A virulent form of government-enabled domestic terrorism is destroying the lives of citizens across America.
Victims of so-called organized "gang stalking" or "community stalking" charge that the rule of law has broken down nationwide at the hands of state-supported vigilantes -- operating under the cover of citizen community policing and neighborhood watch corps and business-related anti-terrorism programs, supplemented by municipal workers and members of private and fraternal organizations.
A nationwide network comprised of these citizen groups, funded and apparently overseen by elements of government at multiple levels, is the mechanism of "extrajudicial" targeting and punishment that victims say is dispensing officially tolerated "vigilante justice" -- a bypass of the judicial system and the rule of law.
Many web sites in the U.S., Canada and other industrialized nations chronicle this horror. But victims say the tentacles of this domestic terrorism extend well beyond the so-called "street muscle" comprised of gang-stalking local vigilantes and self-styled soldiers of fortune.
Victims of this extrajudicial punishment network -- what some have termed "the torture matrix" -- maintain that its operatives are acting as judge, jury and executioner for what amounts to an evil shadow government. So-called "targeted individuals" -- and by extension, entire families -- are subject to physical assault and psychological and physical harassment that victims say amounts to officially-sanctioned domestic torture. Some victims have moved to other cities and towns seeking a safe harbor -- but they say the persecution recurs in their new locale.
"It appears to be a nationwide network that attracts extremists as well as law-and-order types and people connected to public safety such as firefighters, utility workers, police auxiliaries, retired police and military officers, and even their family members, including children and teenagers," says one victim, who says he has been "gang stalked" for several years. "I doubt it could exist without some people in positions of power looking the other way."
Even some regular, uniformed police are reported to have been intimidated by this network of extrajudicial punishment -- described benignly by its defenders as a social "control" mechanism.
Victims say that they are physically harassed and relentlessly stalked, whether they travel on foot or in vehicles. GPS devices are secreted in their cars or cell phones. When a "target" enters a designated "node" area -- whether near or far -- the local vigilantes in that area receive a signal on their GPS or cellphone devices, often accompanied by a read-out of commands from the "team leader," specifying what kind of sadistic psychological terror and harassment to dish out.
The stalkers then "swarm the target," whose GPS beacon shows up on their GPS device screens in a distinct pattern that stalkers call "the crown of evil" -- since they have been indoctrinated to believe that their prey are "terrorists" or criminals or social deviates who have committed terrible acts.
The stalkers typically ride the target's bumper, drive recklessly or intrusively, causing near-accidents. On foot, the stalkers approach their targets in public places such as stores or libraries. They come ever closer, invading the target's personal space. The intent: psychological intimidation, an attempt to provoke or fabricate a contrived confrontation -- so-called "street theater" -- that later can be used as "evidence" that the target is "mentally unstable."
Stalkers also surreptitiously enter their targets' homes and vandalize property, from autos parked in garages to appliances, furnaces, plumbing systems, even personal items of clothing. The intruders play sadistic psychological mind games on their targets, such as rearranging or hiding their possessions -- what the gang stalkers call "gaslighting," after the classic Ingrid Bergman film in which an evil husband uses trickery and deception in an attempt to convince his wife that she is going crazy. (Like many gang stalking victims, she figures it out in the end.)
Targets of the "torture matrix" find their privacy is constantly invaded by way of pervasive surveillance of all electronic communications, which often are tampered with or altered in transit. Both video and audio "bugs" are planted in targets' supposedly private residences.
Information gleaned from surveillance, such as details of private conversations, is funneled to the street stalkers -- who then repeat these "directed" comments within earshot of the target -- a form of psychological harassment intended to provoke anxiety and fear.
The sophistication of the surveillance leads victims to conclude that gang stalking is the local component of an expansive covert executive program of social control, physical harassment and torture overseen by federal military, security, intelligence and revenue agencies outside of the purview of Congress or the courts.
A host of government programs, many of which were sold to Congress as "tools" with which to fight terrorism and drug trafficking, also are employed to destroy the financial well-being of targeted persons and their families. Victims report their mail is intercepted and financial accounts and billing statements are fabricated and altered. In effect, targets and their families are covertly segregated into a parallel system of transaction processing established with the apparent cooperation of private companies. Victims view this gradual expropriation of their personal wealth and the destruction of their ability to support themselves and their families as "social genocide."
"This financial exploitation and manipulation of our accounts and records fits the dictionary definition of fascism -- authoritarian bureaucrats working secretly with the private sector to neutralize and destroy people they regard as undesirable, or as 'dissidents' who may stand in their way," says one victim, a journalist who says his career, finances and physical health have been decimated.
Targets of this extrajudicial punishment network and their families also come under relentless physical assault, according to victim accounts, by way of hi-tech equipment such as "directed energy weapons" (D.E.W.) which emit silent bursts of radiation -- lasers, microwaves, x-rays, sonic frequencies. The government describes such weaponry as "non-lethal." In fact, experts familiar with radiation weaponry say these devices can be used to torture, inflict bodily harm, induce illness, and even kill.
A 2006 video produced by the U.S. Air Force "Directed Energy Directorate" at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico discusses how such weaponry is designed to "accurately aim and put this energy on target with surgical precision." (Emphasis added).

After six months of reporting in this space, the first crack in an official wall of silence regarding the wholesale deployment of radiation weapons came on Christmas Eve, 2008 -- and went largely unnoticed by the mainstream media.
The magazine New Scientist reported: "The research arm of the U.S. Department of Justice is working on two portable non-lethal weapons that inflict pain from a distance using beams of laser light or microwaves, with the intention of putting them into the hands of police to subdue suspects."

A recent article on the Wired.com magazine "Danger Room" blog site discusses a court document said to indicate that the U.S. Secret Service is involved in the development of directed energy weapons technology. The article speculates that the agency may have deployed such devices in the course of its official duties.

"This is torture that's happening right here, in American cities and towns," says an alleged victim. "But it's like pre- World War II Germany; people refuse to believe that such abuses could happen in a civilized society. But it is happening. And I'm convinced that some local and federal authorities not only have knowledge of this extra-legal targeting, but are providing funding and direction.
"I know the FBI knows about it, because I've been down there several times over the past two years to report it." He says he knows of no formal investigation, despite his offers to cooperate.
"I'm not saying they know of the worst abuses, such as using microwaves on targeted persons to degrade their health and make it impossible for them to earn a living. But they must know that these citizen patrols are doing a lot more than just cruising around the neighborhood."
Citizens who have reported abuses say their complaints are typically ignored -- or that authorities insinuate their claims are figments of their imagination, or are a manifestation of a mental illness such as paranoia.
"That appears to be part of the M-O," says one victim. "You haven't done anything wrong, so they can't charge you with a crime. So they attempt to make it look like you're crazy. That's how they marginalize people who don't fit in with their world view." The victim says it's possible that local law enforcement has been "co-opted" by a variation of "the big lie."
"Higher-ups come in and say, 'We've identified this person as a threat.' What are they going to do? They're going to go with the program, especially since a lot of their funding comes from outside the community."
This victim believes the vigilante network is a convenient way for those in power to dispense with persons or groups of people they simply don't like or regard as undesirables, or whose political or social views do not hew to what they consider the established order.
Victims allege that the crisis in the mortgage and credit markets may have been worsened by these "programs of personal destruction," which they say are sapping the financial well-being of individuals and families without benefit of the right of due process. Making available "easy credit" is a primary tool that puts targets and their families on the road to financial ruin, victims maintain.
Some wonder whether these extrajudicial programs didn't help spawn financial crises in the first place. "We haven't had these kind of widespread financial woes for generations," a gang-stalking victim said. "You have to wonder if these programs weren't a blueprint for an ideologically-motivated purge."
Officials at agencies looking into mortgage and credit market problems may have had long-standing knowledge of these programs, according to victims, who are calling on Congress to investigate.
"The issue of state-supported vigilantism and extrajudicial control and punishment represents an assault on our judicial system that makes Watergate look like the third-rate burglary that it started out to be," says one victim. "Since government agencies appear to be involved in funding these programs, it's up to Congress to investigate, to use its powers of oversight to ensure that democracy and the rule of law prevails, not the law of the jungle."
The network of programs and policies that are circumventing the judicial system, violating constitutional rights and meting out vigilante justice might collectively be termed the mechanics of personal destruction -- a blueprint for political and social dominance crafted by those who would use the institutions of government as a tool of ideologically-driven social engineering.
This powerful apparatus appears to exist under the radar of most elected members of Congress and officers of the judicial system. They refuse to consider that these programs, over time, have adopted the of methodologies the East German Stasi, the KKK of the old South, and the Gestapo of the Nazi Third Reich -- and that the "targets" include innocent American citizens tagged by someone in a position of power as a "troublemaker," perhaps a whistle-blower, a political "dissident" or falsely slandered as a "social deviate."
Victims say the rise of this "American Gestapo" represents the victory of neo-fascism over democracy -- achieved under the guise of "national security" and "keeping America safe." They say that in the face of mounting evidence of widespread abuses, even those who identify themselves as liberals and progressives often naively insist that "it can't happen here."
Victims charge that extrajudicial targeting and punishment is destroying our democracy. They maintain that untold thousands, if not millions, of individuals and families are being irreparably harmed by this "social genocide." Some call it a "silent holocaust" due to its clandestine nature and the use of silent, invisible radiation weapons technology to achieve its horrific goals.

I see a lot of words written, but they don't say anything.
There are no first hand accounts, nor is there any credible evidence produced in the article. In short, the author's opinion is wrongly asserted as fact.
It just runs on and on like an internet ad promising you riches until you get to the end and find it is nothing more than another multi-level marketing scheme. But in this case, it is nothing but another "the sky is falling" screed of fear.
If there really is government sponsored gang activity using secret military weapons on U.S. citizens, then this article does a great disservice to exposing the truth. This article makes the "we never went to the moon" conspiracy theorists look credible.

This issue is crucial to our collective survival. Even Andrew Napolitano of Fox News (a, generally, conservative ex-judge) has written books such as "A Nation of Sheep", Constitutional Chaos and The Constitution in Exile. (I've only read the first and am not 100% certain of the titles of the last two, but they are easy to find via any good search-engine...) The average individual doesn't know what's going on -- I was unaware of this myself until the stalking and psychological harassment began. I was without a computer for most of the first many months and, only after I had a chance to do some online research, did the magnitude of my problem begin to sink in... Only when I realized that my experiences mirrored many of the actions about which I was reading, was I forced to look at the situation differently. At first I thought that my situation was an isolated group-stalking incident related to my work or some unfortunate personal encounter but, after relocating and taking several trips, the stalking and harassment continues... Who would have guessed.... The author Susan Brown once said (about some of the horrific things she's seen), "I couldn't make this stuff up... and, believe me, I've tried.")

Eight years ago, I would have thought Scrivener was a nut case.
That was before the Chimpy Regime stole office.
We now live in an America I do not recognize. An America where the government tortures people, commits treason by outing its own intelligence officers, ignores warnings of an imminent terrorist attack, and lies over 900 times to illegally invade a country that wasn't a threat to us.
Could this nation be doing this organized vigilante harassment of dissidents? I can believe it.

For the naysayers, you are either ignorant or a part of the process, which even my 87-year-old, conservative, skeptical father has admitted is sadistic and cruel. When you begin to experience these things, reality will be like a slap in the face (or much worse). The following, from a Holocaust memorial not far from Quincy Market in Boston, seems apt (attributed to a Lutheran pastor, Martin Niemoller):
"In Germany they came first for the Communists, and I didn't speak up -- because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn't speak up -- because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn't speak up -- because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics, and I didn't speak up -- because I was a Protestant. Extrajudicial targeting by way of community-based, Nazi/Stasi-like citizen vigilante squads is a worldwide phenomenon which has been institutionalized by units of government in many industrialized nations, the U.S. and Canada included. That is my studied conclusion based on my personal experiences and reporting.
This system of social control also utilizes high-tech instruments and weaponry, such as directed energy weapons that emit silent bursts of radiation (laser microwaves, sonic waves, x-rays) and make possible the perfect crime. This campaign is not merely the work of neighborhood ruffians; it is happening as a result of covert "policy" instituted by powerful and secretive agencies of government. Some might call it a program of targeted genocide.
Not only is this an affront to the judicial systems of these nations -- extrajudicial targeting by way of officially-sponsored vigilantism is being used to eliminate or neutralize those tagged as "dissenters,' "whistle-blowers," "troublemakers" or simply people who are hated or despised for their religious, political or personal views.
If "the good people on the inside" take action, this scourge on humanity could be eliminated. It's possible that political and social crimes of the past have happened as a byproduct of these "programs of personal destruction." Evidence indicates that these programs predate the Bush administration, but these programs have been expanded and codified in the years since the 9/11/01 terrorist attacks (a convenient rationale for extrajudicial targeting and control).

Ridiculing is part of the Eastblock tactics (and greedy bandwaggoneers) of identity theft of highly qualified persons in the West with good qualifications and CVs. Fact is, this terrorism is identity theft of good CVs and qualifications for lucrative jobs, applied for by eMail over the internet, and while slandering, ridiculing perpetrators in a socialst mob earn collective good money from the victim's qualifications, they have to keep the victim from working so as to avoid being found out! So after they've stolen the good CV, the victim gets "issued" with a bad CV consisting purely of lies, and terrorised out of its home so the criminals can take the physical address they mentioned in their orginal fraudulent applications. Contact a lawyer what to do about the identity theft. The 'beneficiaries' are never far away (neighbours!), unqualified and envious of overseas experience and relevant qualifications and languages. Try to photograph them. Whoever shies away is probably a perp because the identity fraud becomes obvious that way.

I'm a TI (the acronym may, in fact, trivialize what's going on, but it's short and descriptive) and I believe you, for what it's worth. We aren't all "disinfo agents" and I refuse to take this sitting down,. as the American Gestapo would prefer. Those who track, vandalize, steal and much worse are common criminals who, for now, are getting away with their crimes against humanity. One of these days, everything will change .
And, yes, what's in a name. Many aren't in a position to use their real names -- many can't, for now.

I am sorry for having been such a douche. I'm just very emotional and childish. Having been picked on so much in my life has made me into quite a little shitbag. Pretty much everything I write on this site is just an attempt to get noticed and to try to sound smart. It got so bad that I started eating my own excrement (literally). I liked it at first, but now that it's starting to seem gross to me, I realize there's a lot wrong with me. What I really need is for someone to put me in my place. I'm tired of being a fool, but I'm not smart enough to be anything else.

See what I mean, don’t call these people disinfo agents. As I mentioned before, even being a victim of GS it’s quite a leap to hear other victims make claims of electric torture. Yeah, I was a victim of ‘street theater’, ‘gas lighting’, ‘group stalking’, ‘vandalism’, ‘mail interruptions’, ‘physical threats’, ‘phone and communication tampering’ and ‘slander’. But never was I attacked by and DEW’s or other advanced weapons. So when I hear about some of the things you’re saying with respect to these electronic attack, even I, as real a TI that there is has to question the validity to these claims. And that means it is virtually impossible to convince a non-TI of such harassment, heck it’s hard enough getting anyone who’s not targeted to believe the tactics that were employed against me I described earlier. To me it looked like adding the DEW and electric harassment component to GS served several purposes; 1- to get me to shut up and feel lucky I wasn’t one of those attacked by DEW’s , and 2- take the idea of GS so far outside the realm of believability by adding the DEW attack disinfo component that no one would listen to anyone making claims of being GS. The though of that is what causes me to question those making accusations about electronic torture being carried out on a grand scale, because it’s macavelian in the way it throws the entire group of GS victims over the top and into the tin foil crowd. So you call these people disinfo agents, but remember there are many GS victims who think you’re the disinfo agent so be careful in some of the accusations you make in respect to DEW’s and such if you truly care about our cause.

Rhys Hovey here again, I just wanted to add that I am a computer scientist and applicant to several cybercrime divisions and defense contractors, and I got "blocked off" from applications online, and on telephone,. so they FBI may have a reason why the are so criminal, but if there is one thing I can assure other victims in that I'm still 100% my old self,. and these terrorists BLUF really bad about the things that they do, and I've never been "shot with a lazer" or had any male go missing,. there is a good chance that these criminals will try to hide under the "freemasons" or "scientology", and definatly know the FBI's order of operations and they may divert FBI resouces in child prostituion, both online and physically. Ex-FBI Ted Gunderson was investigating them, and is now discredited online.
