A virulent form of government-enabled domestic terrorism is destroying the lives of citizens across America.

Victims of so-called organized "gang stalking" or "community stalking" charge that the rule of law has broken down nationwide at the hands of state-supported vigilantes -- operating under the cover of citizen community policing and neighborhood watch corps and business-related anti-terrorism programs, supplemented by municipal workers and members of private and fraternal organizations.

A nationwide network comprised of these citizen groups, funded and apparently overseen by elements of government at multiple levels, is the mechanism of extrajudicial targeting and punishment that victims say is dispensing officially tolerated "vigilante justice" -- a bypass of the judicial system and the rule of law.

Many web sites in the U.S., Canada and other industrialized nations chronicle this horror. But victims say the tentacles of this domestic terrorism extend well beyond the so-called "street muscle" comprised of gang-stalking local vigilantes and self-styled soldiers of fortune.

Victims of this extrajudicial punishment network -- what some have termed "the torture matrix" -- maintain that its operatives are acting as judge, jury and executioner for what amounts to an evil shadow government. So-called "targeted individuals" -- and by extension, entire families -- are subject to physical assault and psychological and physical harassment that victims say amounts to officially-sanctioned domestic torture. Some victims have moved to other cities and towns seeking a safe harbor -- but they say the persecution recurs in their new locale.

"It appears to be a nationwide network that attracts extremists as well as law-and-order types and people connected to public safety such as firefighters, utility workers, police auxiliaries, retired police and military officers, and even their family members, including children and teenagers," says one victim, who says he has been "gang stalked" for several years. "I doubt it could exist without some people in positions of power looking the other way."

Even some regular, uniformed police are reported to have been intimidated by this network of extrajudicial punishment -- described benignly by its defenders as a social "control" mechanism.

Victims say that they are physically harassed and relentlessly stalked, whether they travel on foot or in vehicles. GPS devices are secreted in their cars or cell phones. When a "target" enters a designated "node" area -- whether near or far -- the local vigilantes in that area receive a signal on their GPS or cellphone devices, often accompanied by a read-out of commands from the "team leader," specifying what kind of sadistic psychological terror and harassment to dish out.

The stalkers then "swarm the target," whose GPS beacon shows up on their GPS device screens in a distinct pattern that stalkers call "the crown of evil" -- since they have been indoctrinated to believe that their prey are "terrorists" or criminals or social deviates who have committed terrible acts.

The stalkers typically ride the target's bumper, drive recklessly or intrusively, causing near-accidents. On foot, the stalkers approach their targets in public places such as stores or libraries. They come ever closer, invading the target's personal space. The intent: psychological intimidation, an attempt to provoke or fabricate a contrived confrontation -- so-called "street theater" -- that later can be used as "evidence" that the target is "mentally unstable."

Stalkers also surreptitiously enter their targets' homes and vandalize property, from autos parked in garages to appliances, furnaces, plumbing systems, even personal items of clothing. The intruders play sadistic psychological mind games on their targets, such as rearranging or hiding their possessions -- what the gang stalkers call "gaslighting," after the classic Ingrid Bergman film in which an evil husband uses trickery and deception in an attempt to convince his wife that she is going crazy. (Like many gang stalking victims, she figures it out in the end.)

Targets of the "torture matrix" find their privacy is constantly invaded by way of pervasive surveillance of all electronic communications, which often are tampered with or altered in transit. Both video and audio "bugs" are planted in targets' supposedly private residences.

Information gleaned from surveillance, such as details of private conversations, is funneled to the street stalkers -- who then repeat these "directed" comments within earshot of the target -- a form of psychological harassment intended to provoke anxiety and fear.

The sophistication of the surveillance leads victims to conclude that gang stalking is the local component of an expansive covert executive program of social control, physical harassment and torture overseen by federal military, security, intelligence and revenue agencies outside of the purview of Congress or the courts.

A host of government programs sold to Congress as "tools" with which to fight terrorism and drug trafficking are employed to destroy the financial well-being of targeted persons and their families. Victims report their mail is intercepted and financial accounts and billing statements are fabricated and altered. In effect, targets and their families are covertly segregated into a parallel system of transaction processing established with the apparent cooperation of private companies. Victims view this gradual expropriation of their personal wealth and the destruction of their ability to support themselves and their families as "social genocide."

"This financial exploitation and manipulation of our accounts and records fits the dictionary definition of fascism -- authoritarian bureaucrats working secretly with the private sector to neutralize and destroy people they regard as undesirable, or as 'dissidents' who may stand in their way," says one victim, a journalist who says his career, finances and physical health have been decimated.

Targets of this extrajudicial punishment network and their families also come under relentless physical assault, according to victim accounts, by way of hi-tech equipment such as "directed energy weapons" (D.E.W.) which emit silent bursts of radiation -- microwaves, x-rays, sonic frequencies, and scalar electromagnetic waves that produce variable amounts of precision-targeted energy when "triangulated" on a target.

The attacks are delivered via terrestrial and satellite electromagnetic energy, using "phased array" antenna systems installed on cell towers -- an offensive weapon system hiding in plain sight in neighborhoods and along highways nationwide.

The "ray gun" of science fiction is now a reality of stealth warfare, and has been insidiously deployed as a means of government-imposed enslavement of civilian populations.

The government describes such weaponry as "non-lethal." In fact, experts familiar with radiation weaponry say these devices can be used to torture, inflict bodily harm, induce illness, fatigue, weakness, excruciating pain and injury -- or to kill.

"This is torture that's happening right here, in American cities and towns," says an alleged victim. "But it's like pre- World War II Germany; people refuse to believe that such abuses could happen in a civilized society. But it is happening. And I'm convinced that some local and federal authorities not only have knowledge of this extra-legal targeting, but are providing funding and direction.

"I know the FBI knows about it, because I've been down there several times over the past two years to report it." He says he knows of no formal investigation, despite his offers to cooperate.

"I'm not saying they know of the worst abuses, such as using microwaves on targeted persons to degrade their health and make it impossible for them to earn a living. But they must know that these citizen patrols are doing a lot more than just cruising around the neighborhood."

Citizens who have reported abuses say their complaints are typically ignored -- or that authorities insinuate their claims are figments of their imagination, or are a manifestation of a mental illness such as paranoia.

"That appears to be part of the M-O," says one victim. "You haven't done anything wrong, so they can't charge you with a crime. So they attempt to make it look like you're crazy. That's how they marginalize people who don't fit in with their world view." The victim says it's possible that local law enforcement has been "co-opted" by a variation of "the big lie."

"Higher-ups come in and say, 'We've identified this person as a threat.' What are they going to do? They're going to go with the program, especially since a lot of their funding comes from outside the community."

This victim believes the vigilante network is a convenient way for those in power to dispense with persons or groups of people they simply don't like or regard as undesirables, or whose political or social views do not hew to what they consider the established order.

Victims allege that the crisis in the mortgage and credit markets may have been worsened by these "programs of personal destruction," which they say are sapping the financial well-being of individuals and families without benefit of the right of due process. Making available "easy credit" is a primary tool that puts targets and their families on the road to financial ruin, victims maintain.

Some wonder whether these extrajudicial programs didn't help spawn financial crises in the first place. "We haven't had these kind of widespread financial woes for generations," a gang-stalking victim said. "You have to wonder if these programs weren't a blueprint for an ideologically-motivated purge."

Officials at agencies looking into mortgage and credit market problems may have had long-standing knowledge of these programs, according to victims, who are calling on Congress to investigate.

"The issue of state-supported vigilantism and extrajudicial control and punishment represents an assault on our judicial system that makes Watergate look like the third-rate burglary that it started out to be," says one victim. "Since government agencies appear to be involved in funding these programs, it's up to Congress to investigate, to use its powers of oversight to ensure that democracy and the rule of law prevails, not the law of the jungle."

The network of programs and policies that are circumventing the judicial system, violating constitutional rights and meting out vigilante justice might collectively be termed the mechanics of personal destruction -- a blueprint for political and social dominance crafted by those who would use the institutions of government as a tool of ideologically-driven social engineering.

This powerful apparatus appears to exist under the radar of most elected members of Congress and officers of the judicial system. They refuse to consider that these programs, over time, have adopted the of methodologies the East German Stasi, the KKK of the old South, and the Gestapo of the Nazi Third Reich -- and that the "targets" include innocent American citizens tagged by someone in a position of power as a "troublemaker," perhaps a whistle-blower, a political "dissident" or falsely slandered as a "social deviate."

Victims say the rise of this "American Gestapo" represents the victory of neo-fascism over democracy -- achieved under the guise of "national security" and "keeping America safe." They say that in the face of mounting evidence of widespread abuses, even those who identify themselves as liberals and progressives often naively insist that "it can't happen here."

Victims charge that extrajudicial targeting and punishment is destroying our democracy. They maintain that untold thousands, if not millions, of individuals and families are being irreparably harmed by this "social genocide." Some call it a "silent holocaust" due to its clandestine nature and the use of silent, invisible radiation weapons technology to achieve its horrific goals.

That picture of the dog and woman wearing cowboy hats on your page, was on a myspace page for the name "rpangell" (ron angell) that is below it. I think it may have been a guest commenter's picture. The suffix of the site was myspace.com/wakemeupnowplease or similar.

When your page starts to load, a sentence declaring crimes of torture and murder and naming certain individuals appears, then the picture covers or takes it's place. If you watch as it is loaded slowly, the sentence will stay there for several seconds.

Judging from what you have written, I know that you did not write that statement, as it is declaring allegations as fact.

From what I have endured and read about these coordinated attacks, your account sounds reasonable. And I hope there are "good people on the inside", good people that will see this vial injustice for what it is and stop those that disgrace the principals our country was founded upon.

The evil known as "gang stalking" is cloaked in the world of mental illness and so it continues unabated. It is Machiavellian and it persists because anyone who dares to speak of it is labelled "mentally ill." Where are the "good people on the inside?" The good people on the outside need you. Stand up and do something for the good of mankind.

The people who are involved in this sadistic process vandalize property and steal from their victims. These are tangible truths, but "no evidence, no crime/s." "No evidence, no crimes"? Wishful thinking. There is PLENTY OF EVIDENCE, of weapons assault, attempted murder, poisoning, malicious property destruction, theft by deception, officially-sanctioned mail tampering and document fraud...

... shall I go on? The CRIME is that the authorities refuse to investigate. Why? Could it be it's because they had prior knowledge of this silent physical and financial genocide? Because they are legally complicit in economic crimes against American citizens, and horrific physical crimes against them as well, crimes against humanity, as they say?

Another bit of "evidence": How about legal opinions from high councils of executive power that deigned to "legalize" torture, infliction of injury and illness, and eventual death -- HOMOCIDE -- by permitting radiation weapons assaults on U.S. citizens?

Re: "No evidence, no crimes." The statement was in quotes for a reason but, to clarify, I should have added, "according to the police, when they are called to investigate." You're 100% correct -- there is plenty of evidence and, as you said, "the crime is that the authorities refuse to investigate." As such, those in power are participants. (Some participate knowingly, while others choose to turn a blind-eye. All are guilty of crimes against some very good people -- all are guilty of crimes against humanity. Those who choose to turn a blind-eye need to stop doing so -- it is time to come forward.)

How easy it is to label someone "mentally ill" and, tragically, as we know, many fall in lock-step with those who are complicit in this genocide (and it is genocide). My goal is to be a part of exposing and stopping these horrific crimes. Thank you. All that is needed to blow this thing wide open is the series of DOJ memos that deigned to "legalize" the radiations weapons assault of American citizens deemed (read: suspected, or purposely framed) to be "undesirables."

Those memos will confirm the theory that the radiations assaults are just part of a multi-agency campaign of social, financial and physical GENOCIDE with striking similarities to the Gestapo/Waffen SS AND SA methodologies practiced by the Nazis in the years leading up to, and during, World War II.

Now, who among the good people on the inside are going to be the American Heroes who expose this documentation, and/or provide personal testimony -- and by so doing, mitigate their own culpability in these crimes against humanity?

The hacker insert of girl-and-dog contained a hidden message? Didn't notice that one. My stories are sourced primarily on first-hand knowledge, so no one can say I quoted unreliable "sources." I've experienced this first-hand and my articles are based on what I have experienced.

Today Sen. Pat Leahy, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, called for a "Truth and Reconciliation Commission." Such fact-finding would NOT preclude prosecutions, should it uncover, as it no doubt would, crimes against humanity such as murder, attempted mass muder, slow-kill genocide, and financial theft by officially-sanctioned deception.

Senator, the radiation weapons torture continues to THIS DAY. Bucks County, PA is a ground zero for radiation weapons assault and community gang-stalking. This weaponry has been deployed with the aid and approval of the U.S. Department of Justice, according to the best evidence I have encountered.

If you listened carefully to what Obama said at his press conference last night, you might think that headline misinterprets his remarks. I recall him saying he would prefer to "look forward," but he added that "no one is above the law," and that compelling evidence of serious crimes would not be ignored. That was my interpretation of his remarks.

He was a bit vague, but that's because he's a skilled politician. FDR once found himself in a similar situation. When urged by an advocate to adopt a certain position, he reportedly said, in private conversation: "I agree with you. I want to do it. Now MAKE me do it."

But if engaging in wishful thinking helps get you through your day, whatever...

You write that "all are guilty of crimes against humanity." That's a bit broad, isn't it? My experiences tend to indicate that most of "those in power" actually believe in their sworn oaths to uphold the constitution... but perhaps they have been convinced is that the law is whatever Bush-Cheney said it was. The era of the "unitary executive" is hopefully over. The Constitution says the three branches of government are co-equal... or don't they teach that anymore where you are?

Yes, perhaps the word "all" is a bit broad. I, too, believe that good people take their "sworn oaths" seriously. Having said this, as it's been said, "Evil flourishes when good men do nothing." And while, in theory, the three branches of government are to check and balance each other, it hasn't exactly worked out that way in recent years.

Readers: At this moment, 7:40 p.m. on Feb. 12, 2009, as I sit in my den on a couch in front of a window facing the street, I am being radiated. My head is burning up. The beam could be coming from above, or across the street. If I call the local police, they will send an officer out, and he will find nothing and the incident could be used to build a case that I am somehow mentally unstable. This is what Russia did to victims of its Gulag system.

Law and order has broken down. We are under assault and can do nothing. There is nowhere to hide. This is the face of fascism. For the sake of all that is noble and decent, will someone please do something about this, help us? Do I have to go down the basement? to escape the beam path?

The pain just surged as I wrote that last sentence. These monsters are monitoring my communications in real-time and torturing me to respond to my words. Well, here's a final word: You may be able to torture me at your sadistic will, but God is watching and he will see that justice is done, you sick bastards.

hey idiot. im gangstalked too. just do what they say a-hole. i was out of control and it was only a matter of time before my recklessness became a part of some innocent persons life. u have to adjust your thinking and realize that you are part of a whole and have to fit in somehow. many if not most of these ppl hate me just as much as they hate you but who cares. if u lived in a 3rd world country u would be murdered by now. these ppl, for whatever reason, are giving u a chance by not sending you a final death ray. i bet i wake up with scabs tomorrow cause i wrote this. but for Gods sake you are doing something wrong, just stop it. they will never tell you to just stop you have to just do it yourself. i dont care if you say you are innocent please just help yourself and stop the whining.....

This whole situation makes no sense - it's simply insane. Why would government want to spend vast amounts of money on simple citizens? My situation is organized - no doubt about that. Our country is in a very vunerable state and who would benefit from that? I remember hearing some time ago that America would fall from the inside out - like the Towers? Have we focused exclusively on terrorist activity from the perspective of physical destruction and not based on a havoc that might be played out internally. Could all this negativity toward our government be a part of a movement to further destroy our foundation?....Perhaps to create anarchy?

No doubt the Bush legacy is not one that respected the values of our foundation and perhaps some of this was an over reaction to the 911 assault? Or perhaps a Bush Family crusade? I know one thing for certain: I do not know who is responsible. I support the ACLU and the return of our LAWS under our Constitution. I have written to President Obama and many many others. Their is group legal action - Multi Stalkers Victims Org - has the name and details of the attorney located in D.C.

I have had my computer hacked -- dealt with bogus customer service reps -- had my food tampered -- I prefer to put things in writting now --- have had my banking situations altered --- I am literally followed where ever I go -- I have many many X friends and not much in the way of support. The idea is to literally induce mental illness and knowing this is helpful in terms of remedy and understanding. I have referred people to the Psychological Harassment Information Association and a possible benefit to understanding the intention of the strategy....which is to disable -- to kept the target inactive....silent. Like many others I will not be silenced.

There are other groups that this activity is being attributed to including the extremist right wingers. Check out U-tube and the reaction to Oprah's internet course on a book called THE AWAKENING - the response she got to spiritual freedom is "unbelievable" like this insanity that we are being subjected to. Historically, what is the basis for many wars including civil war? I do not disagree that our LAW is in urgent need of repair. Our foundation is cracked and needs to be repaired before we can rebuild.

We are responsible for the activity of the politicians - They work for us -- and that is a matter of fact. I told a friend (?) last night this is going to resurrect the activitist of the 60's and we're going to march in our wheel chairs or w/our canes in hand. Hey, Bob Woodward is even back. WE THE PEOPLE..... Not Bush, not the FBI, or whoever --- a ressurection of democracy means just that. It means reinstatement of our CONSTITUTION.

I have filed a criminal complaint with the County I live in. I have requested disclosure under FOIA. In my situation I know it's about being a whistle blower and I know part is this is about "hindering prosecution" and " obstruction of justice". I know my situation followed the cookbook for organized harassment and psychological manipulation. This I know I know.

I read that you felt people would start to come forward regarding directed energy weapons -- why do you think that?

First of all, the fact that NO authorities, local or federal, are willing to investigate the complaints of victims of community gang-stalking, radiation torture, and those "programs" you say are draining your family finances should tell you something.

With the force of law behind me (and maybe some grants of immunity in exchange for testimony from those who are "aware"), I could lead authorities directly to the people who are terrorizing us, vandalizing our property, who have poisoned our consumables. And then those street thugs and gullible automatons would rat out the officials who run the backroom ops.

The authorities have not expressed an interest in the leads this experienced investigator could provide. Why? The answer seems obvious. Perhaps they already know more than I do. Perhaps they are covering for some powerful people or entity, or they are complicit. By their failure to take these complaints seriously, they are at a minimum negligent and derelict in their duty to uphold the law.

No mere band of renegades has the power and sophistication to manipulate bank records, mortgages, intercept and counterfeit mail, billing statements. Think about this logically. If you study the rise of the Third Reich, research how property was expropriated, how hate was sown, how supposedly good people were turned into persecutors of their neighbors, you will see the striking parallels.

But I am sure I am not telling you anything you don't already know.

As for your final question: They're already coming forward because it's human nature to feel remorse and guilt when you have full knowledge of heinous crimes against humanity and remain silent, a complicit coward who enables inhumanity and depravity.

That is the worst torture of all for a true human being, because compassion, empathy for others, is what separates humans from the beasts. As Jesus said, "The Truth shall set you free."

Or, as Edmund Burke put it, in so many words: The only way for evil to triumph is for good men (and women) to stand by and do nothing.

Here's a more practical answer as to why this evil is coming to a rapid demise:

Now that word is out (not due to a couple of bloggers, but to some insiders working quietly to right a monstrous wrong), coming clean to the "good people" on the inside is the ONLY way to mitigate your own culpability.

In other words, it's time to cop a plea, put on the white jersey, and hope that your full and truthful testimony will save your hide and spare your families the world of hurt that you deserve for not standing up to resist this descent into hate and fascism.

Hitler, Himmler, Goebbels, Goehring, Eichmann... they all thought they were above the law, too. They WERE the law. But thanks to patriots like my father, things didn't quite work out for them.

Do today's American fascists really think they can get away with their silent genocide of targeted "undesirables," or, as you put it, those "anarchists" who stand in their way?

Is that a healthy glow on your forehead, or have you broken out into a cold sweat?

Today is Saturday. Feb. 14, 2009. The radiation assaults in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, continued today, as I spend the day inside my home doing chores. (As I write this, the computer slowed down to a crawl, more signs of real-time malicious interference with my telecommunications.)

LAW AND ORDER AND THE RULE OF LAW HAVE BROKEN DOWN IN BUCKS COUNTY, PA (and anywhere "targeted" persons live or travel).

Once again, a radiation weapon or device heated my skull as I sat in my den with my back facing a window looking onto the street. This was ongoing exposure, not a sudden pulse, leaving me to believe that a radiation device has been secreted in the attic. This has been going on for five years. I had to leave the room to escape the pain.

Later, I went into the living room, where the assaults continued. Again, the top of my head began to feel like it was burning up. I left the room to do some chores. Later, I returned to sit on the same chair. Suddenly, it felt like a sudden burst from a blow-torch on the left side of my head. I cried out in pain, as the unconstitutional surveillance on me can confirm. Direct line of sight leads out to a neighbor's front yard. Microwave weaponry is capable of "through the wall" irradiation. Since this attack was so directional, I believe someone outside on an adjacent property targeted me.

My wife is out today, and the assaults are worse when no one else is home.

Now, as I sit in my den, I am getting the "cold room" treatment. When this torture began five years ago, I received a postcard solicitation for "in the wall" ductless air conditioning, around the time that certain rooms, mainly the bedroom and the den, would get frigid, even though the heat was on. I believe the postcard was a form of psychological harassment.

Aside from the fact that severe temperature variations are defined as torture under the Geneva conventions, this torture tactic artificially inflates our utility bills -- another element in the slow expropriation and theft by deception at the hands of these Nazi-like, genocidal social engineers and their covert, "black op" "programs of personal destruction."

As I wrote that last sentence, I was again radiated, this time, on my right temple. I am sure those torturing me have access to my real-time communications, and this is their sick method to attempt to completely control me by way of Pavlovian punishment.

Their torture only steels my resolve. The people doing this are evil cowards and fools. They cannot be reformed, or co-opted. They are monsters and must be stopped, and brought to justice.

Good people inside the FBI: How can you let these "multi-agency action" crimes against humanity go on? It is time to go directly to Attorney General Holder and Barack Obama and tell them how these programs got out of control, and confirm the fact that U.S. citizens are being TORTURED by these deeply-entrenched SECRET homeland "security" programs that do a great dis-SERVICE to justice.

Reading what I just wrote, I can see how those who have never experienced being "dosed" with radiation weaponry could think that this could not be true. Please re-read this article, especially the links and citations which confirm that radiation weaponry (1) is real; and (2) it has been confirmed by the Bush Dept. of Justice and by the FBI that this weaponry is being deployed to law enforcement, intelligence and military units; (3) a recent court document obtained by another victim of radiation weaponry assault contains evidence that radiation weaponry has been under development by the Secret Service, according to an account on wired.com (the link is contained in the article headlined "Gestapo USA" on this web site.

The Christmas Eve 2008 revelation that the DOJ is in the final stages of the development of hand-held microwave radiation weapons for deployment to local police nationwide flies in the face of claims made in the comments section of this blog, to the effect that hand-held "directed energy weapons" are years off. That is a lie, and thousands of law enforcement personnel know it. Hand-held D.E.W. are a reality, a fact that is widely known in military, intelligence and law enforcement circles.

So, before you reject my accounts as fanciful or delusional, please refer back to those citations direct from the Bush DOJ and the FBI. It is my understanding that some good people inside the FBI are concerned that the proliferation of radiation weapons will lead to their use AGAINST law enforcement personnel -- if indeed, that has not already happened.

This silent, injury- and illness-inducing weaponry has no place in civilized society, and certainly, not in law enforcement applications that place the general public in the possible beam path of high-tech "weapons of mass destruction."

Readers: If you have knowledge of these "programs" and do nothing, YOU ARE COMPLICIT.

Mitigate your culpability. Come forward and save American democracy by ending these officially-enabled CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

How can you live with yourself if you remain silent? That is also torture. You bring it upon yourself by your inaction. Now is the time to do the right thing, before more crimes against humanity destroy more American families.

Thank you for tirelessly speaking out against the extrajudicial system of justice that continues to plague many good, law-abiding citizens. (And a "thank you" to NowPublic, as well.) America is the "land of the free and the home of the brave", and all things are possible in this great country of ours. Our goverment cannot and will not let these crimes continue.

Barack Obama said the following in his weekly address to the nation, "This morning I'm reminded of words President Kennedy spoke in another time of uncertainty. 'Do not pray for easy lives. Pray to be stronger men. Do not pray for tasks equal to your powers. Pray for powers equal to your tasks.' America, we will prove equal to this task." The latter statement was made in reference to economic recovery, in the context of his address. It is applicable to many problems -- the problems within our judicial system among them.

In his address in Springfield, Illinois last week, Obama also said this: "...although we are responsible for our own fates, in the end, there are certain things we cannot do on our own. There are certain things that we can only do together. There are only things that a union can do."

So let our union do whatever is necessary to stop the misuse and abuse of power by those involved in the extrajudicial targeting of innocent people. The system of "extrajudicial targeting" is in peril -- it is going to come to an end on our watch. We will see to it.
