TruemorsThis coastal battery dates back to World War II and was built by the Vichy French government. The tour guide was very nice towards Vichy and did not call them what they were, which was Nazi collaborators. At any rate this weapon built for violence and war is now an artist gallery and shop on Goree Island in Dakar, Senegal.
