the german chanceliere with the round forms appears in the pub campaign of a mark of a linen room. on a surface level angela merkel is famous for her old-fashioned and sometimes yelling costumes.this time angela merkel may speak about it while appearing out of a name of an underclothing brand;in 5 month of legislative it is not the last election poster of it cdu party but a publicity campaign of a mark of linen room on a 100m2 billboard deployed  on kurfurstendamm "the champ elysee of berlin".

This is so weird...

Just some background for people:

Angela Dorothea Merkel (help·info) (IPA: [ˈaŋɡela doʁoˈteːa ˈmɛɐ̯kəl]) (born Angela Dorothea Kasner, 17 July 1954, in Hamburg, West Germany), is the current Chancellor of Germany. Merkel, elected to the German Parliament from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, has been the chairwoman of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) since 9 April 2000, and Chairwoman of the CDU-CSU parliamentary party group from 2002 to 2005. She leads a Grand coalition with its sister party, the Christian Social Union (CSU), and with the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD), formed after the 2005 federal election on 22 November 2005.

"..mark of linen room.." this looks like one of those bizarre Google translations. The photo is of a billboard advertising Bruno Banani underwear and featuring Merkel and several other german politicians from all parties, and also a play on recent SPD election posters slagging off opposition parties. The text is "we'll do everything to stimulate the economy" and says Bruno Banani prices are cut by a 'wrecking refund' of EUR 5, a reference to the EUR 2500 refund paid to owners of older cars who traded up to new vehicles, a recent german govt economic stimulus policy.
