I don't think it is staged Stanley.  I have heard different reports on the location of the bullet entry but it does appear consistent with a shot to the chest or torso.  Blood could quickly flow from the face.  Notice that even before she was lowered to the ground her back and buttocks were covered with blood.  These injuries are consistent with and injury from a high powered rifle.

I agree. The man with the white hair presses her cheek and blood comes out of her mouth (from the left), his hand moves up toward her nose and it's the same thing. I would think that she would have to cough in order to move the blood up and out???? She doesn't do that. And somebody's hand does move over and all of a sudden she has blood all over her face (from where??).

When you get shot through the heard, your system breaks down and blood spills out of you mouth, her heart has been punctured, the blood is still traveling through the artiery however, where's it going to go, straight into her esophegus (channel to stomach), and up into her mouth, and out.

Of course its not staged. When you get shot into the heart, your heart is punctured, but the blood is still traveling through the artery which leads to the heart, that blood goes straight into the esophegus (which is also punctured) and up into the mouth, and spills out.

     This girl has been shot just inferior to her right clavicle (below right collar-bone).  A projectile entering at this location will puncture and rip through the upper lobe of the right lung.  In addition to lung injury and hemorrhage, this projectile (bullet) has possibly also punctured the subclavian artery and vein, and/or pulmonary artery. 

     Judging from the color of the blood that is seen exiting her mouth and nose, it is of venous origin or deoxygenated blood.  Though it is possible it can be a mixture of both oxygenated and deoxygenated blood.  It should be noted that the Pulmonary artery, which could have been punctured by a projectile entering the right upper chest, is the only “artery” in the human body that contains deoxygenated blood. Deoxygenated blood has the color seen in this video.

     Initially, the victim is in a sitting position before she is laid down supine (flat).  In that initial position the blood exiting the punctured vessels will pool in the right pleural cavity (right chest cavity) and will also fill the right lung. When the victim is finally laid supine the pooled blood in the right chest and lung travel up the bronchioles, bronchus, trachea and out through the mouth and nose.  This would be just like slowly filling-up a 2-liter plastic soda bottle with water while upright, then when half-way full laid on its side causing the water to pour out.  Simple physics!

     Someone commented about the victim looking directly into the camera, and that this was additional proof that this video was staged.  That comment was proof of that writer’s stupidity! 

     When a trauma victim, such as the young girl in this video (bless her soul), is losing large quantities of blood, major organ systems (e.g. Central Nervous System/Brain) become hypoperfused (receiving an insufficient oxygen supply).  In other words, the brain begins to infarct/die from the lack of oxygen that used to be delivered by the blood.  A physical sign of brain ischemia, the stage before irreversible brain damage or infarction/death secondary to the lack of oxygen delivery, is Horizontal Eye Deviation.

     The victim exhibits horizontal eye deviation, as it is apparent when it appears she is voluntarily looking into the camera.  This was not voluntary!  Both of her eyes deviate horizontally into a rightward gaze, a reflex that is completely involuntary.  This was a sign her brain was not being perfused with oxygenated blood due to her massive and severe hemorrhage caused by the gunshot.

     This video was proof of murder! These are sad, sad days we are living in people!
