ISPs have pulled the plug on a hosting firm responsible for running spam-producing botnets.

This week saw global spam levels drop significantly after two major US internet providers pulled the plug on spurious hosting firm McColo.

So the spam was booted under US control, so called government junk to read the world's computers. By doing this, they even did not know that they go bancruptcy. Now Bush leaving many such spam-trojan-intelligence services shut down. In parallel microsoft has tremendous update service now, perhaps to undo some bush updates. Good article thanks
