Captured not Killed

NATO appears to be doing well at knocking out some Haqqani leaders in Pakistan, even though as reported yesterday, Pakistan government isn’t much help.

NATO Captures Senior Haqqani Leader in Afghanistan

Published October 01, 2011

Associated Press

KABUL, Afghanistan –  NATO says it has captured a senior leader of the Al Qaeda- and Taliban-allied Haqqani terror network operating inside Afghanistan.

NATO announced on Saturday that the coalition forces seized Haji Mali Khan during an operation in eastern Paktia province, which borders Pakistan.

The alliance called it a significant milestone in the fight against the terror group.

NATO identified Khan as an uncle of Siraj and Badruddin Haqqani, two of the son's of the network's aging leader Jalaludin Haqqani.

The Pakistan-based network is affiliated to both the Taliban and Al Qaeda and has been described as the most serious security threat in Afghanistan.

I changed it. Did I get the right one? That was a test. I am resisting saying the obvious about something that ends in ... look alike.

I'll let you in on a little hint here..Think about this a little..

As you are finding out, apparently the internet has been wiped clean of any 'Haji Mali Khan' pictures..That this person who is being reported as "a senior leader of the Al Qaeda- and Taliban-allied Haqqani terror network operating inside Afghanistan" in American news media as being captured, has no pictures in existence on the web..Who is this person and does he really even exist.

**********************

This might be him..but don't bet on it ! lol ..More likely this is Mawlawi Jalaluddin Haqqani (جلال الدين حقاني) (born c. 1950), father of Sirajuddin Haqqani.

Oh this really good, isn't it? Well, with your help we have exposed the inkling of truth. Where is scrivener, does he have pictures or did they wipe his mind clean?

Still it's more than alittle strange that this apparent 'top senior leader of the Al Qaeda- and Taliban-allied Haqqani terror network operating inside Afghanistan' has no pictures anywhere on the web..Nor any real information (past history) really about him..

Don't think Scrivener as much as 'Wag the Dog' maybe..
