A virulent form of government-enabled domestic terrorism is destroying the lives of citizens across America.

Victims of so-called organized "gang stalking" or "community stalking" charge that the rule of law has broken down nationwide at the hands of state-supported vigilantes -- operating under the cover of citizen community policing and neighborhood watch corps and business-related anti-terrorism programs, supplemented by municipal workers and members of private and fraternal organizations.

A nationwide network comprised of these citizen groups, funded and apparently overseen by elements of government at multiple levels, is the mechanism of extrajudicial targeting and punishment that victims say is dispensing officially tolerated "vigilante justice" -- a bypass of the judicial system and the rule of law.

Many web sites in the U.S., Canada and other industrialized nations chronicle this horror. But victims say the tentacles of this domestic terrorism extend well beyond the so-called "street muscle" comprised of gang-stalking local vigilantes and self-styled soldiers of fortune.

Victims of this extrajudicial punishment network -- what some have termed "the torture matrix" -- maintain that its operatives are acting as judge, jury and executioner for what amounts to an evil shadow government. So-called "targeted individuals" -- and by extension, entire families -- are subject to physical assault and psychological and physical harassment that victims say amounts to officially-sanctioned domestic torture. Some victims have moved to other cities and towns seeking a safe harbor -- but they say the persecution recurs in their new locale.

"It appears to be a nationwide network that attracts extremists as well as law-and-order types and people connected to public safety such as firefighters, utility workers, police auxiliaries, retired police and military officers, and even their family members, including children and teenagers," says one victim, who says he has been "gang stalked" for several years. "I doubt it could exist without some people in positions of power looking the other way."

Even some regular, uniformed police are reported to have been intimidated by this network of extrajudicial punishment -- described benignly by its defenders as a social "control" mechanism.

Victims say that they are physically harassed and relentlessly stalked, whether they travel on foot or in vehicles. GPS devices are secreted in their cars or cell phones. When a "target" enters a designated "node" area -- whether near or far -- the local vigilantes in that area receive a signal on their GPS or cellphone devices, often accompanied by a read-out of commands from the "team leader," specifying what kind of sadistic psychological terror and harassment to dish out.

The stalkers then "swarm the target," whose GPS beacon shows up on their GPS device screens in a distinct pattern that stalkers call "the crown of evil" -- since they have been indoctrinated to believe that their prey are "terrorists" or criminals or social deviates who have committed terrible acts.

The stalkers typically ride the target's bumper, drive recklessly or intrusively, causing near-accidents. On foot, the stalkers approach their targets in public places such as stores or libraries. They come ever closer, invading the target's personal space. The intent: psychological intimidation, an attempt to provoke or fabricate a contrived confrontation -- so-called "street theater" -- that later can be used as "evidence" that the target is "mentally unstable."

Stalkers also surreptitiously enter their targets' homes and vandalize property, from autos parked in garages to appliances, furnaces, plumbing systems, even personal items of clothing. The intruders play sadistic psychological mind games on their targets, such as rearranging or hiding their possessions -- what the gang stalkers call "gaslighting," after the classic Ingrid Bergman film in which an evil husband uses trickery and deception in an attempt to convince his wife that she is going crazy. (Like many gang stalking victims, she figures it out in the end.)

Targets of the "torture matrix" find their privacy is constantly invaded by way of pervasive surveillance of all electronic communications, which often are tampered with or altered in transit. Both video and audio "bugs" are planted in targets' supposedly private residences.

Information gleaned from surveillance, such as details of private conversations, is funneled to the street stalkers -- who then repeat these "directed" comments within earshot of the target -- a form of psychological harassment intended to provoke anxiety and fear.

The sophistication of the surveillance leads victims to conclude that gang stalking is the local component of an expansive covert executive program of social control, physical harassment and torture overseen by federal military, security, intelligence and revenue agencies outside of the purview of Congress or the courts.

A host of government programs sold to Congress as "tools" with which to fight terrorism and drug trafficking are employed to destroy the financial well-being of targeted persons and their families. Victims report their mail is intercepted and financial accounts and billing statements are fabricated and altered. In effect, targets and their families are covertly segregated into a parallel system of transaction processing established with the apparent cooperation of private companies. Victims view this gradual expropriation of their personal wealth and the destruction of their ability to support themselves and their families as "social genocide."

"This financial exploitation and manipulation of our accounts and records fits the dictionary definition of fascism -- authoritarian bureaucrats working secretly with the private sector to neutralize and destroy people they regard as undesirable, or as 'dissidents' who may stand in their way," says one victim, a journalist who says his career, finances and physical health have been decimated.

Targets of this extrajudicial punishment network and their families also come under relentless physical assault, according to victim accounts, by way of hi-tech equipment such as "directed energy weapons" (D.E.W.) which emit silent bursts of radiation -- microwaves, x-rays, sonic frequencies, and scalar electromagnetic waves that produce variable amounts of precision-targeted energy when "triangulated" on a target.

The attacks are delivered via terrestrial and satellite electromagnetic energy, using "phased array" antenna systems installed on cell towers -- an offensive weapon system hiding in plain sight in neighborhoods and along highways nationwide.

The "ray gun" of science fiction is now a reality of stealth warfare, and has been insidiously deployed as a means of government-imposed enslavement of civilian populations.

The government describes such weaponry as "non-lethal." In fact, experts familiar with radiation weaponry say these devices can be used to torture, inflict bodily harm, induce illness, fatigue, weakness, excruciating pain and injury -- or to kill.

After six months of reporting in this space, the first crack in an official wall of silence regarding the wholesale deployment of radiation weapons came on Christmas Eve, 2008 -- and went largely unnoticed by the mainstream media.

A recent article on the Wired.com magazine "Danger Room" blog site discusses a court document said to indicate that the U.S. Secret Service is involved in the development of directed energy weapons technology. "This is torture that's happening right here, in American cities and towns," says an alleged victim. "But it's like pre- World War II Germany; people refuse to believe that such abuses could happen in a civilized society. But it is happening. And I'm convinced that some local and federal authorities not only have knowledge of this extra-legal targeting, but are providing funding and direction.

"I know the FBI knows about it, because I've been down there several times over the past two years to report it." He says he knows of no formal investigation, despite his offers to cooperate.

"I'm not saying they know of the worst abuses, such as using microwaves on targeted persons to degrade their health and make it impossible for them to earn a living. But they must know that these citizen patrols are doing a lot more than just cruising around the neighborhood."

Citizens who have reported abuses say their complaints are typically ignored -- or that authorities insinuate their claims are figments of their imagination, or are a manifestation of a mental illness such as paranoia.

"That appears to be part of the M-O," says one victim. "You haven't done anything wrong, so they can't charge you with a crime. So they attempt to make it look like you're crazy. That's how they marginalize people who don't fit in with their world view." The victim says it's possible that local law enforcement has been "co-opted" by a variation of "the big lie."

"Higher-ups come in and say, 'We've identified this person as a threat.' What are they going to do? They're going to go with the program, especially since a lot of their funding comes from outside the community."

This victim believes the vigilante network is a convenient way for those in power to dispense with persons or groups of people they simply don't like or regard as undesirables, or whose political or social views do not hew to what they consider the established order.

Victims allege that the crisis in the mortgage and credit markets may have been worsened by these "programs of personal destruction," which they say are sapping the financial well-being of individuals and families without benefit of the right of due process. Making available "easy credit" is a primary tool that puts targets and their families on the road to financial ruin, victims maintain.

Some wonder whether these extrajudicial programs didn't help spawn financial crises in the first place. "We haven't had these kind of widespread financial woes for generations," a gang-stalking victim said. "You have to wonder if these programs weren't a blueprint for an ideologically-motivated purge."

Officials at agencies looking into mortgage and credit market problems may have had long-standing knowledge of these programs, according to victims, who are calling on Congress to investigate.

"The issue of state-supported vigilantism and extrajudicial control and punishment represents an assault on our judicial system that makes Watergate look like the third-rate burglary that it started out to be," says one victim. "Since government agencies appear to be involved in funding these programs, it's up to Congress to investigate, to use its powers of oversight to ensure that democracy and the rule of law prevails, not the law of the jungle."

The network of programs and policies that are circumventing the judicial system, violating constitutional rights and meting out vigilante justice might collectively be termed the mechanics of personal destruction -- a blueprint for political and social dominance crafted by those who would use the institutions of government as a tool of ideologically-driven social engineering.

This powerful apparatus appears to exist under the radar of most elected members of Congress and officers of the judicial system. They refuse to consider that these programs, over time, have adopted the of methodologies the East German Stasi, the KKK of the old South, and the Gestapo of the Nazi Third Reich -- and that the "targets" include innocent American citizens tagged by someone in a position of power as a "troublemaker," perhaps a whistle-blower, a political "dissident" or falsely slandered as a "social deviate."

Victims say the rise of this "American Gestapo" represents the victory of neo-fascism over democracy -- achieved under the guise of "national security" and "keeping America safe." They say that in the face of mounting evidence of widespread abuses, even those who identify themselves as liberals and progressives often naively insist that "it can't happen here."

Victims charge that extrajudicial targeting and punishment is destroying our democracy. They maintain that untold thousands, if not millions, of individuals and families are being irreparably harmed by this "social genocide." Some call it a "silent holocaust" due to its clandestine nature and the use of silent, invisible radiation weapons technology to achieve its horrific goals.

I am also a victim of this crime. I believe it is private parties who are abusing the system. The government has a surveillance program to catch suspected "terrorists and spies" and anyone can be a terrorist or spy hence the individual being spied on is not disclosed. By taking advantage of the secrecy many former FBI, CIA and other government who work as/for Private companies; especially private investigative firms are abusing the government's anti-terrorists program. Private investigator actually use them in divorce, for cheaters ( extramarital affair), business spying ... etc. I don't think there is a solution to this problem. Without disclosure no one knows the true identity of the individual being spied on just a codename of some sort. Everyone is coded and can be changed so it will not show as a long term suspect, one person can have a dozen code name over time. Do you see the problem?

While you confirm the substance of the article, you also seem to be an apologist for CURRENT government officials who appear to know exactly what is going on and knowingly let it happen -- because that's apparently the plan. The "war on terror" provides a convenient and seemingly effective cover story for social genocide.

There is a reason why the architects of this American Gestapo are referred to as the "Fourth Reich."

My question now is this:

When are the good people inside the FBI, the Bureau officers and agents who know where the bodies are buried, going to stand up and save America before the monsters running these programs from the inside attempt a last-ditch desperation move, such as a manufactured crisis that might result in the imposition of martial law and possibly worse -- as "justification" for their crimes against the State and against humanity?

In my opinion, the only way Director Mueller can save the agency and himself is to publicly expose what he knows about these programs, which I believe originated among agencies affiliated primarily with the military and secretive security and intelligence agencies.

I, most willingly, will give testimony as to how my visits to the FBI literally saved my life, despite the fact that the radiation attacks and the sadistic gang-stalking and vandalism to my home and property have continued largely unabated.

I also will testify as to how cars with "NSA" parking stickers have been involved in my "stalking." (Yes, amazing as it sounds, vehicles "secretly" stalking individuals bear such identifying markers... kind of like how the interception and malicious tampering with my internet communications are so obviously apparent).

The revelations by former NSA analyst Russell Tice provide a conveniently timed event around which Mueller can make his disclosures in concert with stern administrative action by the incoming administration -- that is, if the Republicans stop stalling the confirmation of the new attorney general.

If Director Mueller does not act, and soon, I fear for the well-being of leaders of the new administration and for our democracy and what's left of our personal freedoms.

Director Mueller, the directed-energy-weapon equipped DEATH SQUADS are still operating, at least I know they are in Bucks County, PA. My calls to county law enforcement recently to ask for another meeting in which I could update officials on what's been happening to me have gone unanswered.

I, and the nation, look to you, Director Mueller, and to the good people inside the FBI, in Washington and in Philadelphia and in field offices across the nation, to save our democracy as a brave bureau official did back in the early 1970's.

I have reason to believe that FBI Assistant Director John Miller is following this blog site. Just in case, concerned readers who know how to get his attention should refer him to this site. The time for action is now, because desperate men may be tempted to do desperate things.

This is only supposition based on personal observation, but I believe that the FBI -- with the help (perhaps inadvertent, perhaps not) of former President George W. Bush -- already may have intervened to spare the nation a repeat of the tragedy of November 22, 1963.

Since my site has become "popular" among certain government agents, many of them among the "good people on the inside (or soon to switch sides), I'd be most interested in their theories on that supposition.

The people doing this are keeping it

"civil", so that I can't possibly fight them financially. It's a

multistalker situation. It's based on entrapment, and what went wrong

wouldn't have if I hadn't been set up for things that weren't going

on;and all based on the lies of s "professional" drug addict who I

called the police on.

So, basically the police are at the bottom of it. I've had paperwork

and evidence stolen(right from the courthouse after the head of

detectives told me he was disappointed in me because his name was on

it. But, obviously it was there if he knew his name was on it.), but I

still have some of both.

I need to fight it on the basis of personal injury (and believe me

there is some, for what's been done to me. I'll give you one example:

On March 27, 2008 I got a coffee from Dunkin' Donuts (where the animal

control officer frequents in the afternoon) on Washington St. in

Salem Ma.. a few sips, and they found me a few blocks down the street

passed out in my wheel chair (from what I believe to have been

Ketimine, an animal tranquilizer. The firemen walked my chair home

after the ambulance took me. When I got home the next day, the

wheelchair had two cracks in it, the drive wheel was broken, there

were two mismatched front wheels (I have pictures). My wheelchair

repair paperwork, two pairs of eyeglasses (one were prescription), my

service dog's tag, my post box key, were all missing and the police

won't give me an accurate report. I have proof that my unit is being

entered (pictures) while I'm not there, and again, the police won't

give me an accurate report.

This is just a little bit of the story.

I also have a two year old eviction from a building that I've been

trying to move out of since the first year I was there.

Your experiences mirror my own. When I first realized I was being stalked, I believe I was drugged by way of poisoning of food or drink. While driving, I couldn't keep my head up and I passed out. The car left the road and went careening into a wooded area. Either by fate or by some sort of implanted remote control, I stayed on a dirt path and avoided serious injury. The local police arrived almost immediately and insisted that I go that local hospital, although I protested that I was okay and did not require treatment. They also took charge of my vehicle and had it towed to an out-of-town garage about ten miles away. They insisted the car was "totaled" even though I wanted it looked at by a local mechanic.

(Later, when I went to retrieve items from the car, the windshield was cracked -- even though it was NOT cracked in the "accident." The car seemed to have been tampered with. There were cigarette burns on the upholstery; I don't smoke, and those burn marks were not there before.

At the hospital, one would think they'd do a blood test, to check for drugs or alcohol. No such test was done. Instead, a staff psychiatrist was summoned. He quizzed me about anxieties in my life. A supposed "friend" who accompanied me to the hospital encouraged me to tell the psychiatrist about being gang-stalked. I now realize this was an apparent attempt to set me up, to marginalize me and perhaps have me deemed mentally unbalanced.

The fact that no tests were done is a prima facia case of medical negligence. This scenario bares striking resemblance to what happened to you.

This is nothing less than TORTURE and slow genocide, and yes, some authorities appear to be complicit. That is the main reason why I can't rely on my local public safety officers in the face of constant property vandalism and past instances of poisoning of food and water. Not to mention the continued assaults on my home by way of radiation weapons and/or devicecs.

They very well may be accomplices to attempted MURDER.

Only the FBI, under the new Obama administration, can fix this. It is a NATIONAL CONTAGION and people like you and I are not safe -- anywhere.

Indeed, isn't that their goal -- to induce paralyzing fear? Well, Mary, it's not going to work in our cases. Because each affront to my humanity is another count in the indictment against these monsters, these war criminals. Justice will be done, or at least we will die trying.

I get the feeling that many of us are test dummies for a major shift in how covert agencies will do business in this country. They are training agents using covert remote torture technology and support teams of gangstalkers and need a readily available supply of unwitting citizens to practice on.

I came across a couple of gangstalkers who had me under surveillance recently. I approached them and offered to take their photo. It was clear that the woman was well trained and skillfully played the role of an innocent. The fellow was clearly new at this, said nothing and had a look on his face that said "what did I get myself into?" This is not the first time that I got the clear sense that my harassment was serving as a training program for local gang stalkers.

The long distance mind control and speech extraction and interfering in Africa and elsewhere ARE TRUE. I can confirm this from Germany. Former East Germans commit identity theft of expatriates in Frankfurt am Main by these means to enter those countries they are trying to destabilize, for example South Africa in the runup to Fifa 2010. In general torture of individuals is done for identity theft by former Eastblock agents to live under cover with the GOOD identity of the victim. After they've taken the good identity they give the victim a false, bad one with DNA at the police and try to drive it out of its home (physical address) or to commit crimes which discredit any evidence it may give. If this started in the Early 1990, have you considered that that was when the Iron Curtain had come down and East Germans moved west! They've stolen my identity in Germany to get to Britain under cover (at least they tried, I stopped them by finding out this terrorism is identity theft) and I've had exactly that microwave terrorism her. It's a criminal chain business of identity theft, that is why the perpetrators grow. They steal the identities and CVs of highly qualified with good homes, apply for lucrative jobs via the internet, slander the victim with a false, bad CV and try to drive it from its home (physical address of identity) by gangstalking and microwave terrorism through the walls. The guilty party is always NEARBY, unqualified (!) envious (!) and doesn't want to be photographed, because the fraud is discovered that way. They earn money from experiments which usually last 5 years at a time or use this as a false track to discredit victims if they suspect the wrong parties. Consult a lawyer about identity theft. They've stolen your identity and CV for lucrative jobs over the internet and are keeping you 'occupied' so you won't find out or terrorised to take over your physical address (home). Make sure they can't rob you of anything 'identity', money, real-estate, because that is what they are after. Contact employers, make your CV known, oust these unqualified, envious, sadistic socialist mob. They do a chain-business with other people's lives! Because victims are led up the garden path as to the motives and get no help from the police, some join to make up for losses. So make sure to safeguard your assets and they ought to stop trying! This is the system by which former East German MfS go under cover in the West, they did an identity theft on me to enter Britain under cover for the Olympics. Hope you read this, John. Your identity, CV and qualifications have been stolen via eMail applications over the internet for lucrative jobs by unqualified identity thieves (many morons, few experts) who work, torture, rob and murder collectively (socialist system) and grow by chain-business. Once they start earning money with your qualifications, they try to chase you from your home to take the address they gave during application. This is identity and real-estate theft and originally started in East Germany after the war, then Russians entered the USA that way and currently we have a lot of East Germans again stealing identities in West Germany, this is why I saw the connection between domestic torture and identity theft. All other motives told are fake and waste time only. So your could try for these jobs yourself (!) if you want, or else uncover the fraud and take their booty from them. The perps WILL be neighbours, at home or at work, though they'll pretend they're police.

Each mafia will have a real-estate agent (awfully influential in neighbourhood stalking!) and perpetrators will more than likely be envious neighbours but may be 'piggy-backed' through the wall by the telephone-answering machine as alibi and using continuous-call-in-centers as covers. To cut a long story short, these are the most important things for you to do: Get old-fashioned sliding bolts for doors and safeguard all ID papers, photos, items unique to you (they break enter and steal invisibly and display your identity before iPod cameras for remote employers over Video-over-IP). Safeguard all accounts, life insurances, wills and real estate, identify yourself, your CV and qualifications at job centers in person (!) and don't rely on telephone or internet for a while, they fake your voice and steal your post and grab your eMails and Faxes. So identify yourself everywhere important and photograph (!) your neighbours. It'll uncover their fraud! In a world where it is difficult to know who you can trust we try to survive. I am a victim of organized government funded gang stalking. My story is quite unique and I would love to come on your radio show to talk about it. A brief synopsis of my situation. I worked as a summer camp counselor on a tall ship out of Long Beach, CA called the Tole Mour last summer for two weeks beginning in early June. The company posted an add on craigslist for a male counselor to complete a 3 month summer long counseling expedition aboard the ship. My mother who was helping me find work at the time recommended i look into the job. I called up a man by the name of Scott Beckett who was essentially the man who would be my supervisor. He sounded enthused as well as I did. He needed me to join them in Avalon on Catalina Island in two days. I organized my things and left on the Catalina Express which dropped me off in Avalon. I was picked up by Scott Beckett and a female counselor on a inflatable motorcraft. At this point I felt ready for the camp and was looking forward to learning as much as I could about sailing and helping the children on board to enjoy their experience. The crew were all very nice people. I did not know much of tall ship sailing. Working all the lines and simply remembering them was a task. I simply did my best to complete the job. After the first week at sea I was informed by Scott Beckett that we as counselors would be rotating and picking up groups of adolescents from LAX airport. At this point I was still trying to grasp all the information I had been given on Tole Mour ship operation. Scott Becket furnished me with a letter of consent which I still posses stating that I as a counselor working for Guided Discoveries was obligated to pick up specific adolescents from LAX airport who were on a list. The morning came of the day I was to aid in the pick up. Scott Beckett told me to get ready for the airport run so I took a shower and got ready. We went to a white suburban which Scott drove me in from Rainbow Harbor where the ship was docked to the adjacent side of the harbor near the Queen Mary. It was at this point that things started to become strange. Scott told me that there were no name tags that I could furnish the camp adolescents at pick up. Instead of name tags he motioned that I take this roll of tape and a sharpie permanent marker and make name tags with that. I did not question his request as he was my supervisor. I was new on the job so I made sure to listened to Scott and do as he had requested. I met up with the Wife of the owner of the company and a few other camp counselors who would be going along with me on the airport pick up. They appeared to have name tags with pre-written names and were furnished will all the proper items for the pick up. I boarded a shuttle bus with 4 or 5 other counselors and we were on our way to LAX airport. Scott Becket told me to listen to the lead counselor for directions who was a hispanic male, although i do forget his exact name at this time. He told us that making airport runs is often difficult with security but did not explain in detail exactly what to do. On the trip to the airport I started to think to myself, this is ridiculous, why did Scott not have name tags for me when all of the other counselors had name tags. Upon arrival at the airport terminal for Southwest Airlines I left the roll of tape on the bus and proceeded to make the pick up. We all went to the southwest checkin and presented our driver's liscence identification and authorization to pick up specific adolescents from southwest gates. We received security clearance passes and proceeded into the terminal. After going through security screening I was told that by the other counselors that I would have to go alone to make my air port pick ups. I looked at the time on my watch. Apparently I was already late for the first pick up. I proceeded to the gate as quickly as possible and met with Southwest attendant at the gate. I mentioned to her that I was from Cimi Tallship expeditions and I was supposed to pick up the adolescent (shall remain nameless) waiting with her. I showed her my documentation Identification and security clearance. She proceeded to call her supervisor to approve. The supervisor came and took the security documentation and an unaccompanied minor form that I had filled out regarding the adolescent. We were on our way. I went to the next gate to pick up the second adolescent (srn). while waiting I thought to myself, do I need to show that security slip to the second gate? I wasn't sure because I was not told of the exact procedure by Scott my supervisor or the lead counselor. I was essentially alone. I decided to go back to the first gate and ask if I needed the security card for the second gate. They told me didn't need it so I proceeded to pick up the other two adolescents with no trouble. Before leaving LAX and making baggage claim I insisted that the adolescents call their parents to inform them that they had arrived safely at the airport, met up with the group and that we were getting ready to leave the airport on the shuttle buses. I helped with the bags. We loaded up the shuttle bus with the other counselors and adolescent campers and took the shuttle back to Long Beach. Things seemed to move fine at this point. I had not thought much of the confusion on the pick up day nor the unusual circumstance that my supervisor Scott Beckett was insisting I use tape and a permanent marker to make my own name tags.
Upon returning to the Tole Mour we embarked on a week long trip to Catalina and several other islands. The trip was actually a lot of fun and I did the best job I could at counseling considering the cramped quarters and being on the ship 24/7 day and night. It was essentially like a teaching job (which I am a substitute teacher), but full time to the extreme. The job itself was quite strenuous as you may imagine. Upon returning to rainbow harbor I told Scott and the crew that I wanted to visit my parents because I had not seen them in the two weeks I was aboard the ship. When meeting up with my parents I told them of the adventures on the ship and how I had enjoyed working with the adolescent campers aboard. I also told them that I believed the job to be too tasking and beyond my ability level. Working on board a tall ship is dangerous enough with working the lines and sails which I learned in the course of the two weeks. The lack of effective training provided by my supervisor Scott Beckett and Guided Discoveries contributed to my decision to quit early. So that was that I went back to the ship told them of the situation and picked up my stuff and left for home. I can say with sincerity that I voluntarily quit because I did not want to put anyone in danger due to my lack of tall ship experience and training.
After leaving the ship and returning home I proceeded to get back to my daily life in the summer. Roughly a month later I began to notice unusual patterns. Police cruisers were prevalent in the area. Small aircraft started to buzz my house on a daily basis. Helicopters were also seen strafing my residence and neighborhood. I began to notice helicopters following me to locations that I went to. While I was bodyboarding at the beach, when I went to CSULB to register for fall classes and while I was on the freeway. One of the most unusual circumstances I noticed were vehicles leaving large gaps on the freeway directly behind me. I also noticed many cars with emergency lights flashing all over the freeway. I began to understand that I was being conditioned with certain stimuli. Primarily being other cars flashing their brights at me, emergency vehicles blaring wherever I drove, and aircraft following me. More recently I began to notice many out of state vehicles following me everywhere I went. Unusual cars were parked in my neighborhood. At one point a man at my college who was following me came up to me and made conversation about classes. Before I left him he made the comment oh yah you know some camp counselors say physical violence and blackmail works if the kids get out line. I thought to myself, who is this weirdo. Ever since this time my entire life has been run by government gang stalking and psychological manipulation. I have heard of the D.E.W. being used on innocent US citizens. I believe that I am a target of this as well as lately I have experienced body and head pains while in my house. I began to think that this was happening to me and no one else. That I was alone in this. But I then discovered many websites such as your web blog stating the stories of individuals who have been tortured by our government with gang stalking. I am certain that many individuals are being set up for this type of psychological experimentation. Street theater intimidation has played itself out recently with my friends who live in Long Beach, CA. several new room mates moved in with them who seemed suspicious. They actually staged an entire false crime in my presence. Im not sure if this was a form of intimidation or what. But check out this video for yourself and see what I am talking about. I have also heard from my girlfriend and parents that they have seen unusual people following them everywhere they go. My girlfriend has been regularly harassed at her work by customers. My neighbors, and friends seem to all know something I don’t and treat me as an unfavorable individual. Its absolutely ridiculous. This type of torture seriously must end before it destroys our world. I see now that it is going on everywhere. The funny part is I regularly went to the police and questioned them as to why I was being surveilled by aircraft, unusual vehicles, government vehicles, and gang stalkers. They simply replied that nothing was wrong and that I not worry about it. I began to think to myself, why is the government blowing all this money on following me around? I have no idea. I am a substitute teacher and when I started teaching this year I noticed things. One in particular a child came up to me and asked me straight out “Is a person considered a traitor if they know things about the US military and tell other countries about it?” I was simply blown away by the comment. Other instances I have had children come up to me and ask me, do you do drugs?, or you look like one of those FBI guys. My paranoia started to blossom even more. At one point I could not take the constant bombardment of aircraft over my head, and psychological torture that I was being exposed to through gang stalking and had considered ending it all. All that I wanted was to continue my already peaceful life as a humane and decent human being. Was I targeted because they considered me a weak individual? The US government needs to be exposed for what it is doing to innocent citizens such as myself. These perps need to be placed under arrest and jailed for their crimes against humanity. I will not give up until that occurs. I truly feel that I and my family have been violated and subjected to an extreme form of torture that more and more people are beginning to understand worldwide.

As a young man, during Vietnam in Chicago, I felt the pressure you call "gang stalking". I took my cue from the Chicago Daily News columnist Sydney J. Harris who implied in a column that he was not going to let it bother him if strangers let him know they were listening to his family's home life. Over the years, harassment has seemed to peak around the elections. It's a fact of life in the city that there are private security people, religious, political, ethnic, and sexual-orientation groups everywhere, and that some of us are weird. The references to physical abuse are disturbing.

My internet connection is under constant attack. My work is being tampered with, as are my computer functions. I credit the good people on the inside, the ones who intervened to save my life, with taking the steps that have allowed me to communicate after three (correction: four) years of being silenced.

Now is the time to act. The "window" may soon slam shut. Obama, Biden, Emanuel, Panetta, Holder and Napolitanto must be personally briefed by senior members of the "good people on the inside" fraternity.

I have a notion of who among the "good people" could save the Republic -- and in so doing, save themselves from being accused of perpetrating -- and perpetuating -- these crimes against humanity.

Good people on the inside: PLEASE do everything in your power to implore upon your superiors that they have no other course but to brief the Obama team fully and candidly about these "multi-agency action" programs of personal destruction.

RESPONSE TO THE EMAIL:

Knowledge of the death squads is widespread. Even the "street muscle" know people are being radiated, slowly blinded, induced with cancer, metallic particles added to their liquids, a "slow kill genocide." But lumping all government agents in the same pile does not accomplish anything. I know for a FACT that good people on the inside of the FBI are sick over this, and I strongly believe that some of people with personal knowledge are about to come forward to confirm accounts such as mine. Stalking, as you know, is just the local component of an array of rogue "programs" across multi-agencies that comprise the "extrajudicial punishment network." This is a "multi-agency action." Google those words and see what you come up with.

The FBI has been involved. But it is not the lead "agency" in devising the most nefarious of the "programs." And the FBI is NOT going to take the hit on this. Again, knowledge of the death squads is too pervasive, too widespread. It's out. And that is why the agencies, directorates and security units responsible for domestic torture and genocide are PANICKING. Do they really think that eliminating people like me will stop it now? The word is OUT.

We are about to see 1974 redux, another "Watergate Solution." But this time, the REAL leaders of the shadow government are going to find themselves in serious jeopardy. It's so far beyond people like me and you... the good people on the inside are about to "save the Republic," just as they did in the Nixon era. But this time, they don't have to take down a president... he's already gone. No, this time, the government leaders of the "shadow government" are going to be called to account... and the FBI will come out smelling like a rose, despite its involvement in some of these programs.

Mark my words. If I meet an untimely end, it won't change the course of this history. The die is cast. We may end up with a NEW shadow government.... but the people who have been doing mass murder so sloppily that everyone on the inside and even the automaton cretins on the street know the score are now going to pay for their carelessless, at the hands of the agencies they thought would provide them cover.

Hell, they even threatened me with bodily harm on a POLITICAL BLOG of the Washington Post! How STUPID is that? Talk about telegraphing your punches.

This crew doesn't stand a chance. Just watch. The "good people on the inside" -- dedicated patriots who have long upheld the Constitution, as well as "recent converts" from the dark side who are covering their bets, are on the move... There are going to be some serious changes, but not the changes that the truly evil dark siders thought they were going to "engineer." If they are clever and stand down, restore their victims and crawl back into the woodwork, they may get away with their murderous policies, methods and tactics... but they won't be in a position to commit fascist crimes against humanity again.

Addendum:

As I wrote the above, the radiation attacks on my head intensified. I am sitting in front of my window which faces the street. The top of my head is burning up, which indicates to me that the soruce of the radiation is coming either from above (a device secreted in the attic?) or from a property directly across the street.

This is a crime against humanity, assault, attempted murder, torture. And it appears that the "do-ers" have access to my computer and verbal communications in real-time, and adjust their "torture level" higher when I write or express an opinion they don't like.

They think I'm Pavlov's dog. Their inhumane torture, their "slow kill genocide," only steels my resolve. They are evil cowards and fools. They are a disgrace to their "unit."

That picture of the dog and woman wearing cowboy hats on your page, was on a myspace page for the name "rpangell" (ron angell) that is below it. I think it may have been a guest commenter's picture. The suffix of the site was myspace.com/wakemeupnowplease or similar.

When your page starts to load, a sentence declaring crimes of torture and murder and naming certain individuals appears, then the picture covers or takes it's place. If you watch as it is loaded slowly, the sentence will stay there for several seconds.

Judging from what you have written, I know that you did not write that statement, as it is declaring allegations as fact.

From what I have endured and read about these coordinated attacks, your account sounds reasonable. And I hope there are "good people on the inside", good people that will see this vial injustice for what it is and stop those that disgrace the principals our country was founded upon.

The evil known as "gang stalking" is cloaked in the world of mental illness and so it continues unabated. It is Machiavellian and it persists because anyone who dares to speak of it is labelled "mentally ill." Where are the "good people on the inside?" The good people on the outside need you. Stand up and do something for the good of mankind.

The people who are involved in this sadistic process vandalize property and steal from their victims. These are tangible truths, but "no evidence, no crime/s." As it's been said, this is a form of "silent genocide." So, if there truly are "good people on the inside", please help those who are relatively powerless.

The hacker insert of girl-and-dog contained a hidden message? Didn't notice that one. My stories are sourced primarily on first-hand knowledge, so no one can say I quoted unreliable "sources." I've experienced this first-hand and my articles are based on what I have experienced.

Today Sen. Pat Leahy, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, called for a "Truth and Reconciliation Commission." Such fact-finding would NOT preclude prosecutions, should it uncover, as it no doubt would, crimes against humanity such as murder, attempted mass muder, slow-kill genocide, and financial theft by officially-sanctioned deception.

Senator, the radiation weapons torture continues to THIS DAY. Bucks County, PA is a ground zero for radiation weapons assault and community gang-stalking. This weaponry has been deployed with the aid and approval of the U.S. Department of Justice, according to the best evidence I have encountered.

Sir, you do NOT need to establish a "commission" to begin an IMMEDIATE probe of crimes against humanity that are CONTINUING into the Obama administration, with the apparent knowledge of officials at multiple levels of government.
