to charge Zimmerman with homicide/negligent manslaughter, telling the local Sanford police not to file charges.
According to Zimmerman's story, somehow, during his encounter with Trayvon Martin, with Trayvon on top of him, he manages to get his gun out and shoot Trayvon in the chest, point blank. When he shoots Trayvon, Zimmerman says that Trayvon puts his hand up and says "You got me" and falls backward.
If, according to Zimmerman's account, Trayvon falls backward, why is Trayvon Martin's body face down in the grass when Sanford police arrive? How involved was Zimmerman at the scene?
Was he acting in any other capacity than the self identified shooter? It has been reported, when the police arrived, they asked Zimmerman had he caught whomever the shooter, making a snap decision that George Zimmerman was not involved as the shooter until he informed the police he was the one who killed Trayvon.
If there is ever is to be any pretense of justice for the parents of Trayvon Martin, there needs to be a complete investigation of the Sanford police department as well as State Attorney Norman Wolfinger and all others in that office who were involved in the Trayvon Martin murder case, which would include the current acting Police Chief of the Sanford Police Department Robert O'Donnell, the one who overrode his lead detective, before Special Prosecutor Angela Corey was appointed to the murder case.

Karen I find your attempt to convict this man before he even gets to court, scandalous. Your "hatred" is revealing. I think that this event is so tragic and JUSTICE must be done. But it appears you are not interested in the truth, whatever it may turn out to be, just interested in stirring up more turmoil and divisiveness. Very sad commentary on your integrity.

I, as an individual, am entitled to my opinion and I can express my opinion in whatever way I choose to do so and my integrity has never been in jeopardy, Tikun.
In my article on the murder of Trayvon Martin, Will George Zimmerman be Tried for the Murder of Trayvon Martin?, the majority of my opinion is offered in the comment thread.
Since the Sanford police department did not handle this case as professionals, they have been forced to embrace the most suspect evidence that they have at their disposal, the statements offered by the killer which are beyond lacking credibility.
I make no apology for my outrage at this obvious miscarriage of justice, which it is, when it is considered how far from standard police operating procedures the Sanford police traveled, ignoring all of the procedures that should have been done according to the Police Rulebook 101.
There will be no justice for Trayvon Martin's parents because his murderer, George Zimmerman, will never be charged with murder.
I await full disclosure regarding Zimmerman's father, Robert Zimmerman, and his possible involvement with the Sanford police and/or the state attorney's office, as well as if there was any special courtesy accorded George Zimmerman due to his relationship to a former Virginia magistrate.

LAKE MARY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - For the first time since that fateful night on February 26, the father of a neighborhood watch volunteer who shot and killed an unarmed teenager sat down for a television interview.
Robert Zimmerman, father of George Zimmerman, said he decided it was time to speak out for his son, against the advice of others. He shared with us what George said happened on the night that 17-year-old Trayvon Martin died.
Complete coverage of Trayvon Martin shooting
"It's my understanding that Trayvon Martin got on top of him and just started beating him," the 64-year-old Robert Zimmerman said.
He said he felt his son has been portrayed in the wrong way. He also said he and his family have received death threats and asked that we not show his face on camera.
Because there has been a lot of break-ins in the area, Robert said George thought it suspicious that someone would not be walking on the street or the sidewalk on a rainy night -- that Martin would be walking between the town homes. He said after making those observations, his son decided to call the police.
"He called the non-emergency number first, and they asked him where he was, because he was at the rear of the town houses and there was no street sign," said Robert.
Even though a dispatcher told George Zimmerman not to follow Martin, his father said his son continued his pursuit to locate an address to give to police.
"He lost sight of the individual, he continued to walk down the same sidewalk to the next street, so he could get an address for the police," he said.
"He went to the next street, realized where he was and was walking to his vehicle. It's my understanding, at that point, Trayvon Martin walked up to him and asked him, 'Do you have a [expletive] problem?' George said, 'No, I don't have a problem,' and started to reach for his cell phone... at that point, he (Martin) was punching him in the nose, his nose was broken and he was knocked to the concrete."
Robert said Trayvon, "continued to beat George, and at some point, George pulled his pistol and did what he did."
When asked about the screams for help which were heard on a 911 call, Robert replied, "All of our family, everyone who knows George, knows absolutely that is George screaming. There's no doubt in anyone's mind."
As for accounts from Trayvon Martin's girlfriend, who claimed she was on the phone with Martin right before the altercation, he said, "I don't believe that happened. I don't believe she was on the phone with him, and I find it very strange with the publicity involved... that all of a sudden, after three weeks, someone would remember that they were on the phone."
Zimmerman said he had faith in the FBI and others investigating the case and that the truth will come out.
Robert Zimmerman, a former magistrate judge and Vietnam War veteran, said he has never had to deal with anything of this magnitude.
"Unimaginable," he said. "Tough was being in Vietnam and other things. This is way beyond anything I can imagine."
He believes his son will be cleared of any wrongdoing, but has a message to all the critics out there.
"I'm sorry for the hate going around from the attorneys, from everyone involved. They're just making up things no true about George."

Surrogates for George Zimmerman, repeatedly speaking about what they were told by ZIMMERMAN, does not add anything to any discussion. They are alleged to be repeating what has been told to them BY Zimmerman.
What must be uncovered is why it is, AFTER GEORGE ZIMMERMAN WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED with Homicide/Negligent Manslaugter/Unnecessary Killing During an Unlawful Act, according to Sanford police reports, with it NEVER being reported that charges were dropped, exactly WHAT procedural activity was employed by Sanford police officials AND the Seminole State Attorneys office to essentially UNarrest George Zimmerman?
At no time has ANYone from the Sanford police department OR the State Attorney's office declared that the INITIAL charges had been dropped BY the police. The narrative has been that the Sanford police Chief Bill Lee was UNABLE to arrest George Zimmerman. George Zimmerman had ALREADY BEEN arrested.
It needs to be revealed what statute there is within Florida law that would allow someone to be released AFTER being charged WITHOUT the INITIAL charges being dropped.
WHATEVER action occurred most likely involved former Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee, CURRENT acting Sanford Police Chief Robert O'Donnell and Seminole County State Attorney Prosecutor Norman Wolfinger, in conjunction with another possible person or persons unknown.

Is this in any sense racist Tikun or a crime maybe...For years Israel’s Civil Administration has been covertly locating and mapping available land in the West Bank and naming the parcels after existing Jewish settlements, presumably with an eye toward expanding these communities. The Civil Administration, part of the Defense Ministry, released its maps only in response to a request from anti-settlement activist Dror Etkes under the Freedom of Information Law.
