From CIMSS Tropical Cyclones.

Although the storm looks messier, it is strengthening. It looks to be staying off of the coast of Cuba right now. The Eastern portion of Cuba is going to be affected by a band of storms north of the main body of Fay. The track appears to take Fay right over Jamaica. There isn't an eye visible yet but if I had to guess, I'd say the center of circulation is somewhat to the south of the Eastern end of Cuba.
