A virulent form of government-enabled domestic terrorism is destroying the lives of citizens across America.

Victims of so-called organized "gang stalking" or "community stalking" charge that the rule of law has broken down nationwide at the hands of state-supported vigilantes -- operating under the cover of citizen community policing and neighborhood watch corps and business-related anti-terrorism programs, supplemented by municipal workers and members of private and fraternal organizations.

A nationwide network comprised of these citizen groups, funded and apparently overseen by elements of government at multiple levels, is the mechanism of extrajudicial targeting and punishment that victims say is dispensing officially tolerated "vigilante justice" -- a bypass of the judicial system and the rule of law.

Many web sites in the U.S., Canada and other industrialized nations chronicle this horror. But victims say the tentacles of this domestic terrorism extend well beyond the so-called "street muscle" comprised of gang-stalking local vigilantes and self-styled soldiers of fortune.

Victims of this extrajudicial punishment network -- what some have termed "the torture matrix" -- maintain that its operatives are acting as judge, jury and executioner for what amounts to an evil shadow government. So-called "targeted individuals" -- and by extension, entire families -- are subject to physical assault and psychological and physical harassment that victims say amounts to officially-sanctioned domestic torture. Some victims have moved to other cities and towns seeking a safe harbor -- but they say the persecution recurs in their new locale.

"It appears to be a nationwide network that attracts extremists as well as law-and-order types and people connected to public safety such as firefighters, utility workers, police auxiliaries, retired police and military officers, and even their family members, including children and teenagers," says one victim, who says he has been "gang stalked" for several years. "I doubt it could exist without some people in positions of power looking the other way."

Even some regular, uniformed police are reported to have been intimidated by this network of extrajudicial punishment -- described benignly by its defenders as a social "control" mechanism.

Victims say that they are physically harassed and relentlessly stalked, whether they travel on foot or in vehicles. GPS devices are secreted in their cars or cell phones. When a "target" enters a designated "node" area -- whether near or far -- the local vigilantes in that area receive a signal on their GPS or cellphone devices, often accompanied by a read-out of commands from the "team leader," specifying what kind of sadistic psychological terror and harassment to dish out.

The stalkers then "swarm the target," whose GPS beacon shows up on their GPS device screens in a distinct pattern that stalkers call "the crown of evil" -- since they have been indoctrinated to believe that their prey are "terrorists" or criminals or social deviates who have committed terrible acts.

The stalkers typically ride the target's bumper, drive recklessly or intrusively, causing near-accidents. On foot, the stalkers approach their targets in public places such as stores or libraries. They come ever closer, invading the target's personal space. The intent: psychological intimidation, an attempt to provoke or fabricate a contrived confrontation -- so-called "street theater" -- that later can be used as "evidence" that the target is "mentally unstable."

Stalkers also surreptitiously enter their targets' homes and vandalize property, from autos parked in garages to appliances, furnaces, plumbing systems, even personal items of clothing. The intruders play sadistic psychological mind games on their targets, such as rearranging or hiding their possessions -- what the gang stalkers call "gaslighting," after the classic Ingrid Bergman film in which an evil husband uses trickery and deception in an attempt to convince his wife that she is going crazy. (Like many gang stalking victims, she figures it out in the end.)

Targets of the "torture matrix" find their privacy is constantly invaded by way of pervasive surveillance of all electronic communications, which often are tampered with or altered in transit. Both video and audio "bugs" are planted in targets' supposedly private residences.

Information gleaned from surveillance, such as details of private conversations, is funneled to the street stalkers -- who then repeat these "directed" comments within earshot of the target -- a form of psychological harassment intended to provoke anxiety and fear.

The sophistication of the surveillance leads victims to conclude that gang stalking is the local component of an expansive covert executive program of social control, physical harassment and torture overseen by federal military, security, intelligence and revenue agencies outside of the purview of Congress or the courts.

A host of government programs sold to Congress as "tools" with which to fight terrorism and drug trafficking are employed to destroy the financial well-being of targeted persons and their families. Victims report their mail is intercepted and financial accounts and billing statements are fabricated and altered. In effect, targets and their families are covertly segregated into a parallel system of transaction processing established with the apparent cooperation of private companies. Victims view this gradual expropriation of their personal wealth and the destruction of their ability to support themselves and their families as "social genocide."

"This financial exploitation and manipulation of our accounts and records fits the dictionary definition of fascism -- authoritarian bureaucrats working secretly with the private sector to neutralize and destroy people they regard as undesirable, or as 'dissidents' who may stand in their way," says one victim, a journalist who says his career, finances and physical health have been decimated.

Targets of this extrajudicial punishment network and their families also come under relentless physical assault, according to victim accounts, by way of hi-tech equipment such as "directed energy weapons" (D.E.W.) which emit silent bursts of radiation -- microwaves, x-rays, sonic frequencies, and scalar electromagnetic waves that produce variable amounts of precision-targeted energy when "triangulated" on a target.

The attacks are delivered via terrestrial and satellite electromagnetic energy, using "phased array" antenna systems installed on cell towers -- an offensive weapon system hiding in plain sight in neighborhoods and along highways nationwide.

The "ray gun" of science fiction is now a reality of stealth warfare, and has been insidiously deployed as a means of government-imposed enslavement of civilian populations.

The government describes such weaponry as "non-lethal." In fact, experts familiar with radiation weaponry say these devices can be used to torture, inflict bodily harm, induce illness, fatigue, weakness, excruciating pain and injury -- or to kill.

"This is torture that's happening right here, in American cities and towns," says an alleged victim. "But it's like pre- World War II Germany; people refuse to believe that such abuses could happen in a civilized society. But it is happening. And I'm convinced that some local and federal authorities not only have knowledge of this extra-legal targeting, but are providing funding and direction.

"I know the FBI knows about it, because I've been down there several times over the past two years to report it." He says he knows of no formal investigation, despite his offers to cooperate.

"I'm not saying they know of the worst abuses, such as using microwaves on targeted persons to degrade their health and make it impossible for them to earn a living. But they must know that these citizen patrols are doing a lot more than just cruising around the neighborhood."

Citizens who have reported abuses say their complaints are typically ignored -- or that authorities insinuate their claims are figments of their imagination, or are a manifestation of a mental illness such as paranoia.

"That appears to be part of the M-O," says one victim. "You haven't done anything wrong, so they can't charge you with a crime. So they attempt to make it look like you're crazy. That's how they marginalize people who don't fit in with their world view." The victim says it's possible that local law enforcement has been "co-opted" by a variation of "the big lie."

"Higher-ups come in and say, 'We've identified this person as a threat.' What are they going to do? They're going to go with the program, especially since a lot of their funding comes from outside the community."

This victim believes the vigilante network is a convenient way for those in power to dispense with persons or groups of people they simply don't like or regard as undesirables, or whose political or social views do not hew to what they consider the established order.

Victims allege that the crisis in the mortgage and credit markets may have been worsened by these "programs of personal destruction," which they say are sapping the financial well-being of individuals and families without benefit of the right of due process. Making available "easy credit" is a primary tool that puts targets and their families on the road to financial ruin, victims maintain.

Some wonder whether these extrajudicial programs didn't help spawn financial crises in the first place. "We haven't had these kind of widespread financial woes for generations," a gang-stalking victim said. "You have to wonder if these programs weren't a blueprint for an ideologically-motivated purge."

Officials at agencies looking into mortgage and credit market problems may have had long-standing knowledge of these programs, according to victims, who are calling on Congress to investigate.

"The issue of state-supported vigilantism and extrajudicial control and punishment represents an assault on our judicial system that makes Watergate look like the third-rate burglary that it started out to be," says one victim. "Since government agencies appear to be involved in funding these programs, it's up to Congress to investigate, to use its powers of oversight to ensure that democracy and the rule of law prevails, not the law of the jungle."

The network of programs and policies that are circumventing the judicial system, violating constitutional rights and meting out vigilante justice might collectively be termed the mechanics of personal destruction -- a blueprint for political and social dominance crafted by those who would use the institutions of government as a tool of ideologically-driven social engineering.

This powerful apparatus appears to exist under the radar of most elected members of Congress and officers of the judicial system. They refuse to consider that these programs, over time, have adopted the of methodologies the East German Stasi, the KKK of the old South, and the Gestapo of the Nazi Third Reich -- and that the "targets" include innocent American citizens tagged by someone in a position of power as a "troublemaker," perhaps a whistle-blower, a political "dissident" or falsely slandered as a "social deviate."

Victims say the rise of this "American Gestapo" represents the victory of neo-fascism over democracy -- achieved under the guise of "national security" and "keeping America safe." They say that in the face of mounting evidence of widespread abuses, even those who identify themselves as liberals and progressives often naively insist that "it can't happen here."

Victims charge that extrajudicial targeting and punishment is destroying our democracy. They maintain that untold thousands, if not millions, of individuals and families are being irreparably harmed by this "social genocide." Some call it a "silent holocaust" due to its clandestine nature and the use of silent, invisible radiation weapons technology to achieve its horrific goals.

Oh, almost forgot: Robert Mueller. Mr. Mueller could be a true American hero if he stepped forward on this, and then threw himself on the mercy of Lady Justice. I would be the first among many to applaud him and ask that he be granted full immunity (as if anyone cares what I think...)

But I don't see many heroes on the horizon, quite frankly. Maybe I will be pleasantly surprised?

This is an international phenomenon, I believe, with methods, tactics, technologies (and confidential personal data about individuals, I would presume), shared by secretive powers close to the thrones of democracies and dictatorships alike.

The person or persons who come forward could literally save the world, since I believe this madness has a direct relationship to the reason why thousands of American families are losing the homes, their livelihoods, their savings and their health.

This is genocide/politicide, it is global, and it will succeed unless enough good people show some behtzim (that's what "Yeshua" called "balls") and do something about it.

It is time for true American heroes to step up, as John McCain might say, "for a cause greater than oneself." I did not serve in the military, but now, I know exactly what he means.

To borrow a cliche, I did not choose this fight. It chose me. And like a New Hampshire patriot, I will live free, or die trying.

But remember: Justice delayed is justice denied.

Victims, including myself, need medical attention (it's been nearly five years) -- and assurance that the personnel will "first, do no harm," and are not infiltrators of the U.S. health care system on a mission from the U.S. security/intel "community."

This is a MAJOR SCANDAL that the mainstream media knows nothing about. I KNOW that it is true...

...because I have been personally victimized by it. So, too, I believe, has my elderly mother, who receives "care" from people who appear by some of their actions, comments and certain other indicators to be working off a dual agenda, and who may not have the well-being of the patients at heart (to say the least). This is my educated opinion based on observation.

I have recommended that the FBI plant moles in medical and long-term care facilities to check this out. I believe they may have done so already, but that's just supposing...

Just wrote a long response with some pointed information. It disappeared from my cache, even though it should be accessible by hitting the back page button.

THE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD BE PROTECTING OUR FREEDOMS FEAR THE TRUTH GETTING OUT. They are transparent in their disdain for the law, and for the good sense of their superiors.

THEY ARE COMMITTING INSUBORDINATION as well as violating the law of the land and infringing upon constitutionally-protected rights.

I am betting that their superiors are not only watching, but are well-nigh PISSED OFF.

Suffice it to say that I have been saying for five years what "anonymous1" just said (above) in his post.

Now that there is a new political climate, the time for people of conscience to step forward -- and the best time to ensure against repercussions -- is NOW, before brave reformers turn into comfortable, conditioned, complicit cowards.

I was menaced last night in a local Best Buy store by two men (both unusually short in stature) swearing "Newport Fire Department" Engine 44 (Bensalem, PA) insignia. They stalked me from the parking lot (where their taxpayer-owned fire department truck was parked) into the store. Other apparent stalkers known to them also were in the store.

They purposely tried to provoke a confrontation, with the assistance of their stalker-accomplices, by involving the store manager.

As the Engine 44 firefighter-stalkers loomed menacingly in front of me, I told the manager what was happening and why, and I gave him the link to my web site. (I will let you know what he thinks of my articles.)

When I left the store, a local Falls Township police car was parked outside, and the firefighters were talking to the officer. Nobody bothered me any further.

This is how this community stalking uses the resources of law enforcement in their campaign to marginalize and neutralize their "targets." I believe the police know exactly what is going down.

County authorities already have told me there is nothing they see to investigate, that I should hire a private detective.

If I file a complaint with the authorities, what you do think they would do, "anonymous1"? Do you think they would go with the program and attempt to paint me as mentally unstable, as the one who is to blame, rather than as a victim of state-enabled and funded vigilante community stalking lawlessness?

The good people on the inside can only rid the nation of this unconstitutional lawlessness and apparent official malfeasance by making a strong example of several localities where officials have been complicit...

...and then use the mainstream media to send a strong message nationwide:

The former administration's "torture programs" are still in full power here, as well as in your area, from your accounts. I would not hazard a guess about if or when anyone would "step forward" to reveal these assaults.

Night before last, President Obama said they were looking to cut "wasteful spending" and had so far found over a trillion dollars worth.

I'm sure the spending for 24/7 surveillance, stupid games and chemical plus electronic torture assaults on innocent citizens, is one of those "wasteful" programs.

If the money is cut, it's over, unless the money is hidden in something that looks to be necessary. And the money could be in some type of contract weapons "testing" programs, under the auspices of so-called "defense" contractors.

Although my attacks started locally involving criminals, it has been said by others, it appears, that Homeland Security is at the core of this. They do have the authority to take over local law enforcement for their own use.

In my case, that would also explain a type of "hand off," where all the aspects of the assaults intensified with the addition of many new methods.

I said on another thread that I believed *we the victims* are "make-work" for these programs that were developed for so-called terrorists. *They* couldn't find real terrorists, so they accept "targets" from insiders, who's intentions are dubious at best.

There is not a reason, that these torture assaults are acceptable or legal under constitutional law, regardless of any technical finagling.

Let's hope *transparency* brings these attacks into the light of "the people," where they can be seen for what they are, a violation of *the principals* that this country was founded upon.

Probably ultrasound that cause heating and pain. Lower frequency sound may also irritat nerves, sound waves with the rigth frequency can resonate inside the body. The "people cooking" radiation attack that I am experiencing as I write this is not sonic, but, as you say in the last sentence, high frequency electromagnetic radiation, which, to drop the disinfo neurolinguistics, is military-grade MICROWAVE RADIATION weaponry that passes through walls etc. and is not blocked by a thin layer of aluminum. A thick lead wall, yes. Tin foil, no. "Hypocrite" is also a disinfo agent? If so, pretty lame, but I'm used to that.

Meanwhile, they're cooking my brain. Does that make you proud to be an American? I am ashamed and disappointed that my country could be so corrupted by pure evil, facilitated by the naivete of liberals.

Am I playing into them by responding at all? Perhaps. But I'm a believer in "proportionate response" and giving as good as you get.

I leave it up to my readers to decide what to believe, and who to believe.

Meanwhile, it appears that my tormentors block comments from "real" readers. The laws of statistics tell me that with over 100,000 page views to my articles since I began this blog in July 2008, there should be far more comments posted to my recent articles.

It seems to me that most of the comments left on this site are a product of the very "programs" I write about, the ones who continue their "slow-kill" on their "targets"' with covert radiation weapons, relentless community gang stalking and menacing, and surreptitious entries into private homes to terrorize and do vandalism.

The fact that authorities refuse to investigate, or inquire as to how such lawlessness could occur in a society where law and order is supposedly being enforced, speaks volumes about the roots of this evil.

I believe good people on the inside are on the case. To them, I say: the radiation attacks and the stalking and home entries and vandalism are continuing. Please act sooner rather than later, while some of us are still able to function.

Because public displays of "winning", while I often enjoy them, are less important to me than our common cause, I would invite you to consider these points and if you accept them, delete this and the previous reply and walk away a bit better informed and armed for the cause. You badly underestimate the public's belief in American values, in our Constitution, and their respect for freedom, human dignity, and the laws of man and God.

This "innocuous" tool of (what you admit is) torture left me barely able to speak or function for four years -- in the process decimating my health and destroying my career, which I am trying to revive by taking on amoral sociopaths capable of making statements such as the one highlighted above.

I don't know if it was the DEW or the poisoning that caused some other ailments that very well could be symptoms of what some of your radiation weapons proponents have called a "slow kill."

The non-ionizing "innocuous" microwaves cook human tissue from the inside out. That our government is promoting their use for law enforcement applications in which the general public could be exposed is not only misguided, but, in my opinion, inhumane and, possibly, a violation of certain international human rights treaties to which the U.S. is a party.

As for your references to "archived" material coming back to bite me:

What I have published represents my constitutionally protected right to express my opinions and beliefs -- including opinions and beliefs that certain elements may either accept or reject as credible.

When government bureaucrats deign to define the "truth" and punish those who do not subscribe to the party line, then democracy truly is dead and fascism rules the land.

But, as I said to "Daisy Duke" among others: Please feel free to post here. You only help me make my case. And you are giving the "good people on the inside" who check in here periodically more compelling reasons to act swiftly in the defense of human liberty in America.

He claims he is or has been attacked by ultrasound. He claims he has overcome this with building vacuum barriers.

Ultrasound can cause dead because of overheating. Ultrasound also cause pain. In the reports i have read high intensities are required.

The good news is, if this is ultrasound it is easy to block. You don't need expensive custom made vacuum barriers you can use normal building materials like gypson bord.

Some who are victims are probably truly mentally ill -- that's why this Machiavellian, cruel and sadistic scheme works so well (how else could it????). Vic, Again, you're preaching to the choir. I agree that those who are victimized by the crimes that are being commited 24/7 across the USA (and elsewhere) are not, in fact, mentally ill. I agree that those who stalk, harass, steal, vandalize, and torture are as "crazy" as they come. Tragically, no one is stepping up to the plate to help. Tragically, these crimes continue in America. And no one hates it more than I do. What's happened to "the rule of law?" As someone else said, "What has happened to my America?"

You're right -- what's needed is a directive from President Obama. All legal means should be pursued to bring these sweeping crimes to a halt. As President Obama said (about Abraham Lincoln) in his "remarks" in Springfield, Illinois last month: "He recognized that while each of us must do our part, work as hard as we can, and be as responsible as we can – in the end, there are certain things we cannot do on our own. There are certain things we can only do together. There are certain things only a union can do."

So President Obama, hear this plea: Good, law-abiding, innocent Americans are being terrorized all across America. We need your help. As you said, "There are certain things that only a union can do" and this is one of them. Bring these crimes against humanity to a halt.

When Atty. Gen. Eric Holder made the comment, "We are a nation of cowards," he was talking about race relations.

But his comment is apropos to this discussion as well.

The "extrajudicial punishment network" is clearly unconstitutional and is committing crimes against humanity. Yet where are the heroes, those who are "aware" and can lend official confirmation to my account, delivered as both a journalist and a victim?

I have reason to believe they are about to come forward. The Obama administration is only 42 days old as I write this. I believe there still may be a subversive element among powerful and entrenched interests that threaten the Obama agenda; so the truth-tellers must exercise care and caution as they make their disclosures.

But I am convinced that the threat grows more ominous every day the extrajudicial punishment network is allowed to violate the Constitution as well as human and civil rights.

Mr. Attorney General, you must act, now.

First, reverse the Bush policy that allows the deployment of microwave and other silent, potentially deadly forms of radiation weaponry.

Then move to outlaw the federally-funded vigilante network that the Bush administration so cleverly used to bypass the judicial system and deny Americans due process of law and constitutionally-protected rights.

And at the same time, end the secret "programs of personal financial destruction" that apparently involve government agencies in the interception and counterfeiting of mail, billing statements and mortgage and other documents, the inflating of utility bills, and the forced cooperation of private business -- a theft by deception that meets the dictionary definition of fascism.

The second, is the most believable and, yet, many Americans believe that these sorts of crimes couldn't (and aren't) happening in America. Regarding the first, many (and maybe most) would dismiss these claims as "crazy", if asked.

It's been said that "the truth shall set you free." In this case, it may be that the cold, hard truth will continue to enslave. Once one is perceived as "crazy", no matter what the reality, it's hard to shake that perception (even if totally false). So "words do matter", as you say. (Interesting that you use the word "targeted" (in quotation marks, yes) and, yet, criticize others for using it. Perhaps if others were to use quotation marks, that would meet with your approval.)

As for the "crazy" -- isn't that the tactic used by authoritarian regimes throughout the ages? Paint your critics as delusional, mentally ill, schizophrenic...

...only now, you've got a weapons system that can induce the symptoms of cognitive impairment. So you zap 'em until they exhibit symptoms, then plant referrals to a "program"- affiliated shrink, create a history of medical treatment for a mental disorder, and eventually have the "target" marginalized, or committed to a psychiatric hospital.

I'm not the enemy -- you're preaching to the choir, as it's been said. I agree with much of what you say but, given the Machiavellian nature of these crimes, the way this is approached by victims matters a great deal. What is said is critical, as is the way in which it is imparted.

I have great faith that this evil with be unmasked and come undone. Furthermore, my faith is coupled with action -- purposeful action. If not approached in a deliberate, thoughtful way? I agree but, tragically, they're still getting away with it. Exposing it, when those who try to do so are labelled "mentally ill" is one piece of the solution. Today, March 4, 2009, is the first day of the last throes of American fascism.

After today, there will be so many "heroes" coming forward that the lazy, compliant mainstream media will be competing among themselves for access to the whistle-blowers.

And the disinfos won't know who to try to discredit first, the truth-tellers or the journalists or the public officials from other agencies who no longer will provide "cover."

The journos will realize that their trashed and slandered colleague had it down.

But who will give me back my health and earning power? Not to mention the past FIVE years of hell and government-engineered "familicide."

They have wiped out entire families. Is there any wonder the nation's economy is in the tank?
