A Video of a Young Girl Throwing Six Puppies in a River Has Sparked More Outrage Around the World Over the Blatant Animal Cruelty
The video could be a hoax, but the images of a young blond girl gleefully throwing puppies in to a river by the scruff of the neck, and even asking at one point if they can swim, is something that remains in your mind forever.

The video (warning, contains graphic and disturbing content), was originally uploaded through a YouTube account on to Liveleak and has sparked the same reaction as the video of Mary Bale placing a cat in a wheelie bin in England and calmly walking away.
Now this video has started another online campaign to find the identity of this girl and expose her. In the video she is speaking Croatian.
Some comments claim to have identified the girl as being from the town of Bugojno in Central Bosnia, which has an estimated population of 50,000.
There is a river, called Vrbas, that flows through the town.
4Chan, who is thought to be behind the outing of Mary Bale, are calling for the girl to be identified, along with members of reddit and Facebook. There is even a Facebook group dedicated to the girl called 'Dumb B**ch Throws Puppies in to River'.
Mashable reports that according to threads on 4Chan and reddit, the footage was filmed by the girl's brother, and someone who claimed to be him on the Croatian gaming site HCL.hr said that he needed help and that they were only doing what was right for the puppies because they were strays.

There are other ways of getting rid of puppies that are not wanted I don't care what country you are in. Such as don't have pets if you can't afford to spay or neuter them or are not willing to care for the puppies until they are old enough to be given to loving homes. This person is an evil human and if you think what she did is okay you are as well. Why would someone make a video of this???

Even if these things are common it doesn't make it right and people who say that "it's common so what" needs to go to hell. This chick needs a serious punishment a fine is not gonna cut it.
