Will March go out like a lion?

If the Senate can shut down government by withholding funding, then why not shutdown Afghanistan and Iraq? When a patient is hemorrhaging, you clear the airway and stop the bleeding.

Maybe the Senate is performing a sort of triage action by limiting exposure one quarter at a time.

Now, the nation is prioritizing and it will be interesting to see how the continuing collaboration and compromise sorts out what We the People need.
