A Glimpse Of News From Pakistani Newspapers From Sunday, 4th January 2009 Issue.

Daily Dawn ( English ) And Jang ( Urdu ) Are The Widely Circulated And Well Known Newspapers Of Pakistan. Today, I Thought Just To Share With The World A Glimpse Of News Published In Today’s Issue .... And What I Was Thinking While Viewing The News !

1) First News I Read On The Front Page Of Dawn Newspaper Was About ' Israeli Tanks Roll Into Gaza Strip '

While Watching The Photos, I Was Thinking That " People Make Houses & Buildings With Too Much Love, It Take Time To Build And Decorate The Building And A Home ..... But Alas ! War Ruin And Destroy Everything In A Moment, Worse Of All Beautiful, Loving, Caring Human Beings Like Me And You. And End Of War, Sorrows, Distruction, Loss, Tears And Nothing .... Nothing Will Be Gained From War, So Why War ? "

------------------------------

2) Then The News At The Back Section Of Dawn's Karachi City " Metropolitan " Section Were ' Drill Tripod Crushes Taxi, Kills Man ' And ' KESC Fails To Reduce Load - Shedding '

Drill Tripod Crushes Taxi, Kills Man :-

" A 64-year-old passenger of a cab was killed when a drill tripod system collapsed and fell on the vehicle on Saturday on Sharea Faisal near the Faisal base, police and witnesses said. They said the drill tripod system, installed for drilling holes for pillars of an overhead bridge, collapsed at around 10.30am and fell on a taxi (JN-3279).The witnesses said the passenger in the front seat was killed instantly and the taxi driver was injured. They said one of the poles of the tripod crushed the front of the taxi, trapping the passenger and the driver inside. The witnesses said the passenger in the front seat of the taxi received a fatal injury in the head. The dead and the injured were taken to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, where the deceased was identified as Syed Ansar Hussain Zaidi, son of Syed Banday Hussain Zaidi, and Jahanzeb, son of Tameez Khan. Both victims were residents of Model Colony.Sources at the hospital’s medico-legal section told Dawn that both the deceased and the injured received head injuries. They said the deceased’s head and jaw were smashed in the incident. "

And I'm Thinking After Reading That News, Life Is So Unreliable .... And Death Unexpected .... No One Wish To Die, But Have To Some Day ..... So Why Some People Are Making This World And Human's Life Tougher To Live And Survive ! But Someone Should Be Held Liable For Such Negligence And Must Be Punished.

KESC Fails To Reduce Load - Shedding :-

Angry Mobs All Over Country Burned Tyres, Protesting In The Streets And Pelted Police With Stones Due To The Unavailability Of Basic Necessities For Long Hours Like Gas, Electricity Loadshedding.

The Following Cartoon Published In Jang ( Urdu ) Newspaper, Clearly Indicates The Frustration Of A Person In Pakistan !

In The Cartoon, A Person ( Head ) Is Denoted By A ' Pressure - Cooker ' Ready To Blast Any Time, Due To Unlimited Problems Grabbing Him From Both Ends. Right Hand Showing " Protesting Against Electric Loadshedding " And Left Hand Showing " Protesting Against Unavailability / Shortage Of Gas & Water "

------------------------------

3) Three Impersonators Caught During 2008 Exam, Held At The University Of Karachi On Saturday. Fine Of Rs 5,000 Was Imposed And Recovered From Each Before They Were Allowed To Leave The Examination Centres.

Joke With Education ! Really, Sometime It Seem That Education Is A Joke In Pakistan, Still Not Taken Seriously.

--------------------

4) World In Focus : Hundreds Of Shoes Are Strewn Across The Road Along Whitehall As Police Guard The Entrance To Downing Street In London On Saturday, As Several Thousand People Protested War Against Palestine By The Israel.

------------------------------

5) Decrease In / Unavailability Of Job Employment In Karachi ( Pakistan ) :-

I Remember The Good Times Of Pakistan ( And Karachi City Too ) When Newspapers Were Loaded With Job Vacancies Almost 10 Pages ( And 20 Pages Printed Front And Back ) And Now Just 6 Pages !

Total Just 3 Pages ( And 6 Pages Printed Front And Back ), How Many Job Vacancies Will Be Available …. And For Such Few Vacancies, There Are Too Many Candidates Who Are Searching For The Job, Will Apply.

How The People Will Manage / Survive Without Jobs Unavailability, As Inflation Is Increasing Day By Day, With Population Growth Too !

--------------------

So, These Were Few News Glimpse From Pakistani Newspapers From Sunday, 4th January 2009 Issue And What I Thought After Reading Those News !
