Gee, residents and cops say the woman shot was Weird?  What was their first clue? The obvious Gun Rack on the back of her Wheelchair?

What I would like to know is, are Nursing Home Residents allowed to pack Heat?  If not, it is pretty hard not to Notice a Rifle toting resident you would think?  Residents and Staff not noticing a wheelchair bound Nursing home resident tooling around the Nursing Home with a rifle leaves me to believe were Staff sampling their patients Meds?

Cops arrived on the scene shot the women, shot the deranged woman in the wheelchair after she would not drop her weapon after shooting a Staff member.  Guess they were out of Jello and Raisins for lunch.

Nice to see that Billion Dollar a Year Liberal Gun Registry is alive and well and obviously not working.

This province just gets weirder and weirder!

Oh yeah, the highlighter isnt working again.

Gibsons' cops shoot "weird" woman after man gunned down in nursing home
Woman shot after she shot man inside nursing home
 By Katie Mercer, The Province

Mounties shot a woman in a wheelchair Tuesday after she shot a person inside a Gibsons nursing home. The incident occurred at about 4:30 p.m. at the Good Samaritan Christenson Village nursing home after a facility manager and a male nurse approached the wheelchair-bound resident to evict her.

The woman allegedly shot the manager with a rifle, while the nurse escaped. Residents identified the woman to The Province as Linda. They said she had been acting erratically after being served an eviction notice.

“She was being evicted because she was just weird,” said a resident, who asked not to be named. “She should have never been here.” Residents told The Province that Linda, 40, had recently shaved her head and was asking fellow residents to write recommendation letters on her behalf.

When they declined, she told them “you’re next.”

This is strange in deed, however it has little to do with gun registry. What I could not make out is if the manager and the old woman died or not?

It wasn't an old lady, It was a 40 year old woman who had been in a car accident.

RCMP said no one was killed in the shooting incident at the Good Samaritan Canada Christenson Village around 4:30 p.m. Mounties said the woman was being evicted from the facility when she opened fire.

..."It appears that a 40-year old-resident, a woman, had shot one of the employees that was at her door," Thiessen said at the scene.

This hits home. I used to live there and had a friend who was in a car accident, head injury, and didn't get a lot of support. He eventually ended up living in the woods. People thought he was weird. But he recovered on his own.

Just because she shaved her head doesn't make her weird.

Of course shaving her head, does not make her weird, but pointing a finger at residents and saying you're next, certainly classifies her as a looney, toting a Rifle around a nursing home don't you think?

Ok, let me say this very little that has been reported is  truly accurate about this shooting. The media has not put all the facts out there. The label she was given was by
