Google, Google, and unbelievable news

For those of us too busy to answer the phone, Google voice could be the free answer. i was introduced to the service about a year ago when i was trying to reach a work friend (when working for the US Census). He was typically in meetings and could not answer his phone so his voicemail would answer. What i didn’t know at that time was he was using Google voice. My voicemail messages were being automatically transcribed and sent via text/email to his phone that he could read at his convenience. A sample text, read by me into my own voicemail, and its transcription follows.

The link above refers to a conversation between a Google executive and Wolf Blitzer. i rarely watch the news on TV but managed to see the interview last night .. Around the same time, i saw an interview with a Michigan representative who said something i could not believe my ears. He was being pushed into a corner by Wolf (?) to allow the possible idea of using frozen Libyan assets to pay for American war costs. The representative would not budge on his position: it’s immoral/wrong. i simply could not believe i was hearing something rational/reasonable/right on TV. i shook my head to clear anything that might have muffled my hearing. i asked my co-watcher to confirm what i'd just heard. Yep, i heard right. 8) Wow. Sometimes (1%?), you can actually hear good things on the news!

Gaddafi has been around for years .. Why all of a sudden he’s being demonized and needs deposing? Just because nearby Egypt is ‘modernizing’? Or is it about something darker, wetter, and comes from the ground? (Oil?) .. The controlled media tells you what they want you to hear – what they want you to focus on. We see a video and link “How government shutdown will impact you”. Scare tactics. If they scare you into believing your tax refund / government service / government program might be delayed/cut, they’ve got you by your short-and-curlys. Let’s list out the control articles on that page above .. Wait, i just counted – of 10 articles there are 10 control articles (articles designed to manipulate us away from more meaningful stories). That’s 100%. :(

The Truth of the situation (they don’t want you to realize) is that we’re ready and capable for a true-global-democracy (among other things). We don’t need Washington panderers anymore to lead us (and throw away our tax dollars on idiotic wars/intrigue). We’ve had the technology around for years but lack the collective will (and federal support) for such an initiative .. There are other Truths .. Such as the unbelievable waste of the LHC looking for a hypothetical particle based on a faulty paradigm ( https://www.msu.edu/~micheal/WfM.pdf ), the possible scamming of the American public surrounding the Apollo missions ( http://www.jayweidner.com/ ), cheap and feasible space-lift technology ( http://www.reactionengines.co.uk/ ), and photographic evidence for life on Mars ( http://www.marsanomalyresearch.com/evidence-reports/2011/200/mars-biolife-samples.htm ).

These are just a few of the Truths they don’t want you to focus on .. From my meager understanding of how to manipulate the masses (observing how the controlling media does it), let’s list out the phases of media controlling you – so the American government can do whatever they want .. Let’s use Libya as an example:

 1. Demonize the leader – in this case, Gaddafi

 2. Barrage the public with images of his ‘increasing atrocities’

 3. Scare them with allusions of losing federal programs

 4. Garner international support for invasion

 5. Emphasize liberation of his oppressed people

 6. Focus on how they ‘need’ American guidance

 7. When the time is right, invade .. oops, i mean ‘liberate’ 8|

How many innocent civilians died in the American invasion of Iraq?

How many more basically illegal invasions will the American people allow before we wake up!

Please, i beg you, follow your conscience for once .. Don’t let the manipulators forever control us into believing whatever they want .. Don’t let their scare tactics force you into a corner of desperation .. Rise above their petty squabblings .. Rise above their infantile manipulations. Let’s use these situations to wake up, realize we’re all brothers and sisters, and stop wasting resources on war/conquest.

.. In the recently completed course ( http://transformationteam.net/ ), there was one thing i could not stomach: embrace the oligarchs .. When a leader repeatedly abuses power, when they continue to make critical mistakes, when they publicly laugh at reason and rationality, when they shuffle words to hide their agenda to invade foreign interests, or blatantly declare their desire to invade, we have an obligation to impeach/depose/remove them from office.

.. i removed my ‘renunciation of citizenship’ essay because of family pressures to return to America. i did this out of practicality. But the sentiments of the essay still stand: i've never truly been happy with American leadership. There’s never been a president, that stands out in my mind, that’s been a good leader. i mean a good person – who actually cares about people .. The problem is apparently not human nature .. The problem is executive power. Impeaching Obama will not solve the problem. We need to basically eliminate the executive (and come to think of it – legislative) branch of government.

They want us to know what happens when government services shut down? They’re trying to scare us from lack of services and promised funds? Why don’t we shut them down, for good?

They want war in Libya? Let’s give them war in America (i'm not talking about violent revolution). But sometimes .. sometimes .. we, as a people, must wrest power from oppressive oligarchs who’s only interest is retaining power .. We did this in Rome with the slave revolt .. Even in the American civil war – the sentiments on the Southern side were actually about freedom and autonomy (as opposed to the spin the North would like you to believe) .. So i call on all American Southerners, who felt the South was jilted in our civil war, i call on all Northerners who felt the American civil war was a lie (hiding other agendas), i call on all those who objected to the war in Vietnam (my friends and relatives were forever scarred, if they lived, from that war), Iraq,.. And now Libya.

We can’t lower our heads in shame anymore .. “This is the America I did not vote for.” Hide behind words of fear and shame .. i realize for every American that hates war, there's another who has financial interests in war/conquest. i realize this means civil war .. Or at least the breakup of America .. Or something similar that happened to India-Pakistan .. But it need not be so .. If the power to make decisions rests with the people, we’ll have only ourselves to blame in any future war .. Not the Republicans, not Obama, not Bush,.. No one but ourselves .. So really this discussion is about accountability. We, the American people, hide behind our leaders to give history someone to blame for the atrocities we allow. We.

Really it’s time to wake up America; realize the shadowy game of American politics is just a ruse to hide our own guilt for past atrocities we’ve allowed in the name of ‘freedom’ and ‘democracy’ .. It’s so much easier to point blame on someone else than turn that finger around to the real culprit, the real evil, the real enemy, ourselves.

With great power comes great responsibility. Use it wisely. And never forget that the time you miss something cherished, is likely when it’s gone. Remember that before it’s gone; before that cherished person/thing disappears from your life..
